We were delighted with the hotel and all its facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of amenities to enjoy as a family. We also loved having so many shopping and restaurants options in Tlaquepaque within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

We were told that the property was under a major refresh in each of the rooms. Unfortunately, for us, we did not get a newly refreshed room, and although the furniture was just older, the carpets were filthy the patio furniture was disgustingly, dirty, and the tub had grout that was moldy. If you don’t get a refreshed room, don’t stay there. But the property is a hole is gorgeous and if you get a refreshed room worth the stay.

The staff was great, the room was nice but definitely needed an update. The bed was horribly uncomfortable to both me and my wife and the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. The rest of the room was nice and the amenities offered as far as activities were great. Parking is a nightmare if you get back to your room later in the day so practice your parallel parking skills. We ate at the spoke and wheel there. My wife got the ribs and I would not recommend unless you like boiled ribs. Overall, the hotel was nice and we would possibly consider staying again.

I liked this hotel overall. True, the decor feels very outdated, but the rooms are roomy and great for families. They have several pools that we used even though it had a lot of dead bugs in it. I mean, it is an outdoor pool so it happens but I think it would be nice if there was staff who could every so often sift some of the dead bugs and debris out of the pool more regularly. It was a little gross! It's a bonus how close it is to shops and restaurants. It's very walking friendly. Overall, I would stay here again.
