There is a 24hr gym, there’s a bar located inside the property, and there’s many options for breakfast daily. The place was very clean and the employees went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The front lobby area had a fireplace and game area with tables that made it very inviting and comfortable for ppl of all ages.

This was a beautiful hotel - everything seemed brand new. Bed was comfortable - I slept straight through the night for the first time in years. Breakfast was good with a fine choice of waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, muffins, fruit and yogurt. The hotel also provided a book of local places to eat with menus. The only concern I had was that the outside pool was dirty. In general the water was clean but the sides of the pool needed to be scrubbed down. In all fairness, I don't know what the weather had been like before we arrived so there might have been a lot of rain and humidity causing the pool walls to be black at the waterline and the pool walls could have used a good scrubbing.

When I arrived, the staff greeted me and made sure I felt welcome at the property. I needed to do some business work and I was able to use the business area for making copies to present at my meeting the next day. At no extra charge! That was amazing. The desk attendant, Chevelle, helped me with copy paper and toner on multiple occasions. I was able to shop for office supplies close by and there were plenty of places to eat close by too. I will recommend anyone to stay there!

Was stated to sleep 5 which was a necessity for us with two adults and three kids. Got there to the AC in the lobby not working and being in the 90s outside. The room itself was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Said it sleeps 5 but it was two double beds. Guy at the front desk didn’t know what to say or do about it, hotel had no larger rooms so we were stuck. The room was filthy: rings from wet cut on the nightstand, prices of half eaten candy on the floor, room itself was old and grimy. Bathroom had no shower curtain and two towels. Front desk was inept. Terrible experience all the way around, would never stay there again.

We loved this little hotel! It is new and immaculately clean. The bed was so very comfortable. Black out curtains as well. Large tv. Everything you want in a hotel. Our cleaning lady Nicole went over and beyond to make sure our room was spotless. The front desk people were so kind too. We will surely stay here again!

2 improvements suggested. WiFi is lacking in speed and needs upgrading along with the the sign request which has to be done each time you sign on. The channels offered on the tv are suitable but are lacking as it relates to other places we’ve stayed. The staff and facilities are whistle clean and extremely helpful

This is the 3rd time for us to stay at this hotel. Each time our room is immaculate. The hotel is fairly new and is well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There are cookies at check-in and the breakfast is ready promptly and supplies the standard fare. Twice we’ve been in rooms on the first floor facing the parking lot. This time our room was on the second floor facing the interstate. There is some noise audible from the interstate so I’d recommend asking for a room facing the parking lot.

Room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable. As usual pillows was flat. We were on the second floor & our room was very hot. At night we set the thermostat to 67 and literally sweat all night long, neither of us slept. Other than that it was a nice visit.

Our stay at your hotel was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint we had is about your WiFi service. Being constantly kicked off the network is a pain in the butt. Most hotels we stay at have at least a 12 hr lease time once connected. Some are for 24 hrs. Beside that all was great.

I liked the fact that much of the area immediately surrounding the property was undeveloped. A great place for a morning walk. I didn't like our really noisy toilet that had a very loud whistle whenever you flushed it. Also the Wi-Fi coverage was poor and the connection to the internet was very intermittent even in stronger signal areas like the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was good but the hot food was a bit on the cold side. Overall though a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

This is a newer hotel and we were very satisfied with our stay. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds, pillows and amenities were top notch.

Week long stay. Hotel is clean and great location only problem is shower is not strong enough and bed was way too firm for our taste. Being that those two things are really important to us we will be staying somewhere else in the future.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It’s very nice, clean and maintained. Quiet location near highway. This time the bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble with the thermostat. The breakfast room is immaculate and has a decent variety of hot and cold food.

Horrific experience! This hotel does not allow residents of Mountain Home Arkansas. I booked my room on Expedia, as usual, prepaid, returning from an out of town trip...but when I arrived for check-in they REFUSED to give me a room stating they do not provide rooms to local residents. SO, if you have an emergency at the house such as a flood, you lose power or simply a huge family gathering and there's no room for everyone at your house ... you need to find another local hotel in Mountain Home arkansas, because this one does not give rooms to local residents under any circumstances or any conditions. This would have been nice to know when booking and prepaying for the room. Oh and I forgot an important detail, when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager is not on the property. When I asked for the clerk to call the manager she's initially said it wasn't possible, then when I raised my voice, she folded her arms and said well now I'm not even going to try because of your attitude. When I raise my voice a second time, she went in the back and brought the manager to the front desk. Oops, I think you were caught in a lie.

Highly recommend this hotel! Mountain Home AR needed this new hotel! Very clean, modern, quiet, comfortable. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the biscuits & gravy, waffle makers, and fresh fruit. The manager Noah was so kind and professional. Will definitely stay here again!

I came up for business on an overnight trip. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The lobby was tastefully decorated, The desk clerk was pleasant and efficient The elevator was large Our room was very clean The beds were comfortable The shower was adequate Although breakfast was at 6 and we had to leave at 5:45, the tried to accomodate us by getting some bagels out for us. I would easily choose this hotel if I come back to Mountain Home.

Fruit flies all over the bathroom! Night staff sleeping on the couch overnight, could not get awake to purchase a DR pepper. Check in staff very unknowledgeable any Expedia and said needed to call boss to check me in under special process. When I said was going to leave all the sudden I got checked in ok. Seemed very focused on the fact that bar was closed even though I stated many times "it's ok, I don't drink." Staff made this a questionable stay, the room/facility made up for it

We had to cancel our trip due to my mom being put on hospice. We had actually gotten to the hotel when we got the news. The front desk clerk, Chantelle was so compassionate and kind, something you don't really find anymore. We appreciated her kind words. We have stayed in this hotel before and we will be staying again. It is always clean and accommodating. We love Mountain Home and this hotel!

Great hotel and great staff. Very clean and quiet. We left something behind and when i called, the staff did not hesitate to look in our room immediately and find what we had left. The had no problem in shipping it to us. A nice note was even included in the package. I would highly recommend the Americinn.

We were in town for a family wedding. The location was easy to find and close to restaurants and the highway. The staff was efficient and courteous. Beds were comfortable. Would only suggest adding another chair to the room. There was only one. But a minor inconvenience.

First time to stay at an AmericInn. Only complaint was a lack of breakfast items even though it was not a big demand. Eggs, link sausage and bananas were not available as previous morning. Also coffee lids or wraps. Not sure why.

The hotel is new and clean. The front desk person was friendly. The window shades are electric with no mention of that or directions. One layer was down but sheer and we got very litte sleep because it was very light like daytime, but the next morning we discovered the darker shade. Breakfast was served at 6 AM, We went down about 6:15 and it was not very warm. At that time you would have thought it would be hot!

We had a terrible experience at a Vrbo glamping off grid so we were very thankful to find this hotel close by. Staff were friendly. It was clean. Hotel breakfasts are my favorite and they had a little bit of everything. Cereal, yogurt, biscuits gravy, waffles, other items I’m sure I missed I got full. Juices, milk, coffee etc. Ice water out 24/7 which was SO nice and convenient having our big cups
