Place look like a hurricane hit it. Pressure wash the place. Like they slabbed cheap material for renovations and some weirdo kept hopping on the elevator from floor to floor. Place lacks security as far as the entry. Was Leary of parking my car although I did appreciate the late night patrol.

The hot water in our room did not work. We moved to a dufferent room. The air conditioner isnt working here. There are no ice machines. You have to pay for ice at the bar in the lobby even if you bring your own cup. Not happy at all

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I wasn’t informed when making the reservation. The check in area was a little podium in a construction area and the restaurant and bar were completely inaccessible. Very disappointing!

When we arrived there were several people waiting in line to check in and it became clear very quick that they were all upset because the room they had reserved (two double beds) was not available. Like the others we had to accept a room we did not reserve. The room was moderately clean except for things like a sink that barely drained and a booger on the wall near the lamp. There were no working ice machines on floors 4 - 9. There was so much noise up until about 11:30 and starting at about 8:30/9ish. In the morning we were greeted with the wafting smell of pot in the hallway as we left - our 8 year old was asking about the smell.

There was black mold everywhere…bathroom, ceiling in sleeping area, patio furniture. Absolutely disgusting and no doubt unsafe! Drag racing with loud cars next to the hotel all night. Prostitutes and sketchy/scary people all over the parking lot. I have never in my life been more uncomfortable with a hotel stay. On top of worrying about my car getting broken into all night.

Not happy at all. My tiny bathroom had no shampoo or conditioner. The bottles were completely empty. The hallways floors were in serious need of vacuuming. And the air conditioner could not possibly have been any louder.

I arrived late (around 9pm) for a one night stay during a business trip. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and professional. There were no luggage carts available which was the only negative issue. The room was immaculate and I loved that there was no carpet as I’m a germaphobe! The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, so much so that I was a few minutes late for my event because I didn't want to get out of the comfortable bed. I even took a photo of the mattress tag so I could order one for my home! Exceptional experience!

The bathroom was clean. The room was not clean. Fruit snacks were in the made bed. Water and dirt was on the room floor. A thick layer of dust was on the headboard and every time the air came on, pieces of dust flew around. This cleanliness was unfortunate but overall this is a safe, quiet and comfortable hotel. Next time I will bring my own cleaning supplies and ask for fresh linen. The staff was polite so I didn’t address any of my issues. I also booked a king room and was given a room with double beds instead of a king. These were all minor issues and I would absolutely book here again.

The rooms were so nice and modern. Easy accessibility to park and get to your room. My only negative was I didn’t realize there was not a complementary breakfast. I went down to the dining room and was seated by a hostess which I thought was odd. I told her I’d have eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuit. She was gone a few minutes and came back to tell me breakfast was not included in my room package. She then asked if I wanted the Buffett. I said sure assuming it was a free Buffet. and went in to another room where they had a wonderful Buffet. As I was enjoying my breakfast the hostess came by and laid a ticket on the table. I was very shocked to see the buffet was $22.00 plus tax! Needless to say, I didn’t enter the dining area again during my stay at Mobile Marriott.

The hotel was booked for a king size bed, however we were given two full size beds, and told the computer generated it because we used a third party website. We traveled with friends and asked if we could all be within close proximity on the same floor. That did not happen, we were all on separate floors. When we asked why, again because it was computer generated. We were under the impression there was a free continental breakfast, but that was not the case. There was also an issue with our room door not locking properly. We did make the front desk aware, and we were offered a new room.

We had a wonderful stay at Mobile Marriott. We booked last minute due to booking somewhere else that i felt unsafe staying at. The check in staff was so kind. Our stay was home like peaceful, clean and i felt safe. The check out process was easy and the staff eas amazing. I highly recommend staying here and we will most definitely stay again

Very convenient to I-65 and Airport Road. It was a little tricky to turn left onto Airport, and not much signage to assist. That's not totally Marriott's responsibility, obviously. It was a very nice stay in a very nice hotel. No complaints.

The phone did not work for Room Service and the AC was not cooling. I will say the staff was SUPER friendly. When I went to check in the payment system was down but both front desk host handled things super and it was fixed quickly. When my phone did not work for room service I called the FD from my cell she was wonderful. She helped me right away. ALL of the staff I came to encounter were smiling and friendly.

The hotel room was comfortable. The only real negative was the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I was disappointed there wasn't room service, but I went down to the restaurant, and the food was good. They need to update their phones as they still had a button for room service.
