Internet access could have been better. The pool closest to us was down two of our days there. However, the room itself was great and the bed was comfortable. Overall, good experience.

Great property! Amazing views of the mountains from the hot tub. Perfect space for my husband and I. Location super convenient to everything Sedona!

We enjoyed a weekend at this property. It was spacious with 4 pools and 6 hot tubs. I used the fitness center, and my teenagers used the ping pong and foosball table. The property is in a beautiful location with red rock scenery around it. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions, such as finding the ice maker. We would recommend staying here!

A little dated but at the price point of 150ish a night that is not a complaint. Wifi was fast though it kicked you off on occasion. Hot tubs are well maintained but could be a bit hotter in general, they are baby safe bathwater warm at best. The bed we had was a king and the mattress desperately needed to be replaced, we slept in very large craters rivaling the grand canyon, please replace the mattress. My final gripe is the checkout time; which is 10am there, most hotel and motels including time shares have checkout times of 11am.....the property should consider doing that. Also, this is a time share property, part of the lower price is to get you to sign up....which is optional.

Great large family unit! Perfect for a multigenerational family outing. Easy access to a grill for family bbq, the pool and very large hot tub. Not to mention there is access to multiple pools and hot tubs. Play ground with multiple activities. It’s on the west end of Sedona but we enjoyed the easy access to red rock state park and verde canyon railway. We and all family members will back!

I enjoyed my 1 bedroom Mesa Villa with the view of the majestic red rocks. The villa was in good conditions and well equipped for a relaxing week. The grounds are very nicely kept and the main pool was excellent for laps!✨🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities. Especially enjoyed the adults only pool.

Rooms were very clean, kitchen well maintained. View from the patio was the highlight of our stay.

The room size was great but the floors were filthy dirty. We took our shoes off and within 10 minutes our feet were black. I did let the front desk know and they sent someone to mop but it should have been cleaned prior to us getting there.

The shower was terrible mold everywhere. The paint from the tub was peeling dirty all around the bathroom carpet extremely dirty smells very bad. We will not stay at this property ever again.

This is unfortunately my first trip anywhere in 5 years and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I got into Sedona at 6:30 pm on January 2nd and was given room 335 in building 40. As I looked around, there were minor things off that I chalked up to the renovations I know they are doing but the work was shoddy. The light above the Queen bed was caulked messily into place and had braces on it. One of the wooden panels by the bed was missing. There was chipped paint. I was exhausted so I showered and went to bed. I woke up at 4am with bed bugs crawling on my pillows and in the sheets. They were at multiple life stages so this was an advanced infestation. I had multiple bites that became itchy and raised. I called the front desk and said my room had bed bugs and she sounded irritated with me. She said she couldn't do anything for me until she finished audit. Up to this point, I’ve never had bedbugs. My duffle was full of sweaters and things that would shrink in the high heat required to kill the bugs. I had events to go to in Sedona all weekend and hated the thought of bringing these bugs home or giving them to someone else. So I frantically started washing my clothes and they have been shrunk. The manager called Saturday to offer clothing cleaning way too late. They just gave me a new room and removed my resort fees and I know they do this just for attending their timeshare presentation and that doesn't remotely cover what I’ve been through. Honestly, this ruined my trip.

The first impression, the threshold seal on the door was partially torn off. The vertical gap on the side of the door was rather large. We were concerned about our safety because someone might be able to break in because of the gap between the door. It looks like someone had already attempted to break in because of the scratches on the door. We opened door and there was a roach, and a few insects flying around in the room. As our time there progressed even after maintenance sprayed for insects they continued to show up. We encountered at least 5 roaches among other insects. There was also a hole in the wall and only one remote for two TVs.

The Rooms are so clean and very comfortable! Lots of space in the room! Everything was excellent…Thank You

The property was very nice inside and amazing overall. My only negative is there were some bugs including cockroaches in my room.

The hotel has a gorgeous view of the mountains during the day and at night you can see the stars. Great location near a lot of hiking trails. The bed was not as comfortable.

The WI-FI did not work in part of our unit which was disappointing due to having pay a “resort fee” for the Wi-Fi . The A/C was not working correctly in our unit as well . The staff at check was anything but friendly and welcoming. Otherwise the place is clean and comfortable for a family . Love all the pool options .

The only reason I did not give a higher rating was because the people in the adjoining suite next to ours were sooooo loud! They kept us up all night, and then were shouting expletives first thing this morning. I wish there was a way u could do better soundproofing between those adjoining suites. Also, there was somebody’s false eyelashes on our bathroom counter, which tells me they didn’t really do a thorough job cleaning. However, on a positive note, the service was great! The people were very friendly, and the studio suite was very cute and accommodating.

If you stay in a studio unit then you can hear your neighbors loud and clear. Also, my unit was not very clean which I reported to staff upon leaving. I have stayed here at the Sedona Summit twice before under different management with no issues, and have always loved staying in the southwest area of Sedona which is much more peaceful and beautiful, and in the midst of nature. An added plus is there are a variety of good restaurants nearby (only a 7 minute drive).

Beautiful home away from home. Almost cabin-like. Had second floor with a pretty nice view of not only the red rock mountains but also of lol the green trees below us. Beautiful monsoon weather crept in, thunder and lightning with heavy downpours at times. Sounds dreary but it was excellent sitting on the covered balcony, drinks in hand, watching the show! The grounds were well kept. The staff that I encountered were pleasant. We spent 4 nights of a 9 night trip and wished we could stay longer. The wife and I committed to each other next time, a longer stay eliminating other stays.

The resort was clean and attractive. I especially liked the location. Our suite was somewhat outdated. The refrigerator motor was very loud. The dishwasher, also loud, needed to be replaced; You couldn’t pull out the bottom rack without the wheels falling off. The bathroom was large and had a fantastic tub with great water pressure. The shower, however, didn’t have enough water pressure. The bath and hand towels were all nice, fluffy, and bright clean white. The bedroom had enough storage for two people in the dresser as well as the large closet. The mattress needed replacement due to “troughs” where everyone else slept. I woke up achy from sleeping in the dip in the mattress. The balcony was very nice with comfortable furniture and a decent view. The living/dining area was roomy, but the couch and two upholstered chairs had stains. Wi-Fi was often non-existent.

This hotel was nice for the money you’re paying. It’s quite cheap and a good option that doesn’t break the bank. Rooms are very large (800 sq ft) and the layout is quite nice, rooms are also quiet. Staff is also very fast and attentive to requests. However the place could have been a cleaned a bit better and there were several inoperative outlets, this is why I’m knocking one star off. The inside is a bit dated too. But I would definitely return if wanting to stay within a certain budget. About a 8-10 min drive to main Sedona.

Very dated. Screen door to the patio kept falling off. Kitchen window wouldn’t open straight. The bed had a sag in it. It was the cheapest stay around for peak season. But definitely not Hilton standards.

Fantastic property! Great amenities, clean, quiet, close to everything in West Sedona! PHENOMENAL customer service by the front desk team (our reservation was in three separate bookings). We will definitely stay here again. We especially appreciated the large tub and washer dryer.

The property was great but our room was not ready at 4pm. Staff continued to advise the room would be ready “soon” but could not give us an actual timeline. We didn’t get access to our room until about 5:30. It’s tough enough to travel with children but especially if you have to wait over an hour past check-in time.

Check in was at 4 but when I called the hotel the day before arrival, I was told that early check in would be fine if our room was ready. We arrived two hours early and were told room was not ready and we had to wait. We were greeted by a nice woman in the lobby and she escorted us to a clerk at the desk, then we were escorted to another clerk at a different desk for a “welcome packet”. Then after waiting the two hours for 4 o’clock, our room was still not ready. Our room was finally available at 4:15. After yet another escort to a different counter, we were given keys to our room. The room is comfortable and the facility is convenient. The check in process is frustratingly slow and not even reasonable in this age of modern technology.

The room was very clean, updated and nice. The air conditioning didn’t work for the first two nights and it was very hot. We had to call multiple times before they would come look at it. The first day, they first sent a guy to fix it and he said he didn’t know how and only offered us a box fan. The next day after a third call, they said they would send someone but nobody came until late and he fixed it but it took hours to cool down. They did end up giving us Hilton points after we made a complaint before checking out.

Great hotel and well-located for our purposes. Clean and quiet. I just didn't like the hard sales pitch for time share at check-in. We just had a long flight/drive and simply wanted to go to the room and relax, but I felt like the sales rep has just completely ignored the cue to stop. We didn't appreciate that at all.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Hilton Vacation Club. Based on this visit, I'm not likely to stay at another one. This is a mediocre property at best. The quality of the suites and the furnishings and appliances were poor. The mattress should have been replaced months ago and the pillows were extremely poor quality. Service at check in was not very welcoming.

Great place, we love the vibe and accommodations. We stayed at Building 19. Our kitchen was fully equipped and well-furnished making it perfect for our stay. The pool, jacuzzi, and common area were clean and well maintained. Customer service was outstanding. Grocery stores and restaurants are in close proximity and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Staff were wonderful- attentive and friendly. They double checked that the two rooms booked for my family made under two names were changed to be in the same building.

Felt very pressured to attend some sort of seminar. They called the room at 9pm to ask us again to attend. We checked out a day early

I visit Sedona twice a year and usually stay at the Hilton. It’s quiet, clean, and even the smaller rooms have a kitchen, which makes me feel at home. It’s also conveniently located within the hiking trails and Uptown area.

Great location - out of the traffic. Comfortable!

Front desk was helpful to show me the room location and provided a map. The concierge pointed out a few restaurant that did not require RSVP since many did for sunset dinner. Location was 10 minites to Soldier Pass and many other red rock hiking trails.

Beautiful surroundings. Amazing views from our private balcony. In a quiet area. Parking steps away from our room. Ramps/stairs convenient to rooms. Beautiful rooms/full kitchen with everything you need except food : ) Our only disappointment was no bar or restaurant on the premises, so we had to go into Sedona proper for that. Remember to ask for staff-recommended eating places. The resort is well-planned out...easy to find your room, buildings are nestled amidst trees/plants/pathways

Didn't appreciate the vacation timeshare hard sell. No restaurant on property. Clean room and was quiet.

The 2 bedroom is just like a condo. wonderful updated decor, spacious, beautiful property, glorious heated pools & hot tubs. Great hiking, dining, stores all within 5 minutes.

After checking in I was directed to another counter where an employee tried to get me to sign up for a timeshare 90 minute presentation. I told her multiple times no thank you. She was very pushy. No restaurants nearby, we had to drive to get coffee and breakfast. They need a little kiosk that serves coffee and breakfast items.

We're from Phoenix and just needed a place to stay overnight before going to the creek in the morning. The room we chose was so great - it had a nice kitchen, with fridge, microwave, stovetop, all dishes/utensils. It had a sliding glass door with patio which I used in the morning to drink my coffee. I had planned on just taking my son to the pool - but upon check in, we got a sheet full of the activities they had planned that week, and we just happened to be there on movie night at the pool and my son had a great time! The staff popped bags of popcorn and handed them out to everyone there. There was also an activity center right next to this pool, and we played ping pong as well, so fun! We'd definitely stay here again. There's also a great self-checkout 'mini mart' inside of the lobby. We wanted an easy 'dinner'...and they had microwaveable pizzas, burritos, and other items - in addition to drinks and snacks. And even though we didn't get to enjoy them this trip, there was an area with a bunch of hammocks near our room which would have been a nice place to chill if we had the time.

The front desk concierge was only trying to convince us to attend the time share presentation which was not the purpose of our visit. We planned for a quick 2 day Sedona sightseeing trip. There was no breakfast nor any restaurants close by.

We paid $250/night and were disappointed. This is more of a timeshare than a hotel, and staff focused more on selling than hospitality. It’s 15 minutes from uptown Sedona, with no spa, restaurant, or coffee shop—just several small, unappealing pools. Our suite was outdated, and a “club fee” was charged with no clear benefit. For $150/night, it might be okay, but at this price, I wouldn’t return.

I loved the privacy of the property. The views are amazing every where. Multiple pools, jacuzzi, room comes with a nice size restroom and kitchenette! This resort is 5/6 mins from all the restaurants and shops!

Beautiful view. The suite we stayed in was surprisingly deluxe and spacious, even with a small washer/dryer combo. For large loads or rooms without wash/dryer, we noticed the laundry room was free. We enjoyed the game area with the ping pong, foozball, and connect 4. Service was great. Great price for value. Espresso/hot cocoa machine in the lobby, wish that was complimentary.
