The offering of pool and hot tub and exercise room as well as proximity to Crystal Bridges was a factor in our selection. So I paid a little more. The pool and area was clean and open early and late however I had to request towels every time I used it. The hot tub not functioning and exercise room closed. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and room ac unit quiet and pleasant for sleeping.

The Good: Facility was clean. The breakfast was good. Easy to get to and in a good location. The Bad: The hot tub/spa was not working and it looked liked it had been out of service for awhile although I cannot confirm that. [These types of things should be stated up front when booking]. They could use another worker at the breakfast on the weekends. The Ugly: Boxes were piled up outside on the back of the property. Pillows were piled up underneath the stairway on the back end of the building.

Desk clerks were super nice. Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Beds comfy and rooms clean. Pool was nice, hot tub was closed for repairs. Gym was clean and had what we needed. Extra blankets were easy to obtain and a toothbrush given as one of our party forgot theirs. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and our room. It was nice to return to our freshly made up room for the second night. That probably would not have been necessary to get all new linens. Some other hotels don’t offer that service anymore to be considered more green. The breakfast was plentiful and changed every day. We will be staying again next time we are in Bentonville.

The indoor pool was great for the kids, this was a family trip and the staff was terrific. The food variety for breakfast was very good and there was something every member of the family liked. Very pleased with this hotel.

We were so pleased with this property after making a last minute reservation. They were able to accommodate an early check in and the room and lobby/breakfast area were very clean. Super soft towels and sheets. Definitely a fantastic stay at a fantastic price.

Unfortunately their hot tub is out of service for a few months... This is a staple we require on road trips after sitting for long periods of time. After freshening up we noticed the shower had hair that was not ours...

I liked the cleaness of the property and the staff was very pleasant. I didn't care for the fact that they don’t take in consideration of the people that don’t eat beef or pork with the breakfast and the juice was very watered-down and my whole 3 days there wasn't any Wi-Fi 😒

The room was amazing: well organized, most comfortable bed, great linens, useful furnishings and lighting. The breakfast had better offerings than I've experienced at other brand hotels. Only problem: The front wing of this building is not sound proofed for traffic noise. I'd request a main corridor room in the future.

Traffic noise was loud. Right by a busy street. Worst part was the heater. Had the thermostat set at 66 but the heater would come on and stay on till it got so warm it would wake me up. Pull the blanket off, fall asleep and then wake up when it got cold in the room, put the blanket back on.Then the heater would come back on till it got hot and had to pull the blanket off. That went on all night. 2 thermostats, neither obviously worked.

Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were comfy. However, the "sofa bed" in the room description on the website was not actually a pullout bed. We had four people so we could share the two beds but had expected a sofa bed based on the description. Breakfast was standard. Would likely stay there again if in Bentonville.

We love the layout of the room! We love the bed and the pillows! All of the other furniture was extremely comfortable as well and the bathroom layout was great. Could live in that room, come down for breakfast, and head off to work if I lived here and weren't retired. The only iffy thing was the lack of lighting. But everything else offset that.

The staff is not cooperative. The room service took my luggage during my stay and claimed they didn’t take anything. I found the room empty.. they took my belongings and clothes.. i left the city without resolving the issue. I had to escalate the case to the upper management of Best Western. The staff is not cooperative and they didn’t resolve the issue. I have bad experience with the hotel and don’t recommend it.

Expedia list a safe in all rooms, there is not a single safe in the entire hotel. We were issued the wrong room category and had to argue to get the room we booked. Check in was miserable. Room not serviced one day, despite requesting this.

Chek-in was terrible. the reservations were booked under incorrect name combination. When I told them my last Name they could not find it - said we did not have reservations. Almost forced us to go to a different hotel. caused tons of frustrations.

Probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! Rooms and whole place was very clean. Went down for breakfast at 830am and everything was empty. About 10 people standing around waiting on something to eat. So sadly we had to go elsewhere for breakfast

Last year when we were there, our stay was great. That’s why we went back. When we walked into our room, it smelled like the inside of a dirty vacuum cleaner. The king size bed was out of shape and saggy. The sheets on the bed were worn out. Breakfast was horrible. The “scrambled eggs” seemed artificial and the sausage patty was nasty too. The breakfast potatoes tasted old. I didn’t finish my plate.

I like it when I'm surprised. We arrived in Bentonville late and reserved the room without first inspecting the hotel. It was wonderful! Friendly staff and very accommodating to our requests and needs. Great bathroom with excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. This is a property I will return to next time I'm traveling through Arkansas. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel you can trust, you've found it!

I made the reservation about two hours prior to check in. When we arrived, I was told they don’t have a standard king room and the price of the king suite was higher. I told the man I just made the reservation two hours ago. He upgraded us at no charge. That seemed suspicious to me, like bait and switch. The room was beautiful. The next morning, we went to breakfast at 7 and there wasn’t any coffee in the carafe. I let the front desk girl (lots of facial piercings) know. She just sat there talking to a coworker. I asked if I could get coffee. She got up and told the lady in the breakfast area. Most of the serving warmers were close to empty if not completely empty when we opened them. The woman in the breakfast walked around wiping the counters in the kitchen. I saw her walk out to talk to the employees at the front desk but didn’t see her check the warmers to refill them during the 20 minutes or so I was there. Disappointing unless you only wanted cold cereal, fruits, pastries, or yogurt.
