Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert

We stayed expecting to catch an evening bite at the bar. Only offering available was cheese pizza and small order of chicken wings.

Averagely good, no water bottles in the room

I only stayed for a night for doctors appointments for my daughter. The place was very nice and well kept and definitely worth the money. The breakfast they served while I was there was not very good at all, though. Still will stay again in the future, when we need to come back for appointments.

I was disappointed with the eminities in our room. No microwave. Stains on the floor. Dificult trying to go to the bathroom when door wont shut.For the money we paid it should have been better.Pulling up the Hotel there was a terrible sulfur smell. Room was very noisy. We could hear ppl in the hallway all hours of the morning.

Breakfast offerings were repeated from one day to the next. The potatoes were lukewarm at best and the scrambled eggs were a touch too salty. The tub and sink in our room both drained slowly. On arrival, our shower gel was empty and it took 2 requests to get more. When we did get it, it was not placed in the shower receptacle; it was left out on the sink counter.
