Easy check-in. Neat clean room with comfy beds. Located conveniently to unload our dogs and also take our daughter around the corner to the door pool. Pool was fabulous. Breakfast okay. Overall stay was fabulous.

I go down to Arkansas every few months and I've been to a few of the hotels in the mt home area and flippen and this one is the cleanest has the nicest staff has a 9 foot deep indoor pool that also has steps so for those who have trouble walking can get in easy the rooms are nice always clean I enjoy it and this is the only hotel I now stay at when I go and again the staff there are amazing always nice friendly easy to talk to even there maintenance guy is very nice And helpful it's worth every penny to go there also for being a guest there u also get a discount at the restaurant next door so another bonus just for being there it's for sure worth staying at

The employees were are very nice. The hotel and rooms were super clean. The pool wasn’t heated and the water was too cold which I was disappointed by but other than that we enjoyed it

Rooms were renovated pretty nicely and were cleaned up , but bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Pool was really murky and outside was not well maintained. Overall average stay for the price and can't complain too much.

Awesome stay. Pool area was wonderful, friendly staff (every person we worked with were extremely kind and helpful), set up movies in the ballroom for the kids in the evenings on the projector screen with popcorn, just all around great stay! We had 4 rooms total and all were clean and spacious!

The bed was very comfortable. The rooms had been recently renovated. Everything was clean. The pool was warm best in Mountain Home! The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was refreshing to find a place that takes pride in their hotel. I highly recommend it.

The property was pretty filthy and our particular room was even worse. Water damaged ceiling and an electrical plug in behind the night stand had no cover plate. Room had a funny smell as well. Wish I could post pictures for reference. This place is not well kept. I reserved a king bed and when I got there they didn’t have any kings and up charged me for two queens. I should have just left.

This Ramada Inn is one we'll never stay in again. We checked in and were not told of what we thought was a heavy metal band's concert that was to take place in the open area adjacent to our room. After returning really tired from a long day fishing a nearby river, we were looking forward to a restful evening. Instead, we were 'treated' to about 3 hours of a concert that we found distasteful. I have a sound app on my watch and the music was between 60-70 decibels the entire time. We could have opened the door to our room and stood within 30 feet of the band. While we won't stay at this facility again, it would be fair to say that our room was clean and comfortable.

Property is on the older side but its clean. The rooms have nice newer flooring and the beds are comfortable. Heating and air work perfectly. The bathroom has a heated exhaust fan so that was really nice.

My stay was great at first I did have an issue I couldn't get wifi to stay connected signal was to weak and I use it for work an family messaging and the manager was very friendly not only did he switch my room but gave me an even better one at no extra cost for the upgrade and I gotta say all the staff here are very nice always asking to help or if we need anything even if the hotel it self was crappy (but it's not) having great staff like that makes people keep coming back or giving it another shot because your treated well so I would recommend staying here it's a good place with great people also indoor pool is awesome

“You get what you pay for.” The nightly rate was low, so keep that in mind. The building was old —- probably built in the mid ‘70’s, but the rooms had new flooring and fixtures, so it was what I expected for that rate.

I booked this hotel for the inexpesnive price and the indoor pool. Both of those aspects of the stay were very good. Otherwise, this hotel is not impressive. I think it was probably awesome 40 years ago. However, my toilet kept clogging every single time we tried to flush it. We plunged it each time, but it clogged the very next time we used it...every time. There were also stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom that looked as if they might fall in on us at any point. The staff was friendly and I do appreciate the efforts that they have made to update the rooms. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

Overall, a 5 out of 10 the inner area (near the pool) was very noisy most of the time the door stuck and made loud noises every time it was open and closed. The clinic is a room was probably an 6 out of 10. By comparison, we had stayed at a Ramada in Providence Rhode Island, two weeks earlier for a couple of days and that rated 9 or better on everything.

I came in for just a night after enjoying a wedding. My request to check in an hour early was cheerfully approved, although I ended up arriving at the normal check in time. It was appreciated that they were flexible to my needs. The place was clean and I had everything I needed. I had to call the front desk for help getting the TV to work as the previous guest had plugged things in differently and the TV was not on the correct HTMI source. The gentleman at the front desk volunteered to come up and take a look. He cheerfully arrived in about a minute and fixed the problem. While he was there I asked if there were a USP port to plug in my phone for charging as I had brought a charging cord, just not an electrical plug. He said he could bring me one, which I greatly appreciated as I didn't want to have to go dit in my car to charge my phone. It's the little things that guests remember and I will tell my friends and family how much I appreciated the help! The rooms circle a large entertainment room with a stage and a piano. Around 11pm a young boy decided to play the piano, although he had not experience in playing so it was more of banging on the keys. That kept me awake for a while. My name may be Karen but I an not "THAT" kind of Karen. I am not one to complain, but it might be nice to put a "closed" or "please don't play after 10pm" sign on the piano. It he could have played it, that would have been a different story! Overall I am happy with this location. Thank you.

My boyfriend had his vehicle stolen out of the parking lot while we were checking out of the hotel. And the staff gave our room number and cell phone numbers to my boyfriends ex girlfriend who then woke us up screaming outside our hotel room and then had his truck stolen. All the issues we experienced here were due to lack of privacy and respect for our safty . Our information shouldn't have been given to anyone and the hotel should have at least been helpful with what to do after getting our vehicle stolen and having absolutely no resources or money because it was in the vehicle.

This was a great family lodging spot. An indoor pool with dining tables by the pool, and a bbq grill right out the door made it so easy for us to enjoy our family vacation! Bull Shoals lake was only 20 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They give 20% discount if you order from their restaurant, Momo’s Grill, a Nepalise restaurant. We tried 4 different dishes, Steamed chicken Momos, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Biryani, and Goat Korma.They were all so~ delicious! I highly recommend this place!

It’s great for people with dogs. However it’s not quiet and the bed was horrible. The bathroom was so small. Holes in the shower curtain. The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was disappointing bc it wasn’t anything there at 7:30 am on a Friday morning. We stayed in 128 but it’s great for the dogs bc the floor isn’t carpet and there is a big area for them to run.

The property was quit so we were able to get a good nights rest both nights we were there. The room was neat and comfortable but not updated recently The breakfast on Saturday was lacking at best Eggs were never brought to the dining area so our breakfast was a couple pieces of sausage since we are on a carb free diet. Sunday we checked out and ate elsewhere in town as we continued our journey

I had three rooms because the roof leaked because of storms. The breakfast bar didn't have plates available the first day. The second through fourth day they didn't have eggs.The final room they gave me was nice and clean. The carpets were worn throughout the hotel and the furniture old.

I'll start by saying it wasn't awful. It was clean enough, in a convenient location for what we needed, and the price was great. We were traveling to see family and we had our dog with us, so we needed a place that allowed pets. It's an older motel and you can tell they've been trying to update it. It's a little shabby, but it's a perfectly acceptable place to spend a few nights as long as you aren't looking for anything fancy. They offer a few breakfast, but we only tried it once and weren't super impressed. There were decent options, but nobody there to tidy up, so there was crusted waffle batter in a cup and sticky syrup on the counter. There was also some sketchy stuff going on the first morning we were there and we couldn't leave because we were blocked in by multiple police cars. Again, the place is fine. It's not fancy, but clean enough that you aren't worried about bugs or anything.

The staff were wonderful, and our room was clean bed was so comfortable. If you like Authentic India food, you will love their food and you get a 20% discount if you are staying with them. The young man that checked us in was so kind and so helpful, we enjoyed talking with him. Thank you so much we will be back again.
