Nice option in Flagstaff. The other Comfort Inn is nicer/fancier near the campus, but charges more and all I needed was a place to sleep. Pool area is very small, but nice for a rest. They have it all; Pool, Sauna and Steam Room plus exercise area.

The Comfort Inn was very "COMFORTABLE." The staff were professional, helpful and courteous. We needed to extend our stay for an additional day and they helped to make this possible, easy, and without requiring a move to another room or floor. The breakfast had many options (food choices), there was no TV blaring, the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room were warm and clean and the entire Inn was well maintained. We would return.

This place is horrible. Checked in 9pm Friday night. Went to pool looked kinda dirty but was so dark and no pool lights seam for about 10 mins, got the kids out and no towels. Had to run out dripping wet to get towels from front desk. We got up next morning and baked Headed out 9am to go enjoy our day sledding/ tubing. Came back around 4pm. Tried giving kids baths to warm up but warm water ran out before filling first bath. It took us 2hrs for 4 of us to get washed up and warm. While family woke up around 1130pm sweating tried to turn in a/c but it wouldn't work. Had to sleep with window wide open listening to trains, and traffic all night. Went to the pool 9am Sunday morning and finally seen the pool in the light It was so dirty my son couldn't see his toy at the bottom of pool. Hottub was worse water was so dark and yellowish turned the jets on and there was almost a ft of yellowish foam on top of water ..I spoke with management at 10:30 am and didn't even get to fully explain my experience before he said I can't help you with anything and literary walked away saying I'm done with you.. Completely unprofessional customer service.

Had no idea of the rate I paid, when I got to my room. There were no shower towels. Sidewalks were not shoveled after snow that has been on them for weeks. Furniture is dirty rooms are dirty staff is rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

My family walked in ahead of me, and the man at the front desk didnt say A WORD, no greeting, nothing, until he said, "last name?" to me. Very rude, in my opinion. Room A/C was off amd room was very hot when we got in. Turnes it down significantly, and eventually the room did cool down. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and my wife and I struggled to get to and stay asleep. The icing on the cake was the shower, as I have NEVER ran out of hot water in a hotel shower, until this weekend. Inwas in for about 5 minutes when I noticed the temp drop. This was the cheapest of what seemed decent hotels in Flag for this weekend, and we definitely got what we paid for. Never Again!!!

Older hotel that is dated in some respects but make up for it in a well maintained and very clean room. Room did not have microwave as advertised but there was a common area microwave that worked. Breakfast selection is good but goes fast (weekends). Housekeeping is upon request and at additional charge. Overall reasonable for the price. Would stay again.

It wasn't great at all. Front Desk was a little too quiet & not very kind. One lady didnt know how to check out & book me for another night. Then, after i checked out there was $100 taking from my account. The manager accused me of doing something to the sink & everything was perfectly fine when i left. He didnt bother calling me about the incident. Instead of keeping it professional. He begins to raise his voice & tell me i had people in the room when it was a solo trip. Me being Navajo i felt he was racially profiling me because he thought i was drinking/partying. This was the worst stay ive had. The Manager was very unprofessional & the Staff could be a lot more positive/kinder.. Praying i get my $100 back. Wouldnt recommend anyone staying here.

I have to give a huge shout out to the super nice lady who was working the front desk in the morning we were checking out she was amazing. She was helping in the breakfast area and working the front desk. The coffee machine was clogged and one of the other employees said it was fine and the main lady said she would fix it cause the others don’t want to get their hands dirty!! we liked this comfort Inn, The staff was great, check in was easy and friendly. it was within walking distant to restaurants and a short drive to shopping. It was centrally located for where we needed to go for a NAU graduation, Go Jacks!! Comfort Inn made a Memorable time for us, with no worries. Thank you Comfort Inn!

Breakfast: was limited and the eggs and sausage links were cold, there was no toaster and no bread, no fruit. Room: There was No microwave in the room. The brewed coffee was terrible and too bitter. And the toilet in our room sounded like a jet plane taking off when flushing, and not only in our room, also in room near us - we could hear it through the walls at 2am in the morning.-When making the reservation, the hotel stated said only $25 dollars for our 1- Pet, per full stay and no mention of this on website for this hotel location not the $35 per day/night.

The property was outdated and neglected. Our room smelled bad and when we opened the refrigerator we just looked at each other and slammed it closed because it literally smelled like poop. The screen was torn, the lamp shade torn, the nightstand between the beds drawer wouldn’t stay closed so we tied the phone cord around the handle to keep it closed to prevent banging into it every time we got up. Breakfast was subpar. No fruit at all, coffee was disgusting, eggs were cold. I would not recommend this place. I have no idea how some people could rate it high. Oh, the sheets had a cheap floral smell to them, like a car freshener or something, ugh! There was no reason to ask for a different room because I’m quite sure there were no good ones. I have to say that check in was fine and the desk agent was pleasant enough.

Only one plus: comfortable beds. Bathroom was a joke, dark barley any light, fan sounded like a saw mill, sink is outside the bathroom & very tiny. Room was so-so but clean. Breakfast was very skimpy and pretty sad: basically skimpy bacon, scrambled eggs or mini egg omelet,juice machine broke. Would not recommend at all. Very out dated even for the price wasn't worth it.
