This was my worst hotel experience ever. Firstly, the cardio equipment was broken throughout my stay, despite my complaints. The front desk, especially Amy, was unresponsive. She ignored calls and was often distracted by her phone, even admitting to watching Netflix instead of assisting guests. Her lack of accountability was frustrating. However, the evening attendant and a deaf housekeeper were exceptional. The room was standard, and breakfast, though basic, was adequate. They offered water upon request, which was a plus. Overall, while the room and breakfast were fine, the persistent issues with the gym and front desk service significantly detracted from my stay.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The gal at the desk that checked us in was very nice. I wish I would have caught her name. The laundry area was clean. There was a washer out of order but there were two so we were able to do our laundry.

1st. If I knew that the Hotel was going through renovations. I would have not stayed. 2nd - Contractors doing the renovation s, were rude. Would not stop working for me to check in. 3rd - Room door lock was pain and needs replacement . 4th - Hallway with removed carpet smelled bad. 5th - Breakfast was in 1 room and had to go back down the hall for a table to eat. 6th - This must be an older facility because the one of elevators the numbers did not work to tell tell which floor you were on.

When I look for a hotel I look for one with a pool. The pool was closed due to pump down although I know this stuff happens, it was still what I require when staying at a hotel. The next day the pool was open but the water looked green so I couldn’t use it again. There was no decafe coffee on the second day in the breakfast area or lobby area the entire day. There was stays all the way down the hallway from what looked like a leaking trash cart. The staff was friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times in the past eight months and it has been fantastic each time. Easy, quick check in, friendly staff and very clean rooms. I travel here for work so am usually solo and feel safe because the parking lot is well lit and it’s a short walk to the front door.

One of the elevators wouldn’t go up to the third floor. It was the only one that would open on the first floor. So I road it to the second floor and took the stairs up to my room. Other than that it was good.

The place was very clean and we noticed the staff worked hard to keep it that way...even the exterior parking lot was kept very clean. Staff were professional and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Ten or fifteen years ago I often stayed at Hampton Inns, knowing that the rooms would be modern with plush beds and they always were. This is the first time since then that I visited a Hampton Inn and it has officially become the last. The room seemed straight out of the 70's regarding technology to support modern travelers. Only 1 USB and 1 Type C outlets in the whole room. I needed 3 USB's to charge 2 phones and 1 Bluetooth but had to wait until morning to use my vehicle. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were hard and we did not sleep well. They were low to the floor and from appearance alone, were not the plush mattresses I remembered. The coffee pot was in the bathroom as there was no other good location for it, won't use that, and the tiny refrigerator did not cool. Left the next morning feeling tired. Like I said, last time for Hampton Inn.

The night desk clerk was so friendly, I wish that I got her name. The breakfast worker, Elaine, was like a mother hen, making sure everyone ate their fill. She was amazing! The rooms were huge and exceptionally clean. This will be my go to hotel for all of my visits to Mobile!

The room we stayed in was very spacious. The only problem was there wasn’t a blow dryer. First time in my life I left mine home, because I knew I was coming to Hampton. Front desk and housekeeping was busy when I tried calling. This room was very handicapped friendly. Easy access and low hooks.

I paid for a room to get a good nights sleep. Fire alarm (false) went off at 10pm and again at 12:50 am. Clerk would not give me a discount on room. Will never stay there again!!!

My stay was great. The only issue I have was the older Lady working at the front desk. I asked for some towels and she looked at me and questioned me asking did I not have any in my room with an attitude. Other than that everything was great.

Room was great and Kim at the front desk was very personable. The shower was a little finicky but am guessing it was the operator. The hand held came apart while trying to make it work correctly. The breakfast was delicious and the lady making sure everything was fine did a great job. Like that there is hot chocolate at the coffee bar. Tasted so good since it was chilly.

This is the first time I've ever stayed in hotel that didnt have housekeepers unless requested. Before i left for the day i gathered all the trash and put it by the door and i piled the dirty towels in the bathroom floor to mske it easy for the housekeepers, only to come back to things the same way that I left them. The beds were not touched either. I talked to the front desk person and he told me that they dont have housekeepering unless you request it. My friend room that went with me checked in to her room, opened the door to see a A/C unit in the middle of the floor and the other A/C was opened with a chair in front of it and it was dirty too. Im sorry for being long winded but I want you to understand how DISAPPOINTED I was with my stay.

The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The noise woke us up all night every time someone moved. The AC sort of worked but took hours to heat up when we first walked in. Breakfast was cold and VERY limited. The tub was old and the carpet was ripped.
