I dont like the fact that they only accept dogs under 25 lbs. My wife has an emotional support animal that is a cat . And we were refused our reservation we had for weeks in advance

Was very surprised to find that there was no elevator as someone people have difficulty with stairs and wou l’d not know to request a first floor room. The breakfast h both hot and cold items and felt there enough choices.

Parking lot construction as well as pool closed due to repairs. Middle of August was looking forward to lounging by the pool. Awakened every morning at 6:30 am by slamming of stairway doors. Not what we were hoping for.

Our room had dirty carpet and the room smelled like mildew and mold. We left around 4am to another hotel thank goodness! My nose and throat both burned from the stench. Definitely will never return there!!

Hotel had a weird smell in the rooms. AC smelled like mildew or wet dog. Carpet in the rooms smelled terrible. Shower head had mold with several noticeable mold spots on shower tub. The small fridge didn’t cool. Door lock didn’t properly shut. Ice machine had a terrible taste. I checked out earlier than anticipated and got charged the entire trip. There waa no partial refund. This place was expensive to stay and not worth the cleanliness. Breakfast was liquified materials you had to heat up in a communal pan.

I’m not sure where to start, but staying here was a HUGE mistake. We needed a handicap room and from the moment we started down the hall, I could smell a mildew smell. There were plug ins all down the hall, but the worst was when we entered the room. I complained and came to find out the place was built on a creek and the first floor has common problems with mildew, especially because the AC is on the floor and it recycles the air from outside. Moving to another hotel wasn’t an option because of big music festival in town. Our room key didn’t work at least a dozen times and I had to walk up to get it reset. The staff is super nice. They tried to be helpful and sprayed our AC thoroughly with a bleach cleaner until that is all we smelled for about 30 minutes, then the mildew smell came back. I’ve never been so happy to leave a hotel. But honestly it wasn’t for lack of effort from the staff. This hotel has some real issues and nice people will it be enough to ever return.

The room is very clean and comfortable. I love how the bedding is so soft. As if surrounded by a down comforter. We had a room on the 2nd floor. This was a bit of a challenge since there isn't an elevator. But I'll just make sure to get a ground floor room next time. If I had to select a downside, it would be the 32" TV. It's adequate, but we're all just used to bigger TV's. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly the best stay I’ve had at a hotel EVER, not the fanciest place in the world, TV’s need updated and no elevator but there was no entitlement that hotel people always have, the uptight characteristics and attitude that you constantly receive from the front desk people you don’t get here. It was an amazing day. The front desk was very quick very simple now whenever you go here, I would highly recommend going through the quality in website not hotel.com. Makes a process a little bit smoother but overall fantastic.

Upon arrival, before I ever got out of the truck, I could smell weed. I thought that surely the 2 employees were not sitting right in front of the front doors smoking, but sure enough, they were. I maybe a prude, but I cannot stand the smell of weed. And I find it incredibly unprofessional that both front desk receptionists were kicked back chillin on the sidewalk right in front of the front doors smoking weed like they were hanging out at someone’s house at a Friday night party. And then as I was getting us checked in, I got to continue enjoying that disgusting weed smell coming from the receptionist. Granted, it was very late when we came in, but still it was incredibly unprofessional. And this being the first time I’ve been to this hotel, I was less than impressed and pretty disappointed with the entire experience before I ever got through the front doors. Now, for the hotel itself, not terrible. Breakfast was impressive and the room was clean. Bed was incredibly comfy. Biggest drawback was the welcoming committee.

We were very happy with our stay. We knew there was no elevator and after a long travel day we were dreading hauling our luggage up a flight of stairs. There was no option to request a main floor room but without even asking Alice offered us a complimentary upgrade to the main floor. She was so sweet

My husband was scheduled to have open heart surgery early Friday morning, so we made a reservation for Thursday night. On Thursday morning the hospital called and had to reschedule his surgery until Monday morning due to an emergency. Hotels.com contacted the motel manager and requested a waiver of the nonrefundable penalty and to move the reservation to Sunday evening, as a room was available. They denied the request and kept the charge for the room. Needless to say, I will not use or recommend this Quality Inn in the future. They were uncooperative and heartless.

Was concerned when the elevator was out and having a second floor room for my elderly parents. They have been without power because of the storms and needed a safe, cool place to stay. The stairs were really rough for them. However, when they needed to extend their stay the staff was very gracious and cleaned a first floor room for them as soon as it became available and moved them. So very grateful. My parents said the rooms are clean, area feels safe for them, and that the staff has been wonderful. Thank you so much!

When I arrived to check in, I discovered that I had left my purse at the hospital. I became very distraught. The young lady at the desk was so very kind & understanding & i was extremely grateful for her kindness. She allowed me to go ahead & check in while I confirmed that the hospital security did indeed have my purse. I stayed 3 nights, and I never had a negative incident or issue. I totally would recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Amazin staff the two gentlemen that checked me in the evening, I arrived the manager and the other employee were absolutely phenomenal. The property was so clean and I will definitely be staying there again.

The toilet hardly flushed. We went to breakfast at 830am there was no food. No toaster for toast. 1 biscuit a spoonfull of potatoes no sausage. No eggs. Paid for a breakfast with room. This was our most exspensive room on out trip and the most disapointing

Stayed one night. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. The check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Traveling with a pet. Usually pet rooms are run down and stained but this was the exception.
