Run down property. Dirty rooms, sofa bed had dead bug inside, no linens provided for sofa bed, tiny breakfast area, broken security latch on room door, uncomfortable super firm mattress. Did not enjoy anything about this property. So unpleasant and uncomfortable we cut our stay short even though we were not refunded. Had to get out of this place!

We were going to visit Petrified Forest, national Park 25 miles away and Holbrook was the nearest town. Other than that the hotel room was old and small. However, the price we paid was low enough and we got early check-in . the fridge was new and the beds were decent. The bathroom was very small as the hotel was apparently old. good customer service. The hot Breakfast was good. No fresh fruits though. We left early because of a snow storm with accumulation and did not stay the second day that we already paid for

Ok, so this is a motel-style building and it is by no means luxury amenities, but we had a lovely stay here while visiting Petrified Forest National Park. The rooms were clean, staff were attentive (it’s almost unheard of now to get a call from the front desk after you check in asking if everything is good with your room), during breakfast the staff was regularly cleaning and restocking food items and the rooms were spacious.

We've stayed here 8 times now. Even though the property is not new, I love this place! Above all else, it's quiet, and I've never heard anybody next door or upstairs. Sure, you can hear some doors closing, but nothing that will keep you up at night. Everything is reasonably clean and comfortable, even the beds---another essential! Breakfast is like most other midpriced hotels, but the staff is nicer than most. We will continue to stay here in the future.

Average, older hotel with nice size rooms. Used Lysol to help with musty odor upon entering, otherwise OK stay for 1 night. Not much else in the area to choose from in terms of hotels although the Days Inn looked pretty good from the outside.

Not so dog friendly as I was told to remove dog from lobby and take outside in the cold and wind while checking in. Clerk seemed annoyed, rushed and abrupt. Very nice hotel refurbished. Extremely quiet. Breakfast quite good, better than most.

Made a mistake booking for the wrong date, contacted the property within minutes / was ignored. Expedia reached out to them twice within an hour of booking - the motel refused to change the reservation for next day. I lost over an hour on the phone. Next day the motel manager claimed that no one contacted them.

From the moment we got to town, until we left, the entire staff was thoughtful and polite. They checked with us after we got to our room to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. My husband is handicapped and the room was as if it were designed for him. We had several stops during our trip and this was the best room/hotel we visited. (And all the other hotels were name brand) We only regretted that we were on our last stop or we would have stayed longer.

Breakfast wasnt worth waking up for. Should keep it stocked until its over. Only cinnamon raisin bread. Sausages tasted old. Only apple sauce in fridge. Orange juice gave me a stomach ache. Attendant lookedcat me like i shouldnt be there. Very judgemental and im the guy who would tip you. Barhroom towlels are old. Bed slides off top base.

Check In was easy. Very friendly welcome from staff. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Sheets were not thin and appeared to have been pressed! Breakfast had a wonderful variety of hot & cold items. I would definitely return!

The room was clean...that's the most important thing to me. The hotel is old and only 2 levels, outside access only-so you're parking in front of your room like a motel. Again, no big deal. The gal at the desk at check in was not very welcoming and a bit rude. The breakfast was fine and a different gal at checkout the next day was very nice. Probably won't stay there again by choice.

Staff was great and hotel was updated but carpet was being redone and they were storing it under the stairs which is weird. This is a roadside motel designed for a place to sleep. It was better than the other places along the road and was reasonably priced. I care about one thing when I just need a place to sleep and that is cleanliness. The room was clean although not as well maintained as it could be. Overall the best option in the area.

Room smelled very strongly of cleaner when we arrived, smell lingered throughout our stay. Property and pool were outdated. Parking lot and surrounding area were desolate and town was sad. Only fast food or run-down bars nearby, Hotel breakfast was decent.
