Adorable, clean, swanky hotel! Has a very new and fun vibe. The staff was friendly and accessible. I loved the room--everything felt new and well-kept. Room was on the smaller side but I appreciated that so as to not waste space. Nice exercise room with a few cardio machines and some weights. Good breakfast options (including coffee). Great location--tucked away from the road but near a lot of food and experiences. The walls are thinner so know that you shouldn't be too loud, but I didn't have any trouble with the noise, even on the football game weekend! I will definitely be visiting again, thank you.

A HOTEL FOR GROWN UPS. But that. Is not a bad thing 24-7 gourmet coffee, 24-7 via text w front desk, codes to enter room instead of keys, no pool, no hot tub but a nice clean place

Newly renovated hotel. Excellent little gem. Excellent customer service. Rooms are nice and updated. My only concern is the air conditioning. The units are loud and don’t completely keep the room cool. Otherwise a perfect hide away! Bike racks in the room are a definite plus.

Nice clean hotel. Love the use of texting. They texted us the code to get in the room, Wi-Fi information, etc., and we could text back if we needed anything, which we didn’t. No keys to keep up with! Beds were comfy.

I hate to give this place a bad review, but it was grimy. The lobby is so nice, and I was really excited about our stay until we got upstairs to our room. Carpet was gross, walls were missing paint and water spots had been obviously painted over. It smelled musty and stale. The towels were soft, but everything else in the bathroom was old and outdated. I won’t be staying here again.

while the staff was friendly, the carpet in the room was filthy, the bathroom tile grout was vile, clearly no real cleaning has happened there, then without any warning, the were painting the floor I was staying on, it appeared to be the walls down the hall, so I didn't say anything. Then I went to leave and opened my door to find it wet with black paint, my hand was covered in paint, when I told the front desk they laughed. I however did not think it was funny, I asked them to get my hand print off the door and after 2 days they still had not done it, I filed my finger prints off with a nail file, leaving them no choice but to fix it. Again, no apologies, or offers to change rooms, just laughter, until I said I don't find this funny, then they were like oh ok, so they cleaned my room, but not really they maid the bed and brought in clean towels. So I would never stay here again and actually feel like I should be compensated for having to go through this. Not laughed at.

We had bed bugs and had to move to another room. We had bed bugs in that one too! It was terrible! When we checked out, the girl was so rude and said the didn’t see any! But it wasn’t her shift that was on that did see them and they did. She was so rude. Then I found out other people had had to move rooms as well.

It was very clean and updated with comfortable beds. My only complaint was noise...I had a neighbor who watched TV til 2AM; plus, you really had to slam the exterior doors hard to shut them. That meant that everytime someone shut their door you heard it. They provided earplugs in a bag, so I am guessing this is a common complaint-maybe the walls are thin.

The stay was average. The pictures were accurate and the service was good. The beds were comfortable. However there were little things that added to making this experience not my favorite. For example, the curtains were a little too short for comfort and was not really black out curtains. The toilet kept running throughout the night so I had to keep the door closed so the noise wasn’t as loud. I could hear all the movement from the hallway on the first floor and with the outside door being right next to my room, I kept thinking someone was coming in my room. However, the interior door lock in my room was very secure so use it in case you were worried based on the noise. The shower pressure could be better. However, these tiny things does not fully deter me from this hotel, but this is not my first choice in this area.

Everything the hotel offers is great for the price. You can't choose who sleeps in the room next to you though. The person in the room next to me was up all night, until 4am in the morning, watching tv, sounded like vacuuming was going on, and packing then unpacking their suitcase. I'm wiped today

I got in kind of late and I received a text message with my door code and the room number. That was very convenient. The front desk was very helpful as well. Even with the text message I went ahead and checked it since it was my first time staying. All the staff were super friendly and sincere about my stay and satisfaction. The room was sparkling clean with the whitest whites you've ever seen . I wish I knew their secret to keeping towels and sheets so white. Anyways I loved the Block, and if there was one piece of constructive criticism it would be better signage out front , however the GPS took us to the front door. Thanks to Block for outdoing themselves. I will be back

I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is safe, and quiet, and has several restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. The parking lot was also a great plus. However, there were a few issues. My TV was not working, and although I reported it, no one came to fix it, and I was leaving the next day. Additionally, I lost my credit card, called the front desk to check if they had found it, and they said they would call me back, but I never received a call. In the end, I had to report it as lost to the bank.

Phone number online needs to be updated to correct number. Tried to call several times to inform of late check in (after midnight) but line was disconnected. The overnight employee saw my message and called me. This simple act gave me such relief! She was incredible and accommodating! She knew I was exhausted from the 6 hour drive and had kids in the car, so she made the check in quick. The beds were exactly what we needed. The only complaint is there weren't towels in the bathroom. We tracked down a cleaning cart and, again, the employee exceeded generosity. He gave us plenty of towels for our stay. I enjoyed our stay so much that registered for the rewards program.

When we arrived there was an untrained person at the front desk who had to go FIND someone to check us in. When Sean arrived at the front desk, he proceeded to “teach” the new person how to register a new guest and process the keys. We signed/initialed documents and were given two keys to a room on the 2nd floor. When we arrived at the room with all of our luggage, we opened the door and there was someone’s stuff scattered everywhere. We returned to the front desk. Explained the situation to the untrained attendant because Sean was on the phone with someone but he finally stopped arguing with them and ended the call loudly saying that he “couldn’t deal with their problems.” He spent about 5-7 minutes trying to figure out who was in the room we’d been given BEFORE saying that it was a “clerical error” and then reassigned us to another 2nd floor room. When we arrived at the NEW room, it was quite hot and the room smelled dirty. We turned on the air conditioner and it started to cool down. About 20 minutes later we noticed that the curtains were moving and found that the window had been left wide open BEFORE we arrived. I did not get a picture of the shower curtain rod but it looked like it was going to fall down any minute. Also, the handle would stick when you flushed the toilet, so you had to flush the toilet and raise the handle to keep the thing from running constantly. The clock on the nitestand wasn’t plugged in. The pictures attached show what a disaster this stay was.

The staff was supportive, polite and cheerful. They repsonded quickly. The property was clean, our room was clean, the queen room was very small. We had our bikes with us for our trip to Bentonville and there was no place to lock them up outside so we brought them up to our room. The space in the room was so tight we barely could fit the bike next to the bed and have room to walk. It did work. We booked this hotel because it was inexpensive. We slept there and that is about it. For a place to sleep it was adequate and inexpensive. Noisy outside. The entrance to the hotel pulls right into the Starbucks parking lot exit, so a few times we pulled in right as someone was pulling out of the drive through making it a bit dicey.

We stayed there because we were going to a concert at the Walmart Amp. It was affordable Clean And very well decorated The breakfast in the morning was very good. And the staff was very friendly. This will be my go-to hotels for when we come to town for shows!

Very nice room & hotel experience Comfortable bed, very clean, Great shower— there was no place to put your soap or shampoo except on bathtub rim. Breakfast had a good variety- cereal fresh fruity yogurt Even had omelettes. Coffee maker was terrific- so many choices- coffee/mocha/latte/cappuccino.

We enjoyed our stay because the facility is well-maintained, clean, affordable, and the staff is cheerful and helpful.. We were a little late for breakfast but the attendant let us finish up before she put things away. We stayed here about four years ago when it was pretty new and we found that everything has been well maintained to almost new condition.
