We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Flagstaff! The Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. There was sufficient parking and even a place for us to do our laundry. 😀👍

Clean room, comfortable bed. The elevator was broken and we were on 3rd floor but they offered us a refund to go to another hotel. We can handle 3 flights of stairs thankfully.

Start with the two positives. Great location and lobby is beautiful. However, one elevator to serve the entire hotel is unsatisfactory and the room was so small. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we were sore the next morning. We also didn’t sleep well due to too many guests dogs barking at all hours. The walls are extremely thin, so you hear everything everybody is doing and saying above, below, next door, and and across the hall from you. The toilet flushes violently and the shower smelled like mildew. The breakfast buffet that is delivered in thermo bags and scooped into warming trays was mediocre for the $15 price tag at best. We won’t be recommending to anyone or returning.

I arrived late at night after a bad snow storm. Because the parking is in a hill, my car was slipping and going sideways, very scary. I was able, after so much work, to back it up into a parking space. The parking was full. There was a lot of ice on the ground making it very slippery and dangerous. There are 5 EV parking spots. 3 in one side and 2 in the other. After I got out of the car, I noticed that one of my back tires was encroaching in one of the EV parking spots. Tried to move it but because of the hill and the conditions of the ground my car continued slipping sideways towards the EV parking spot. I decided to leave the car in that way since it was around 10pm and the EV parking spots were empty. I was very tired since it took me 4 hours to travel from Phoenix to Flagstaff because of the conditions. At 3:30 am, the phone in my room began ringing. It was an employee named Eli who told me that I needed to move my car or it would be towed because I was double parked and parked in the EV spot which wasn’t true. I went outside and after a few minutes, I was able to move my car a few inches away from the EV spot. Then I noticed that there were 2 more free EV spots in the other side. I went to inquire with the employee Eli about the emergency and the need to get me up at 3:30am. I tried to be as polite as possible. Eli became very defensive and rude. The next day, I noticed other non EV cars parked at the EV spot all day, no one doing or saying anything.

Clean well kept up hotel. Easy check in, nice staff. Pool and hot tub area were in good shape as well. Quite a few people with dogs, no issues seen with cleanliness. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 15 years, always the same, well kept property. Nice job, thank you!

We noticed the bedsheet hadn’t been changed from the last occupancy. Only noticed this the next morning when removing the pillow. Was given a certificate to Pandera for this problem. Overall a good hotel and staff. Good breakfast. Would stay again but would definitely check sheets.

Property was not clean, the elevator was being painted on several floors with no signs. I found out when I held the elevator for someone and I got paint all over my jacket. There was no conditioner in the room that we stayed in. Overall this place is a 1 star.

The rooms are very small, the elevator was not functioning so we had to carry bags up to third floor. The refrigerator pulled right out on the floor when trying to open the door. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is not a typical Hilton. Just stay away.

My neighbors were extremely loud and at 1:15 AM I had to call the front desk to complain about the noise. The walls were very thin, i could hear the TV of the people next to us and when they flushed the toliet. We heard alot of stomping above us as well. On a brighter note.. all of the staff I had interactions with were kind, helpful, and extremely friendly.

Everything is perfect except for small bathroom size. The toilet is literally in between the sink and the shower. There is no room to move around at all. If you stand in front of the sink, you are about 6 inches from the toilet.

The bed was so uncomfortable and we were in a king room. The shower door was glass and it stayed open and rolled instead of closing. The walls were so thin we could hear the couple in the next room laughing and also his snoring the next morning. We had a poor nights sleep here.

Our experience was great! They even welcomed my 10 month old puppy. The staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping was excellent! The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was a hell of a lot better than the Denny's across the street, and the cost was half as much. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable! I also liked the location. It was located just off of I-40 and I-17, and also within walking or very short driving distance to Denny's, Sizzler, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden. My fiancé and I agreed that this will be our "go to" Hotel every time we visit Flagstaff, which is quite often.

We liked the pool and jacuzzi. Some staff were great, but sime staff was a little cold at times and seemed disinterested or preoccupied and too busy to show a smile and give eye contact when answering our questions.

The room is ok . Not great but not bad . The best is comfy . The best property is small and it doesn't have a lot of green space to walk around it. However , the location is convenient when looking at proximity to stores. The breakfast was amazing and so well priced . The best part of the stay for sure.

A wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the kitchen staff was so kind and accomodating. The room itself was definitely better than expected. Went for a grand canyon trip and it was centrally located close to there, about an hour and a half out, and sedona was 44 minutes so it was perfect.

Good location as soon as you enter into the main town area. Nearby many food, restaurant outlets ... The only downside was that the parking was horrible, we had to park on the other side and down away from the hotel. Also, not the hotels fault but the electric went out in the whole area at 2 or 3am, so they said they had some things like bread, muffins, waffles etc but when we got down there about 11am they said everything was closed. Because the breakfast was delayed and also not what they usually have, I really think it should have been extended as a courtesy and if not, then some type of credit for food should have been issued. It just felt cold and like they didn't care or do too much to make it better ... Everything else as described, would have been a pretty satisfying stay but those last little bit of a bad taste this left.
