we always stay here when in the area. We stay here for the indoor pool. Our grands love to swim and we love to soak in the hot tub!!

This is a great place to stay! Hotel was stocked with everything we needed, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was amazing for all 3 mornings! My grandson loved making his own waffles! The only thing that I would recommend that this hotel needs is a great gym. They only had a an exercise bike, a stability ball, and some medicine balls. And they also stored house keeping supplies in there. Cleaning cart and vacuum.other than that, it was great!

The rooms were clean, a bit dated but we were happy to have a clean place to sleep and didn’t need anything fancy. The pool and hot tub felt amazing but had so many chemicals in them, our entire party’s eyes were burning. At least you know it’s clean! The breakfast had many options, the food was decent.

Should have been told the hot tub was not working—big part of why we picked this hotel.

The property was well worn, but clean. The pool was not working, with basic lawn care needing to be done around the property. We were set to stay two nights but left early to make a one night stay. The housekeepers smoked right outside one of the entrances and had an ash bucket at the door. The were friendly though and our check in was quick and easy. Won’t go back to that location in the future.

First thing there was an awful smell coming from pool room on first floor. Sink would not drain; no hot water in room! Pool & hot tub was contaminated and closed . Goody guy working the desk. People in front of us left without hesitating to stay. It was horrible we left!!!!!

Too expensive for the amenities they have. There is no bar/lounge which it stated in the amenities

Personnel were friendly. Was undergoing renovations, needed an update. Should be full stars once completed.

My boyfriend and I booked this property for a quick little getaway. Our main reason for booking this specific one was for the hot tub. Check in was seamless and the room was gorgeous, the bed was super hard though. Both of our backs felt it this morning. We went down to the pool area and it was so hot in there, you could barely breathe. Staff had opened a door and put a fan in front of it to try and get the air out. We turned on the timer for the hot tub, nothing happened. We tried several more times, but nada. It was broken. We stuck a toe in to check the temperature and it was barely lukewarm, so we decided it wasn't worth it. We went back upstairs and watching tv for the remainder of the evening. Breakfast this morning was mediocre at best. They had some super greasy sausage and watery eggs, some cereal options, and some pastries. The staff were all courteous and very friendly, we enjoyed all interactions with them.

Room smells like cat pee. I asked to be moved and they refused to accommodate. Avoid this place if possible

For a Hampton is was the worst one I’ve ever stayed at in the United States, it’s in need of serious upkeep especially the showers. Room smelled like urine, I’d choose another location in the area even if your a rewards member like myself. Not worth it when they’re are plenty of nice boutique style hotels in the area.

Everything was good except that I wore white socks when walking around the room and they were very dirty when I took them off. This tells me that the carpet needs cleaning

The pool and hot tub felt amazing but had so many chemicals in them, our entire party’s eyes were burning. At least you know it’s clean! The breakfast had many options, the food was decent.

The hotel was clean and the stay was fine. The original booking here on Expedia said the room was supposed to sleep 5 and it did not. There were just two double beds. They did not have roll away beds either. We had to go out and buy an inflatable mattress for the night. The man at the counter said that was Expedias fault so I’m not sure.

Needs updating

Room was small. Bed was a standard size, not queen size. Shower was hard to regulate water temperature. Lighting was dim.

poor set up in all cases. Room for a very tall person. Shower head un reachable. bathroom door sticks to floor causing injury. no light in fixture. no drawer knobs. Tp dispenser out of reach.

Staff friendly and helpful

Great visit…my first morning at breakfast a very fat woman who worked there spoke loudly and constantly about another employee. It was very irritating to hear about how this “redhead bword” thinks she owns the place. She and another fat male at the front desk talked about the redhead b word….yess they said “b” word not the full vernacular…..then the fat woman waddled into the kitchen and told the gentleman who worked in that area about her dislike for the red headed worker. The man who worked in the kitchen seemed embarrassed and kept looking around when buffalo wallow woman was loudly speaking her diatribe. When I checked in a red headed woman was working behind the desk…she could not have been more polite and efficient. But anyway it was interesting breakfast conversation.

The hotel was super nice. I reserved a room online and used Apple Pay. Once I got to hotel they said my payment didn’t work so they needed my credit card to pay again, I pulled up my banking info and showed them it had already gone thru my bank and they said oh that will go away once you pay this. So they next morning I still had two 192 dollar bills in my bank account, one from my online reservation and the other when she made me pay again. I went to the front desk that morning and the lady was super nice and said oh the reservation worked she shouldn’t have made you pay again and said she would reimburse me for that one and I thought she did with me right there. We leave and 30 mins down the road I realize she only reimbursed 160 even tho I had payed 192 twice. I was like well at least it’s 30 dollars. Well now they took that 160 off that they reimbursed me and charged me 160 again. I have tried to call and have not got help. So I reserved a room online and got charged 192 and then they made me pay 192 again and then they skimped me and gave me 160 back and now have charged me 160 again. I literally just rented a room and was trying to have a nice stay and got charged 352 dollars for it!

Had a phenomenal receptionist/host. She actually had a great, friendly personality. During their shift change over the younger gentlemen was pretty great too but we didn't have much interaction.

I booked this hotel over 3 months ago, but when I tried to check in I was told they could see my reservation but had given my room away. They were not able to explain why, and they simply said we overbooked somehow.

Very quiet and convenient to Baxter hospital. Plenty of choices to eat.lots of shopping choices also.

Went down for breakfast wasn’t hardly anything there. The oatmeal was watery, no coffee cups and then the coffee ran out people had to wait for everything. The lady working there wasn’t able to keep up and keep the breakfast items available.
