Room was nice and roomy. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Staff friendly. Pool was nice. Air conditioner a little loud but other than that our stay was great. There are lots of stores and restaurants close by, even walking distance.

The hotel is located in an area that suites me for the business I do while in Phoenix. Unfortunately the pool was not in use due to bad chlorine levels so my grandkids who I had taken them so they could swim, did not get to. Would have been nice to see that on the website ?

My sisters and I brought our bathing suits to hang out by the pool and the pool was so green and unhealthy. This causes mosquitos to mate. When we reported it, we were told oh, I’ll let maintenance know. How could they not know their pool is green when you have a lot of people staying there. I was told I was getting a refund and I’m still waiting for that.

Our ac went out for several days, so I got a room at red lion. It was very comfortable. The hot breakfasts are fantastic. The air conditioning works well. The beds are comfortable, and the jacuzzi was wonderful. The small marketplace downstairs is really convenient, especially because my roommates son has diabetes and needed snacks at random intervals. The kids enjoyed the pool.

It was a decent stay. Average. Wouldn’t stay again. The carpets in the room and throughout the hotel looked dirty. The room felt dank. Definitely not worth the price/night. On the plus side, no evidence of bed bugs. Something I’m always concerned about when staying in a hotel.

Close to my hospital. 3 black long hairs in sheets when i turned the bed down, I'm platinum blonde. Checking in. Was told there were no roller racks to bring your luggage in from car. We left at 06:15 am, li and behold a rack had returned.

We really enjoyed our room especially the jetted tub. The room was comfortable and clean and all employees were kind and helpful. My only conplaint is the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken the entire time and there is a musty cigarette smell in the halls and lobby. Our room did not have the same smell. It did not hinder our trip in any way.

TV and toilet broken in our room. The 2nd room they moved us to the TV was broken and shower head was half in and half off since it was cracked. Front desk agent and the morning Manager didn’t help or accommodate me.

Nice property. Clean. Good hot breakfast. Only thing I would improve is the internet. I was in room 210 and the internet signal and speed was not the greatest. Used my cell phone hotspot more than the provided WiFi. Thank you!

I don't remember ever staying at a hotel with better service, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Everyone we encountered, from all of the front desk staff to the person in charge of housekeeping were so helpful and really friendly! The room was VERY nice, well lit, with great amenities. Only complaint was that the A/C was pretty loud. The breakfast was excellent (which is not always the case with "free" hotel breakfasts. Overall, if i have the need to return to Phoenix I would definitely stay again at the Red Lion.

Everything was great!, but….I was in #136, and I was disturbed at all hours by doors slamming. The doors need a brake to ease them in to closing, quietly. Residents leave/enter rooms and let go of the door handles, then……SLAM!!! That’s all.

My son was in a vehicle accident near Phoenix, while traveling from California to Florida. I was flying in from New York and had 2 very long delays. The hospital was discharging my son before I would be there to help him. He did not have ID, money or even a shirt or shoes. I called the hotel and spoke with Veronica; she was kind and extremely helpful. During our stay they helped with a shower chair, laundry and keeping his ice packs frozen. I am grateful and would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Everyone here was kind and extremely helpful. Thank you again!

The stay was great. The staff was the BEST! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. When we requested to be placed in another room to get away from remodeling work, the staff was extremely helpful. I want to thank Sierra and Noah for making this happen. Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

My son and I stayed here for Cleveland Guardians spring training baseball. Close to both Goodyear Stadium (Guardians/Reds) and Surprise Stadium (Rangers/Royals). Safe and easy to navigate area with many restaurants and shopping options. Continental breakfast on site was also above average. Had a blast at spring training and would stay here again.

Excellent stay at Red Lion in Goodyear, AZ. Conveniently located off I-10 with lots of restaurant options near by. Comfy and clean room with large bathroom. Nice hot breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, yogurt. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again and recommend to others!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast option were okay but food was mediocre (typical hotel breakfast). Although, the pancake machine was fantastic! No mess like those waffle irons. No batter to mix or pour ... just push the button and a couple of minutes later your pancakes come out. Very close to freeway access. Lots of places to eat nearby. We recommend Black Angus Steakhouse and the Denny's across the street. SUPER friendly staff. We will likely stay at the Red Lion Inn & Suites again the next time we visit.

The hotel was next to Cracker Barrel which was a nice surprise. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. For example yhe coffee was weak on the first day and the second day they ran out of coffee for a long time. We left and had breakfast at Cracker Barrel.
