Great hotel! Highly recommend! Wonderful staff. Immaculately clean. Wish breakfast was included is only downside.

There was no restaurant staff, they never served us food and they never solved that problem, we had to eat from the pantry. Before booking I called them to ask about the restaurant service and I They said they opened at 5. But when we got to order they said that there was no service really very angry and sad I was Look for staff!!!

The front desk manager was excellent. He was very accommodating and was able to give great recommendations for the area.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Sheraton's Four Points Hotel ! Very dramatic, elegant, as well as huge lobby. Very clean & convenient room. Yummy breakfast by the staff ! The hotel location was also very convenient to other restaurants , stores.

I paid for breakfast for myself and my daughter while in town for a basketball tournament. Only to find out that breakfast didn't start until 7 and it was cook to order which would have been great but only if breakfast started at 6:30 am like other hotels. We paid money and was not able to get a refund because we booked through Hotels.com. I didn't like that the hot tub was cold. Overall everything else was good.
