호텔옆 아파트먼트를 이용한거구요 후기보고 걱정하면서 갔는데 리모델링을 한건지 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요 아이들도 만족해했구요 인덕션은 있는데 요리할 만한 냄비나 도구들은 없어서 아쉬웠지만 룸컨디션이 최상이었고 자전거도 무료로 빌려줘서 좋았고 아침식사도 포함돼있어서 좋았고 베로나가면 또 여기 묵고싶어요 역이랑은 캐리어 끌고가기에 거리가 좀 있어요 갈땐 걸어갔다가 체크아웃후엔 택시 이용해서 역으로 갔어요 암튼 강추합니다^^

I simply don’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. We chose this place for its location, and the fact it had AC and parking. We arrived and found the AC was not working due to a power issue. They gave us a slight discount for this which was nice. But their parking lot was full and had to use a different lot. We also had our phone ring in the middle of the night which was very strange. Tried to get a drink at the bar one night and it was closed. Location was good and had lots to do around. We had many bags and weren’t offered any help moving them to our rooms. The services and rooms just weren’t 4 star. Overall, would not recommend.

Sehr gute Lage (7 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof, 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Arena), kostenloser Fahrradverleih, Willkommens- Häppchen in Lobby, Designermöbel, leider etwas hellhörig (an breiter Verkehrsstrasse), kleines Bad ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, Frühstück im Untergeschoss. Man kann aber den Cappuccino mit nach oben auf die Hotelterrasse (auf Strasse vor dem Eingang) nehmen wo man sehr gemütlich zwischen Blumenkübeln sitzt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Eu amei o quarto, espaçoso, estiloso, os recepcionistas do hotel super eficientes. Pude deixar as malas enquanto esperava o horário do check-in e pude também deixar na saída por umas horas. Perto da estação de metrô e bem conveniente. Dá pra ir a pé até o centro da cidade.

Well situated hotel. Nice reception and outside seating area. Our room was ok, maybe needed a repaint and we overlooked a roof with a very noisy air conditioning unit which wasn’t great. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t easy to use. The breakfast was good, the bar shuts early.

Hotel Firenze was good, but unfortunately we got unlucky. From what I understand, the standards of cleanliness of this place are through the roof in normal times, which was not the case for us. In our initial room, we had hairs and a bug in our bed when we were about to go to bed. There was also gum stuck to the bottom of the nightstands which we were assured was a catastrophic oversight. All in all, after talking to the receptionist we got a swift room upgrade for our troubles. I would give Hotel Firenze a 5-star review but I won’t since I think more people should be careful of the minute details which can turn a stay that seems luxurious into a nightmare. Check your environments, let the staff know if anything is wrong, so that the hotel can improve over time.

Our stay was really lovely. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station and main town. Everything in the hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good to have before we set off in the mornings. It was our second visit to this hotel and we really like it.

Posizione buona, walking distance dal centro. La nostra camera si trovava fuori dall'edificio principale, a pochi metri di distanza ma comunque con un passaggio all'esterno. Nel complesso camera confortevole, di dimensioni adeguate e bagno nuovo. Peccato il cattivo odore (fumo? chiuso?) che è rimasto anche dopo varie ore con la finestra aperta. Buona la colazione a buffet.

The room we had was on the second floor. Extremely old fashioned including the bathroom which was worn and rusty in places. It was fairly clean, although I did find hairs on the shampoo dispenser..yuck! The only benefit in the bathroom was the bath, which after several days of city walking was welcomed. The bed was comfortable enough, but the room was hot and we couldn’t seem to adjust the aircon even though there was a temperature gauge. Breakfast was nice enough, fresh fruit, hot options etc etc. we were able to leave our luggage when we arrived early. I’m surprised the previous reviews have been so good, but maybe we had an un refurbished room?

Colour changing led lights in the bathroom were gimmicky and there was no obvious way to turn them off at bedtime. Buffet breakfast was nice and they had gluten-free options. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the railway station, and only a 10 minute walk to the center of the city.

We stayed here for two nights to explore Verona but wanted to be near the train station for easy access back to the airport with our luggage rather than in the centre. There are several restaurants and bars on the road with the hotel though so we didn't always have to walk into the main city to get a drink in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked the Junior Suite with kitchenette as it was the only room left. It was situated in a separate building from the hotel and was accessed via a separate door. It would be ideal for family. Breakfast, including drinks, was self service in the basement room.
We stayed here for two nights to explore Verona but wanted to be near the train station for easy access back to the airport with our luggage rather than in the centre. There are several restaurants and bars on the road with the hotel though so we didn't always have to walk into the main city to get a drink in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. This property was done beautifully. There were control screens to turn on/off the lights, close the window shades, and unlock the door to the room (this feature I didn't like because it was overly sensitive and I didn't realize the door was partially open. The bathroom was wonderful! It was equipped with accent lighting as well as normal lights.

The hotel is perfectly situated between the rail station and centre of Verona (10 minutes walk either way). However, it's what I'd describe as a gadget place where to turn the lights on/off and raise/lower the blinds you had to do it on a screen. Instructions on how to do this would be beneficial. The hotel provides air conditioning but you have to ask reception for it to be turned on (we only found this out when we asked how to put it on) and you've no way off turning it off afterwards without presumably ringing reception. For me, that defeats the object of the hotel controlling it.

Oppgraderte til premium rom men rommet var ikke veldig premium. I 1 etasje så utsikten var til en bakgård med vifter som bråkte. Veldig lytt fra gangen og andre etasjer. Oppgradert bad. Frokost ok men personalet ryddet ikke bordene så var mye matrester og rot på bodene så vanskelig å finne en plass å sitte. Ikke vits å bruke penger på å oppgradere rommet. Alle premium rom er i 1 etasje.

Hotel is a three star, checked in, parking is an extra. Room smelled terrible, when I complained they gave me another room, however that rooms air conditioning wasn’t working it felt like I was in an oven, when I complained they told me they had no others rooms and that the hot box room they moved me to was there go to room if anyone had issues with their original room. I had no choice but to move back into the smelly room ask if they had any air freshener and was given one, at that point I felt like an employee as I was the one who went to the room and sprayed the air freshener, guess I expected too much for them to do it. Brings me to why would you your so called emergency room not have a functioning air conditioner? Wouldn’t you make sure that room was perfect in case you had an issue? Lot of incompetency at this hotel! Breakfast was less than average as well, wouldn’t stay there again! Looks better in pictures than what it truly is.

The hotel is in a good location, can get into the main city in around 15/20 minute walk and the train station in a 10 minute walk. Beds were firm and comfortable and all very clean. The only downside were the staff. The woman on check in was so so rude and continued to be rude throughout our stay it’s like we were an inconvenience and she didn't want us there. Other staff were fine but we weren’t really made to feel welcome so for that reason I would not stay again. Also it didn’t feel that safe for two young women.

The only downside were the staff. The woman on check in was so so rude and continued to be rude throughout our stay it’s like we were an inconvenience and she didn't want us there. Other staff were fine but we weren’t really made to feel welcome so for that reason I would not stay again. Also it didn’t feel that safe for two young women.

I simply don’t believe this is a 4 star hotel. We chose this place for its location, and the fact it had AC and parking. We arrived and found the AC was not working due to a power issue. They gave us a slight discount for this which was nice. But their parking lot was full and had to use a different lot. We also had our phone ring in the middle of the night which was very strange. Tried to get a drink at the bar one night and it was closed. Location was good and had lots to do around. We had many bags and weren’t offered any help moving them to our rooms. The services and rooms just weren’t 4 star. Overall, would not recommend.

Room with kitchenette isn’t very nice, looks way better in photos, furnishing and beds are old Don’t expect any help from staff if you have issues with your room, our room smelled and they changed us to their so called emergency room but that room had no air conditioning working and was unbearable all we got was a shoulder shrug from the concierge, Avoid this hotel would be my advice

Great location, close to the heart of Verona. Plenty of places to get food. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were not very pleasant, and breakfast was terrible as no staff on cleaning up dishes or replenishing breakfast foods. I would stay here again due to the location and cleanliness.

Our stay was really lovely. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station and main town. Everything in the hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good to have before we set off in the mornings. It was our second visit to this hotel and we really like it.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till station och gamla stadsdelen. Inte lika mycket folk som i gamla stadskärnan vilket kan vara rätt skönt ibland. Luftkonditioneringen verkade vara avstängd, men nätterna var rätt svala så det fungerade med öppet fönster.

We were doing a quick overnight in Verona during an extended stay in Italy. The Hotel Firenze was just a ten minute walk from the train station and was situated in an area filled with restaurants and shops and about a 20 minute walk to the walled entrance to the historic part of town. The bedding was very comfortable and the shower in our bathroom was wonderful, a nice change from some of the other bathrooms we experienced while staying in Italy. Breakfast was included with our stay and offered more than the standard rolls, fruit, and yogurt, it also had delicious French-style scrambled eggs, bacon, and more. It gets very crowded at breakfast time and there was a shortage of glasses and cups by the time we arrived, but other than that it was wonderful.

La salle du petit déjeuner était très achalandée. Il n’y avait plus de tables, et énormément de monde. Le personnel de service était débordé. J’ai dû manger mon petit déjeuner à l’extérieur. Mon train partait le même matin, et c’était donc assez stressant. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau on s’attend quand même à ce qu’ils aient la capacité de servir n’importe quelle achalandage pour les repas. Le réfectoire semble conçu pour trop peu de monde. L’hôtel est bien situé sur l’axe principale entre station et centre historique. La chambre était propre et fonctionnel.

This was a no-frills hotel. The breakfast was below par and they ran out of food items plus one of two coffee machines broke down. The shower was very tight. This will work for a short visit, like ours, but any lengthy stay will be painful. It is walking distance to all the sights and the train station!

Ottima struttura, ben collegata tra la Stazione ed il centro della città. Camere ampie, bagno con idromassaggio, forse un pò "old style" come mobili ma nello stesso tempo comodo. Colazione sufficiente, cappuccino e caffè tramite le odiose macchine automatiche, succhi di frutta di scarsa qualità, per il resto vengono forniti cibi salati di media qualità. In ogni caso lo consiglio per il rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi non ha eccessive pretese.

Absolutely wonderful hotel close to the centre of Verona and the railway station. Staff at both check in and out were helpful and lovely. Breakfast was great with lots of options available. I travelled with my dog and there were no issues at all.

Oppgraderte til premium rom men rommet var ikke veldig premium. I 1 etasje så utsikten var til en bakgård med vifter som bråkte. Veldig lytt fra gangen og andre etasjer. Oppgradert bad. Frokost ok men personalet ryddet ikke bordene så var mye matrester og rot på bodene så vanskelig å finne en plass å sitte. Ikke vits å bruke penger på å oppgradere rommet. Alle premium rom er i 1 etasje.
