The bar is closed on weekends an the hot tub hasn't worked in a long time according to reviews. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

It was an okay stay. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The fitness center seems like it probably hasn’t been used for a long time - the treadmill didn’t work and the A/C was non-functioning (temp both days was 78 degrees). I didn’t try the breakfast. The front desk workers were a little prickly.

Pros: Staff was friendly especially Martine in the breakfast room which serves a great meal clean well stocked. Bedding and linens were very comfortable and plentiful. Room was quiet. Pool area was very clean and well stocked with towels. Coffee pot available refrigerator no freezer. easy towel swap off mid stay. Work out room. Very great location. Felt safe outside and in parking lot. Nice view. Cons: Hot tub was down the entire three day stay. We're told there was ice machine on every floor. Ice machine on 4th floor was turned off our entire stay.We told them at the desk, 3 days later, it's still off. We had to walk all the way down a long hallway to another floor and back up again to the fourth floor to get ice. Air conditioner kept the room cool but was loud. They neglected to tell us that the keys to the doors would not work outside the pool.So once you got outside, you couldn't get back in. Once we had to walk all the way around the building. A couple other times someone in the pool area let us in. When we mentioned it, they said oh. ...we've ordered parts.But another guess who's there frequently said yeah a long time ago ! He says they just prop a towel in the door to keep it open. .Not very safe for people coming in and out of the parking lot or anywhere else. Overall, the hallways smelled good but food that was there on the floor when we checked in Fri there Mon Price was good, would definitely stay here again. Please work on the maintenance.

The beds were super hard. We stayed so the kids could swim and the pool was nasty and the hot tub hasn’t worked in years.

Hotel was okay. Hot tub was broken and hotel is too large for just one elevator.

Swimming pool didn’t look clean. The water looked cloudy. Hot tub out of order. There was some mold/mildew on the sheer drapes. The breakfast was pretty good.

Only one elevator in the entire hotel. The hot tub has been down for a year (since the flood) with no plans to get it fixed. Please update the amenities to reflect that. We had an issue with the TV, but the staff was able to replace it same day. Spacious rooms and excellent staff!

In the bar you can't carry the sold ones to the room and the bathrooms are very dirty and stained

Opened the door to the 1st room & cigarette smoke smell slapped me in the face. That same floor had some sort of water leak so loud fans going and funky smell. 2nd room offered on a different floor was fine - basic, probably due for remodel, but clean.

The hotel deserves a high rating because the staff is very responsive to any needs that you have. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and they keep that place in tiptop condition. Really enjoyed my stay. Will come back again when I’m in the area.

They have quite obviously put a lot of effort into renovating what is an older hotel. This place checked a lot of my boxes; the room has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with great water pressure, the bed is on the firmer side but still quite comfortable and has may pillows of differing firmness, and the AC offers an always-on option for the fan for white noise. The room was very clean and the facilities are well kept, which is becoming rare for any property. The staff was welcoming and polite, even the cleaners. Only downsides are the area has only gas stations and a small bar in the hotel for food, so you need to go down the highway for better fare, and the common area are a bit claustrophobic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in, breakfast attendant and check-out. The hotel was very spacious and was cozy. The only things I saw wrong was there was some mold and mildew in the shower, which made me wonder the last time it was cleaned. There was a clear path of dirt and dust when the bathroom door was closed, because the floors are not being cleaned in there. There was also dead bugs in the bathroom sconces. These are small things, but I expected better based off of the reviews. Hopefully the issues will be addressed, because overall it is a great hotel.

We did not use the kitchen or the gym. The room appeared not to have been mopped, the tile floor seem dirty. The bed was okay but overall it just seemed kind of rundown.

When we returnes to our room on the second day there were ants everywhere in the room. Crawling on tables, in one of the beds, and everywhere in between. We were told they were sorry and they were aware of the ant problem. No discounts or a follow up when they moved us. Very disappointed

Our stay here was very nice. It was a well maintained, and fairly up-to-date hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. A good breakfast with several hot options. Conveniently located to the things we wanted to do. The only thing that was just a little inconvenient is that several of the outlets were worn and loose, but we were able to make do. Would recommend.

The room was very dirty and there were several pieces of furniture that were broken. We felt like we had to take pictures when we got there to show a time stamp that it was that way before we arrived to cover ourselves. One elevator, one entrance, so it took a long time to get our stuff to your room only to have issues with the keycard so multiple trips up and down to just even get into the room.

This hotel shares 1 single elevator. Hot tub was out of service during Oct.17-20. There is a musty smell when walking through the halls to get to your room. Our hotel room also smelled of paint and dirty wet carpet. The bathroom was by far the worst hotel bathroom I’ve experienced. There was traces of pink mold in the tile walls and floor of the shower. I don’t actually think it’s been scrubbed in over 6 months. The actual door wasn’t secure enough as it needed an extra push to close properly. This was room 303. The intersection by the hotel is hectic. We witnessed an accident during our stay. We were unsatisfied with our stay. The pictures on the website are inaccurate. We were recommended to stay here based off a location for a wedding we went to and based off “best hotels” in the area. Normally we don’t mind paying a higher rate for a good hotel but this place was extremely over priced.

Many things were broken & they don’t have any maintenance personnel. My room was right on highway next to loud trucks & they couldn’t move me because hotel stays full of construction workers. The HVAC was loud, making it difficult to sleep. Front desk staff were trying but they need some help.

Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. Slept like a baby never woke up once. Wish they mountain bike lock up boxes Over all I’ll stay here over and over. My new favorite hotel in bentonville. Close to many bike trail heads. Less than 5 min from the castle and many more. Has a bar and cheap convenience store drinks. Other hotels charge 5-7-9 dollars. Great stay

It was a great stay, I will say my room the ceiling was peeling, and the curtains were sheer. Light could be seen. There was curtains to the side but they didnt move! Just the sheer curtains. So the outside lights were very bothersome. If I stay at a hotel I want it dark! But other than that it was great!

The room was spacious and clean, however, the water pressure was low and the water wasn’t hot. The bed and pillows left much to be desired.

The straw was great. The rooms were huge and the staff was nice. AC was great! The only complaint was only having one elevator. But otherwise great place! I'd stay again.

There was nothing about this property that deserved more than 2 stars. Property was totally outdated. Right down to the avocado green walls in our room. We had no hot water for our shower, hot tub out order, 2 of 4 washing machines out of order, Mens lobby restroom had no toilet paper for 2 days, no decaf coffee. We were put in a room that practically butted next to Interstate 49. Should have complained but after seeing the condition of the property why bother.

Cable/DirectTV in room was disconnected. Wifi and breakfast offerings were good. Staff were friendly, but they double-charged us. We had booked (and paid) through Expedia, but when the front desk clerk took my credit card for incidentals, she also charged it for the hotel stay. Now having to call and get this corrected.

Likes: Reasonably priced, good breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds, quiet. Dislikes: Small things in the room, such as, insufficient table space, limited seating, insufficient lighting. Overall, however, we had a good experience and will stay there again.

A well designed room. Especially for those who want a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. But it is starting to show its age via wear and tear, e.g. worn and chipped floor tile. But a location convenient to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges at a moderate price.

No blackout curtains in the room and street and car lights made it difficult to sleep. Hot Tub not working. Property older and could use updating.

The staff was fantastic here, and the property was completely serviceable so I would most likely stay here again if coming back. It was quite convenient to get to Crystal Bridges and to the center of town. It’s nice because it was far enough away from the craziness of the center but very easy to get there for dinner and what not.

We made an online reservation. When I tried calling the hotel to make sure it had been received, the phone rang busy or just rang and never answered for hours. The lack of communication made me nervous, so we decided to go in person. The front desk lady was crabby apparently due to a mess in a room...? She did not apologize for the lack of phone answering, and insisted that the number worked by having me call the number--but it hadn't done that for 3 or 4 hours!? In the morning, the next counter person was fine. There was alot of remodeling going on. Anyways, our room was wonderful! The breakfast was also good. I would return to this hotel.

The accommodations were average. However, we asked for one extra blanket and both nights we were told they had no additional blankets. The second night, the front staff didn’t even pretend to check.

Barbara and staff are incredibly service oriented. Staff went out of there way to tend to my wife during this difficult trip.

I left out early so I did not eat breakfast. The room was good and clean with the lights on when I entered the room. The man who checked me in was a very nice and friendly man. I think his name was Tade?

When we checked in we were greated and asked if we needed any help with getting our stuff to our room, after the first night we notified the front desk that there was an issue with the toilet, they quickly moved us to another room and thanked us for being patient They were extremely friendly, fast, we felt welcomed

Tried to check in, nobody at the front desk, had to call the hotel, someone answered and then came to front desk. Also, there is a tavern right off the main lobby. Several men were drinking themselves drunk, carrying on and very loud and inappropriate. I'm glad my kids weren't with me to hear that language.

Do NOT stay here! I am an avid traveler. I am a very kind person. I have no problems with anyone. I chose this place because the photos look very clean, and it looks like a great value. I was so wrong. Here is my experience, and why I would suggest literally any other hotel in the Bentonville Fayetteville Rogers area. Any other hotel. 1) I paid for two rooms. When I went to the rooms, there were things in them. Literally belongings of people's things. Children's things. Personal things. Purses. Honestly, I was confused, and it was upsetting. I went to the front desk, and explained what happened. The front desk clerk laughed, and said it looks like he put me in already booked rooms. I was very disturbed by that, and asked for a refund. Politely. Although he laughed, his customer service was reasonable. He did seem very short staffed. But he said he would gladly refund, and he completely understands. He said it would take a few days to show up. After ten days, I contacted the property. They stated they are not going to refund the rooms. 1) I didn't even get a room, let alone two rooms. 2) They literally had me in a space of someone's very personal things. Then laughed about it. 3) They stated clearly that they would gladly refund the rooms, and that they completely understand. 4) Then, they did not do that. I paid $274.26. I received no rooms. I enjoy staying and visiting the area. I have stayed well over a hundred times. I would suggest any other hotel. Any. Don't pick here.

Bargain Hotel close to I-49 and downtown Bentonville and attractions. Staff was very nice and helpful and indoor pool is a plus.

Very nice hotel. We used it as a stop over on a longer trip. Easy to get to from freeway. Nothing super fancy but a nice economical place to stay.

It was quiet with a residential area close by. There are not many restaurants near the hotel though.

Such a comfortable and roomy spot for us to recharge and get ready to enjoy Crystal Bridges, just right up the road!

We took a family trip to Bentonville, Arkansas to enjoy the mountain biking, Crystal Bridges Museum, downtown Bentonville, and the natural beauty in NW Arkansas. At the Comfort Inn, there was adequate parking for vehicles. We have a large SUV with a bike rack. We used the pool and took advantage of the breakfast included. The hot tub was broken during our stay, but the pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast is okay. The coffee is hot, but it out of a dispenser and not brewed coffee. The food is adequate, but regular hotel food. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did like that we had two closets and plenty of space for our things. This was a good place to go for our family to the downtown bentonville and the surrounding area.

Close to Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Only complaint is refrigerator in room was not cold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was really good. It has quite an assortment with eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon, and fried potatoes. We had a good experience and recommend this stay to others. The location was great for us too. We were close to restaurants and Walmart and were in town for a family reunion and was close to it as well.

Nice clean room, very good breakfast buffet. Had 2 closets in room, but only had 1 clothes hanger. Bought our own to hang coats up.

Great location. Hotel appears relatively new. Room was clean with kitchenette. Staff is very accommodating. Small bar in hotel with a limited menu quick bites.

Well first off we choose this place cause it says they have a bar. It doesnt say anywhere that its closed on weekends. You got teenage girls working that cant answer questions. The room stayed warm, never cooled off. The hot qater wasnt hot. And the dang hot tub was out of order. The bread and bagels was supee stale. Im completely disappointed

Breakfast comes up short. Vendor Room closed on Saturday night.
