Arabella Hotel Sedona

The amenities and on site trail are excellent as well as the convenience of walking distance to The Hudson for good food and shopping! Few bad things: if you’re in the downstairs rooms in the Trailhead rooms expect to hear EVERY footstep of the people in the room above. Also, the spa was closed the last two days so I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay the full resort fee. But overall, I would come back.

Great location, clean, very friendly staff. The breakfast was a full service breakfast and was good with lots to choose from. The location was perfect and not in the middle of a traffic congested area. The view of the Red Rocks was stunning and they even had a hiking trail adjacent to the property. The pool area was relaxing with music playing, towels and a good size pool! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. One other perk is that it was a short walk to The Hudson restaurant which is a must!

Absolutely amazing from check in on! We ate at the Mole Restaurant adjacent to the Hotel Friday night & was delicious, highly recommended! Hotel had absolutely everything we needed! Walking distance to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping area. Live entertainment, pools, hot tubs, continental breakfast was BOUNTIFUL! Free refreshments in the lobby, games & a small shop for essentials left behind. We ABSOLUTELY will be back!

Great location, wonderful staff; we arrived hours before check in time, however, our room was ready and we could charge our EV without any problem. Amazing views from our balcony. Will stay there again if back in Sedona.

Everything was great-swimming pool, hot tub, breakfast, hiking trail-it made for a relaxing weekend.

Great location. Penty of parking. Surprise no bar on site but really good Irish bar next door. It would have been lovely to sit having a drink and watch the sun go down. Rooms not that big wirh old heating unit which take up a lot of space. Rooms cleaned daily which is great. A nice hotel but a little way out of town.

Stay was great. Daily schedules were informative. Staff is very knowledgeable on the area. It’s in a great location where you can walk anywhere. Dog park is in great shape.

Parking is not the best. Tight and doesn't seem to be sufficient for amount of guests.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel consists of several buildings, each with two floors and nearby parking lots. However, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Staying on the first floor, I could clearly hear footsteps and the sound of windows being opened and closed upstairs, which seriously affected my sleep. In addition, I found a huge spider, flies, and ants in the room, which made me very uncomfortable. The bathroom and sink facilities were also quite outdated. Moreover, when I checked in, the front desk staff did not provide good service and seemed unfriendly. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

Right from check in the staff made us feel like family. Very friendly, helpful and genuinely appeared to love their jobs. Views of Sedona's beautiful red rocks are all around the property. Everything was so clean and kept in great shape. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. I would love to rate Arabella even higher. We will be back again.

The property is amazing. The rooms are spacious and updated. The views are stunning. Breakfast was a good variety and convenient. The two pools were clean and well maintained.

Stayed two nights and had a great time! They have different activities throughout the day; the live music and drinks in the evening was fun! Steps away from a really cool hiking trail and a sunset/sunrise overlook. Place felt clean, but only negative was the room smelled musty/mildewy, kinda like leaving clothes in the washer for a couple days kinda smell. But nothing seemed/felt dirty. Even with that we would stay here again.

The floors in our room were all tile and were absolutely disgusting! My white socks were BLACK after walking on those floors. Gross! Decent breakfast was included. It's an older motel and you can park right outside your door. Good location, but I definitely will not be staying there again and wouldn't recommend this property.

The carpet was so dirty that I went barefoot in my room but had to wash my dirty feet before bed.

The hotel is in a good location. Beautiful view of the mountains! The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are very dated! Our bathroom fan made a horrible noise that was annoying. The AC was another not great thing… it’s right next to the bed and it blows a tornado of air into your face as you are in bed.. the resort fee seem a bit ridiculous and we never used the amenities for whatever we paid. Overall ok but not great.

We liked the breakfast, the firepits, the live music, and beverages in lobby. But our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator and we were disappointed to be in a room with no balcony.

Very nice property. Continental breakfast very tasty and options. Bed was uncomfortable. Upstairs people noisy, you can hear every foot step on ceiling.

Best bed of our trip! Views are amazing. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Internet is easy to access and good speed.

The room we were in was quite outdated, no smart tv, no microwave, and every time someone n the building shut their door we heard a loud thud. Location was good. Water refill station in lobby was nice.

Unfortunately, the room above us you could hear all the moments around the room. Very loud! Get a top floor room!

This property is not worth the room rate. Outdated and the ajasening room walls are extremely thin.

The single queen rooms are very small. The bathroom door is a barn style door and doesn’t really close. There are no drawers, only shelves. No closet, you have to hang clothes over the toilet.

Staff was super friendly and helpful Especially Brent at the concierge desk, he gave great info on hikes and restaurants!

Prior to our trip, we changed our reservation from a three night stay to a two night stay (check-in Thursday September 25, check-out Saturday September 27). I received an email with the updated date change and receipt for our payment. When we arrived on Thursday evening around 6:30pm, the NOT very friendly man at the front desk informed us that Expedia had cancelled our reservation and the hotel had no rooms available. I showed him our email confirmation, as well as my on-line Hotels.com trip itinerary that also showed our reservation as "Booked." He left to speak to the manager and returned only to give us a number to call Expedia. The manager never made an appearance. The Expedia contact on the phone was a woman I had a very hard time understanding. But, finally, she was able to made another reservation for us at a nearby hotel. Ironically, within an hour, I received this email from Hotels.com asking me how my check-in experience was at the Arabella Hotel. To say my experience was extremely aggravating is an understatement!

Had a stay planned that had to be cancelled for a family emergency. Hotels.com tried contacting them to help with a refund or a voucher multiple times that they denied. Couldn't reach them on the phone, when I finally did the call magically dropped multiple times. I've heard it's a great hotel, but was really displeased with the lack of service - hopefully others have a better experience.

Property and staff were great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing! The concierge, Brett, provided very helpful tips about local hikes and restaurants. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return someday!

Im 69 years old and this was absolutely the worst experience my wife and I have ever had checking into a hotel. First..I requested an early check-in at 1pm. I was told they would try to accommodate us at 1pm. We arrived at 12:30 and our room was not ready. The gentleman behind the counter told us to check back in an hour. No problem, but ong story short, we waited for 3 1/2 hours for our room. After waiting for 3 hours and 3 trips to the front desk asking 3 different desk assistants whether our room was ready., and since we were clearly the only couple waiting to check in, I asked them if they contacted the housekeeping staff and instructed them to expedite our room cleaning since we waiting and I was in pain! THERE WERE 4 EMPLOYEES AT THE DESK, AND THEY ALL JUST LOOKED AT ME. I have very bad arthritis and I was in agony and they said I could sit in the lobby and watch tv. I told them I was in pain and needed a bed. We saw other couples come 2 and 3 hours later and get right into their rooms. They let us wait and did not attempt to have housekeeping clean our room since we were waiting and requested it FOR 3 1/2 hours. WE ARE SO DISGUSTED BY THE DESK'S LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, and lack of compassion. Never in my life have I requested an early check in to have it blatantly igored. Then to top it off when we got our room, and we schlepped our luggage through the lobby, we were stopped and told our room was in a different building! Horrible experience. Never again!

Could have been a lot better, great location, but the room we were in was lacking, small, tired, shagging bed . No small table or love seat coach. The hallway noises came into the room, from the floor above it sounded like bowling. Parking spaces are extremely small, especially so when you consider the SUVs that so many rent these days when vacationing. Staff was friendly, they corrected the issue with the reservation and over 250 dollars. I would love to give a higher rating but I want to be honest, look around, lots of options, many offers more at lesser rates.

Location - quick walk (8 minutes) to town, but better yet, a short trail (45 minutes each way), literally outside our back door, & directly to some of the most beautiful, “rising to the sky”, red rocks. Very good complimentary buffet breakfast.

Arabella was a fantastic part of Sedona. It is situated right on a trail head so you can walk right out of your room and hit the trails if you're into hiking. If you want to stay on your private porch and enjoy the views you won't be disappointed with the beauty of the area. They have a spa and pool on site that are well maintained. The breakfast spread each day was one of my favorite parts, offering a variety of fresh baked goods, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, and anything else you would need to recharge your batteries and enjoy your day. They also offer a schedule of fun activities throughout the day such as looking for bigfoot or meditation and yoga. It is a cool and fun property that offers more that just a place to lay your head.

Great hotel. Very clean and the staff were nice. Not right in town so nice and quiet but close enough to walk to the downtown area. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by and hiking trails right from property.

The Arabella Hotel in Sedona is, without question, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in all my travels where I’ve stayed at a hotel. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like stepping into a little slice of Sedona magic. The breakfast alone deserves a standing ovation seriously one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. Fresh, flavorful, and the kind of meal that makes you want to linger a little longer before starting your day. But my favorite part? The hike to Sunset Point. Words don’t do it justice. It’s a short trail that leads you to one of the most breathtaking spots in Sedona, where the sky turns into a masterpiece right before your eyes. There’s a stillness there that you can feel in your bones. You just have to experience it yourself to understand. If you’re headed to Sedona and want more than just a place to sleep, Arabella delivers the full package, comfort, beauty, and a touch of that indescribable Sedona soul.

Perfect location and wonderful breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed the daily programming and took advantage of stargazing one evening. The breakfast was delicious but the dining space was small. We also liked that the hotel was walking distance to shopping and a number of dining options.
