Overall, we had a great stay. Staff was great, the room was very clean. The pool area needs a bit of attention, it was not very clean. There is also very little room in the pool area. Otherwise we had a great stay

Overall, had a really good stay here. It’s not in the most busy part of town but we liked that part just nice and quiet. Really enjoyed walking out at night and sitting at the rooftop lounge and star gazing. They also have a little path to a meditation area that was nice. Property was very clean. You should prob skip out on the bistro, only had a burger there but it tasted weird and didn’t seem of good quality. You have to pay $25 per night for parking. It’s actually quite ridiculous as the parking lot is not full. This fact alone I would not stay here again because I hate companies that charge for things just because they can.

There were sitting areas at the rear of the property where you could sit and view Cathedral Rock and read or get your vibe on and enjoy! Very nice pool and work out facility.

This hotel had the most beautiful outdoor courtyard area to relax and recharge. There is also a rooftop patio with superb views of the landscape.

It is well located by red rocks and had good views. Well located to trails and Sedona shuttle is across the street. However their celebrated observation deck was dark and guests had to turn on the heaters or lights themselves and they were hard to find. Also some fire pits were inoperable. The amenities that they boast were subpar.

Very serene where there are hiking trails directly accessed from the hotel property. Gorgeous view of mountains from my room as i selected mountain view. Stunning grounds, beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and roof top patio. Lots of parking. Doesn’t have a proper restaurant but offers a bistro in morning and evening. I’d stay here again.

Stayed here in 2025 also. Rooms were clean and hotel provided a good base from which to enjoy Sedona. Air conditioning was noisy and pillows uncomfortable and lumpy but servicing of the room was daily which was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pool area and hot tub needed some attention. Found it to be dirty and did not appear to be cleaned on any regular basis. Lots of bugs and tiles in the pool needed a good clean.

Great modern hotel with clean spacious rooms. Big plus with EV Charging for our road trip.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect part of town with amazing views. Food was excellent at the Bistro. Beds were very comfy! Room was clean! Highly recommend upgrading to the room with the Mountain View! We absolutely loved it. Pool is very large with a small hot tub. Only thing was I never saw anyone skim the pool to remove dead bugs. Kids did not care a bit about that, just me!

We were grossly overcharged for the room. The breakfast we pre-paid for on par with airplane food. Our bathroom sink took forever to drain. The room was only cleaned one time during our 4 day stay. Our old bath towels were not removed by housekeeping. We paid $500 per night for a motel 6 experience!

Property was pretty and well maintained. Pool was large with access into water for disabled. Loved the outside fire pit once we could figure out how to turn it on. By initially doing it wrong we smelled propane. Would have been nice if a staff person came with us and turned it on. Our 6 day was frustrating with maid service. They only come like every other day I think. The 1st time they came it was after 4:00 and we had just gotten back from a long hike and were in the middle of showers. She never came back. The next visit was at 7:45 AM. REALLY? Kinda early in my opinion. She finally came back at 3:00 and again, we were busy but let her in anyway. Quickly grabbing our necessities in order to vacate the room. I dont understand all the odd and inconvenient hours the maid staff works.

When we arrived the floors were still dirty. It didnt look like the carpet was vacuumed and one of the coffee cups was outta the wrapper. The next day no one had informed us that marriot doesn’t do room service everyday and when we arrived after a long day our room was still how we left it. I would expect our rooms to being made after we paid so much for this hotel compared to the other hotels that we stayed at during this trip.

There were black stains on the sheets when we pulled the blanket off and I found a bug on my pillow. I also find the parking fee a cheap business tactic for a place you're paying to stay at.

The location is great, outside of all the city noise with really nice mountain views for both sunset and sunrise. The room is really nice as well. My only complaint is the customer service. From the initial greeting from the check-in staff, I was consistently made to feel like I was a bother and was not welcome. There may be only one or two front desk people throughout my stay who are nice and cordial, but the rest just seemed unhappy to be working there. I tried to cancel that negative energy by being overly smiley and positive, but to no avail. There were several occasions where our room wasn’t cleaned when we specifically asked for it to be cleaned. After a long day of hiking with a family of four, to come to hotel room at 3 PM and nothing was cleaned Was a huge disappointment. We had specifically asked the day before if the roof could be cleaned before 1:30 PM and it was ignored several times. It wasn’t until our last day where they finally got it right. Overall, we like the property and the views, but don’t expect a friendly staff.

I did not like how next door you could hear the tv the walls were thin but the view was beautiful I also did not like that although there was no smoking people next door to use were smoking and ruined our balcony experience

Beautiful hotel but you are in a dead zone for cell service and they only allow one device to be hooked up to the internet. Not good when most people have a cell phone each and laptop

This hotel is spectacular. We loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist area but was still close to hiking trails and amenities. The view out our our room was awesome and worth every penny. Our room and the pool area was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The only down side is that $25 USD parking per night is a little steep when the property had plenty of parking available and this hotel is already on the pricier side.

The place is clean, but paying to PARK YOUR CAR is insulting this day and age at a plain old hotel. Pool was nice, staff was professional. DO NOT stay in a hearing impaired room. They put us in one, but one of us had good hearing. It sounded like a freight train until 11:00 at night and all day due to it being located above the Laundry Room and next to the elevator. Maybe they think hearing impaired do not have a spouse that can hear? I called down and they said that's what you get in a hearing impaired room. I will not return just because of the PAY TO PARK.

The hotel is clean and the property is fine. It is not quiet though. The doors to the rooms need to be slammed in order to close. So we could hear room doors slamming very early in the morning and late in the evening also. Some other guests had concerns about that also.

Positives: the view from our balcony was spectacular! Nice pool and fire pit in the common area. Parking was accessible and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and functional. The area is quiet and away from the crowded parts of Sedona, but close to all major highways and about 10- 20 minutes away from the tourist areas & shopping centers. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Negatives: bed was dry and uncomfortable while the pillows were too soft with no support. This was my entire family’s observation and not just mine. There was no safe in the room. A/C was not central and was loud. Blew straight at the bed and was very loud to sleep under. Basically, not the most comfortable sleep. Also the sliding screen door was broken in the room and I can’t believe it wasn’t noted by any of the staff before they decided to let us have the room! We were battling spiders and other crawling insects for the time we were there. When I addressed the issue with the staff, they gave me two nights off of parking (about 50 bucks) and apologised. They also opened a ticket to fix it. However, it was an inconvenience we were dealing with for the entire stay and two nights of free parking did not really fix the issue. We could have asked to move to another room but then would have to deal with all our stuff being moved and I was done packing and unpacking at that point! Also, there is no room service. You can call and order food & will need to go get it yourself,

Nice hotel but the bed was extremely hard. Felt like sleeping on aboard and we did not have a good nights sleep during our stay. Expect more comfort for the price.

This is probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The people are so friendly and helpful. Although the room is relatively small, it's comfortable and some of them have great mouth views. There's a wonderful bistro bar. The observation deck at the top of the hotel accents, the beauty of the red rock area. It's very close to the historic downtown area. We stayed here on our way up to antelope Canyon as well as on our way down towards Phoenix airport.

Property far from any restaurants, shops. Parking fee a total ripoff. Not dog friendly. Checked in with a service dog and was questioned by two people at the desk about the dog. I commented, seems like you don’t like dogs, and the desk person tersely stated, we don’t allow pets. Both desk people made us feel not wanted. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or return myself.

Front desk attendant was extremely helpful.

The staff was terrible! The receptionist Nickolas was very rude when I requested my check out. The manager Amber was very rude when I asked to accommodate my earlier departure. I stayed two nights and mu room was not cleaned at all. Horrible experience. I had to call Corporate Marriott to complain but I have never been so mistreated in my life by a hotel.

I booked the room through Expedia paying extra for a "mountain view" and unfortunately the room had maintenance issues when we arrived for check-in. Subsequently, we were reassigned to another room (parking lot view) and were credited just $25 for our parking. When I asked about getting a break on the price of the room, I was told there was nothing they could do since I booked through a third party. Not the customer service I was expecting. It was particularly disappointing as it was my 91-year-old father's (an Air Force veteran) first time in Sedona - on Memorial Day.

Excellent service, clean, great location, great views and easy parking. Really liked the shower at this location. Very helpful in planning activities.

Check in service when arriving was horrible! I booked my stay through Expedia.com and not sure what went wrong that my name wasnt matching the hotels information for booking and receptionist accused me of identity theft (which I would never) and she was very rude saying she can't check me in but she showed no customer service, wasn't helpful at all. After half hour or so that i made some calls to get my information fixed then finally was able to check in. I will never come back due to the horrible check in experience and that specific lady that was at front desk on July 18, 2025 during night time.

This hotel is located right when you enter into Sedona - about 4 miles from the middle of town. I really liked the location and also walkable to the shuttle service to a few of the more popular hiking trails. The staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3 star rating was the beds were terribly uncomfortable, flat and bumpy. We didn't get great nights of sleep because of that and also the rooms were moderately clean.

OH, MY GOODNESS! What a lovely town: plenty of sights to see while driving, and plenty of window-shopping (and buying) to be done! The Courtyard by Marriott was terrific as it was NOT in the main part of town, so was much quieter. It’s an easy drive to the historic shopping area and the plethora of restaurants. Our room was most pleasant - and we do look forward to a repeat visit!

A little removed from the chaos of town, but close enough to make everything accessible. Great trails right outside your door. Perfect for a 3-night stay!

Great West Sedona location with views, pool and well equipped rooms. Close to several prime trailheads.

Beautiful views and nice pool area. Location was a bit outside of downtown Sedona but we did not mind the drive.

Great location and easy access to town within minutes

Not enough food options, just a small spot for to go type meals and a Starbucks. Hot tub stopped working, someone had to come fix it. The property is in a very nice as well as convenient location. Lobby/pool area/surrounding nature all beautiful. Views of red rocks from every room, each room has a balcony. Prices for food/drinks onsite were very high.

This was a nice hotel with a great balcony view of the open red rock area. The room was clean and the TV options were good as far as streaming services. You do not get anything free though it would’ve been nice to at least have some free coffee in the morning, but everything is Ala cart. There were a couple things not perfect in our room such as the two overhead lights over my bed not working- plus the fan in the bathroom did not work so after showering, it would remain humid. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

I stayed for a conference and it was a great place to stay. Dining options are limited to breakfast and dinner .. you’re SOL if you don’t have transportation

Beautiful property with beautiful views all around. It was nice and clean. The pool area was really nice with the fire pit on the property very serene and relaxing. The convenience of Starbucks was a big plus & the rooms were nice and clean.

Property is nice and staff is friendly. They have free EV charging which is nice. They have Starbucks and a little restaurant. My wife got the grilled cheese and tomato soup and honestly it was disgusting. I got the buffalo wings and they were pretty good. French toast in the morning was good too.

Was a little confusing with the long hallways, but everything else was great. The restaurant was very good, even recommended it to other guests. Loved the view and different spot to sit and enjoy. Definitely somewhere we would stay again.
