I do not recommend staying here. The elevator has stains in the carpet and smelled like pee. I took the stairs instead and I stayed on the 4th floor. The main reason for picking this place was for the amenities and I couldn’t even enjoy them. The gym was under construction so I had to pay extra money to join a gym for a week. I laid out by the pool they had the doors open from the building as the construction was going on so I could hear all the noise. They are remodeling the whole place and it’s not a place to stay for relaxing vacations. My time off was ruined by staying here. Please don’t waste your money coming here. I wish they warned me about the construction in the listing. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This property is fine, but the only reason I booked was because they had a fitness facility and when I got there I found out it was under construction and the fitness facility was closed. Didn’t even have equipment anywhere. The breakfast was okay but not great. I just slept and left in the morning right away since I couldn’t use the amenities that were advertised

Oh my, don't get me started....,, Olivia checked us in. She had been on the job for two days. She was totally competent and welcoming. After a long drive we were looking forward to relaxing in the bar with a drink and a light snack. I chose this property for the location and the fact that it had a bar and a restaurant. At five in the afternoon, Olivia was not only left totally alone to check in guests at the front desk but also to serve the bar patrons and prepare and serve the limited bar/restaurant menu. While we were at the bar people came and gave up waiting for service as she was not able to be in both places at once. Obviously the management is neglectful and clueless. So unfair to a good employee that was trying extremely hard to do an impossible task. The property is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. There is a possibility we will need to stay for two nights. The Hilton is down the street and I will be making a reservation and hoping for a property that is well managed and recognizes the need for good customer service over bare bones economy just because it is the "slow season".

Our first room there was hair everywhere and gum on the doorframe to the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty. We switched rooms and then the second room there were food crumbs on the furniture. Clearly they are not cleaning and it was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Nice and “newer” overall feel. It is immediately adjacent to a very busy expressway that runs 24/7 with loud traffic easily heard inside room. Room did not have constant fan setting on unit to drown out noise. VERY LOUD room and I’m very tolerant of noises. Fitness room smaller than most hotels with few amenities. Property area not really walkable to food or interest. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Tiny pool. Very modern and comfortable rooms. Found hairs in my shower walls from previous tenants.

The room layout felt awkward. Only the unit by the window worked for cooling the room, and it didn’t cool the room very well. Shower has a drip that was consistently loud when trying to sleep. The customer service was exceptional, just wasn’t overly pleased with the room.

I booked this stay on the Expedia mobile app about an hour and a half before we got there. Got a confirmation and everything seemed fine. When we got to the property, the front desk told me they overbooked the hotel and we didn't have a room. This is at 11:50PM on New Year's Eve, mind you. They informed us that we could stay at another of their properties about 20 minutes away. Exhausted, and faced with few other options, we took the offer. After an already long day of travel, It was an incredibly frustrating situation. They have NOT offered any compensation for their mistake. How hard would it of been for them to call or text us to let us know they overbooked their hotel before we drove all the way there?

We booked a double queen but when we showed up at 10pm and they didn't have a room for us and we had to go in a king room which was a problem since there was 5 of us. They said they over sold! What hotel does that??!!! We were visiting family so we had to borrow an air mattress for our fifth person. Other than that, the property satisfied with the check in and giving up a room that we booked and paid for.

Check in process wasn’t friendly less than a great experience. I said hello how are you and Olivia just stared at me. Like I was a bother and a huge inconvenience. Then I said thank you after checking in and got nothing. Where I come from professionalism, hospitality, conversation and manners is must when working in customer service. We then came down to the bar area, no staff was there. We sat for a good 10 minutes before being acknowledged by Olivia when she stated that we couldn’t pay using a card. Didn’t give other options. Our floors in the room were absolutely disgusting.

Very, very nice rooms and if you get on the one of the higher floors you have either a great sunset or sunrise in AZ. They were under construction when I was there but still a good experience. It's about a 3-5 min drive from the San Tan Village area that has just about every major store, shop and restaurant you can imagine.

The room was okay—slightly outdated—but it was clean and everything in the room worked properly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was terrible. On Tuesday, the hot breakfast consisted of a pot of waffles, bacon bites, and cold Canadian bacon. On Wednesday, the biscuits and waffles were hard. I've stayed at several other Hyatts, and this was by far the worst breakfast experience. To make matters worse, on Thursday, breakfast wasn’t even put out on time due to staff callouts.
