Good location. A little off the beaten path but comfortable and quiet. A short drive to all hiking trails. Walking distance to restaurants. The facility can use a little update but it has just been purchased by Hilton corp. so it’s coming. I suggest visiting before the Hilton prices come. Hot tub was a welcomed amenity after a long day of hiking although one day it needed a good cleaning and it was full of bubbles like a kid’s bubble bath. Don’t take a room near the gym unless you want to be woken up at 6am by the noise of the treadmill. All in all, well worth the price. We enjoyed our stay.

The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. Both were warm enough to use during the light March snowfall in Sedona. The room decor is a little bit dated but the rooms themselves are huge, and the kitchen was a welcome bonus travelling with kids. Also - the free guest laundry was a relief at the end of our trip. The view of Bell Rock was a stunning bonus and the hotel was located super close to the trailhead. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, and convenient parking. The unit was spacious and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Only negative was the daily resort fee with one of the pools being closed.

Room furniture outdated, tv quit working at 9 pm and half the lights in the room turned off. We called the front desk and no response to the room to explain. Outdoor heated pool was not working. Way overpriced for what we got. When we mentioned all this upon checkout there was little to no apology.

Pros: Kitchen has everything you need. The room was very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Staff were great. Location is great. Cons: The bed was rock hard. I’m glad we weren’t staying for more than 2 nights. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every step the people above us took. The sofa in our room had a funky smell and we didn’t even want to sit on it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room we got was very comfortable and was stocked with everything a family could use. It had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and to our surprise the cabinets were filled with everything you could use, such as dishes, silverware, pots/pans for cooking, dishwashing liquid, paper towels (fully stocked). We were very pleased with this hotel and would return in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling with a family. The only negative was the floors were not clean and were sticky when we walked as we found out they were dirty after our feet were black when we took a shower. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Cozy room with a kitchen and WiFi is good. They had a pool with a jet bath and my kids enjoyed them. There’s a pretty nice grocery store named Clark’s Market nearby like 3-minute drive and you can buy foods and many varieties of alcohol. Of course Bell Rock is really close so that we enjoyed early morning hiking before parking spots were packed nor many visitors came in. Some downsides are that the room could have been cleaner, and the room walls seems a little thin that sensitive people might find it bothersome.

Bell Rock Inn was more than I expected! Extremely clean and location was perfect in a not so busy area but with grocery store and eateries within walking distance! Staff was more than helpful. Probably the only thing we had a problem with was the signage of their buildings. The letters of the buildings were near the roof - they need to be better marked - signs at eye level. I encountered a woman after dark who couldn’t find her building either just checking in. Actually the parking lot was very dark too -suggest better lighting.

The bathroom was not fully clean and had a funky smell. The pull out sofa mattress had brown spots on it. The person upstairs was moving furniture and was noisy when walking hard on the floor at night. The free parking was good and the lady who checked me in was nice. My family and I only stood here for one night. If you stay here I hope it will be better than our stay.

Beautiful property with stunning views. Hotel room was dated but has a great layout. Kitchenette is perfect for preparing food before an early morning hike. No soundproofing so outside noises from hallway/water running from other rooms is quite loud.

Good location, clean room. Almost get 5 stars, only 4 because the toilet and shower need an update. Toilet not flushing very well even for #1 and shower head is not very strong, maybe because water pressure too low??? the pillow was not very comfortable for us at all, not sure what are the pillows made of but they are very fluffy feel like an air balloon.

The room and layout were upscale like a small studio apartment, equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A well stocked kitchen, stove top and small dishwasher concluded the ensemble. The staff accommodated our every need immediately. Marquelle and the manager went over and above to let us select a room to our liking by allowing us to view a couple of choices. The mattress was top of the line firm to support my struggle with spinal stenosis. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. Renovations are underway to facilitate upgrades.

Bell Rock Inn was a good and convenient location for visiting Sedona and Oak Creek. It was clean and well kept. Our room was very large. My only complaint is that the rooms are not sound proof at all. We heard every noise from the hallway including the ice machine filling with water. I wasn’t able to sleep well. Definitely will take ear plugs next time.

The property and staff were good .... HOWEVER... When I called to make sure my pre-paid reservation had gone through I was told there was an "additional" $34 resort fee upon checking in. Okay ...fine Then as I am checking in I get hit with an ADDITIONAL $200. "deposit" that had not been mentioned in two previous phone calls. Look, I don't mind paying and it's not that I can't afford it.....but what I absolutely hate and what makes me absolutely FURIOUS are these "oh by the way" fees that are either buried deep in page 72 of fine print or simply dismissed (as it was in this case) by the desk as "Oh golly I wonder why they didn't tell you". This type of obfuscation and lack of transparency and integrity are the things that make me 10/10 sure that I will NOT book at Bell Rock again.

Patricia at the front desk was absolutely amazing. My Expedia reservations were not going through she worked on it until we got it figured out. She went above and beyond for us. The property was perfect, clean, and all the staff were outstanding.

Right away at check in there were very strong and insisting attempts at getting you to attend a timeshare pitch. I mean you haven’t even gotten to your room yet! She says she’s the concierge and she’s giving you a discount dining card but good luck at trying to say no thank you and just trying to get to your room to rest. This makes the check in experience so uncomfortable. They also take a $200 deposit which is higher than average. The “fitness room” is a complete joke! It’s the size of the entryway in my house with a treadmill, elliptical and bench shoved together in there and 4 sets of dumbells. Not trying to be rude but I have more selection at home. And you’re paying a resort fee for this and the little bitty pool? Hilarious. The rooms are clean but all the fixtures and furniture worn and scuffed and old. The shower smelled of mildew but bed linens and kitchenette were very clean. The walls are paper thin and until midnight I could smell other rooms’ cooking smells and noisy gatherings. The price was pretty cheap and the surrounding views are nice but honestly I would never stay here or recommend it just because the sales pitch is so weird and off putting. Too bad because the person checking in was so nice but that “concierge” was so aggressive and the sales pitch setup so strange. So many other nicer places in town in the same price range. This one isn’t the best choice. Sorry.

This hotel is in the process of being transitioned to Hilton Grand Vacations property. It's going to need a real refresh to meet that standard. Our King Suite was comfortable. The location is fantastic. My only complaint is that we called on the morning of check-in to request a ground-floor room and to see if we could check in early. They said they were turning over 40 units that day and that we could not check in early, but they would try to put is in a ground-floor room. We showed up at the regular check-in time, 4 p.m., and were told that our room was not yet ready. No problem, we headed to dinner. When we came back we were placed in a second-floor room. There is no elevator. In fact, once you mount the stairs there are still some steps to go up and down to access the rooms. They did send a maintenance person to help us carry the luggage up the stairs. When we got to the room we got a phone call from the front desk saying we had not signed their registration form. I had, but I went back down to the lobby and had to sign it a second time. In a nutshell, the front desk seems to struggle with efficient customer service.

As soon as you check in they have tell you they want to give you some free dining and discounts on events. Then they'll try to make you sign up to listen to a timeshare presentation. It all just felt like a scheme. We just wanted a hotel to stay while we enjoyed Sedona but they were very pushy with their agenda. The room was outdated and not kept up. We definitely wont be staying there next time were in Sedona.

Excellent experience. Dora and Joan were fantastic and practiced the utmost professionalism and competence. Great location and stunning views of the red rocks. Every interaction with all staff members was a pleasure. This was our first stay here and at checkout, we re-booked the suite again for a family member’s birthday later this year.

Great amenities, we loved the pool! We had a wonderful room on the first floor that had a kitchen suite so it was perfect. Just steps off our little patio to the pool. Nice location, we walked right to Bell Rock for our hike from our condo.

I like that there were different buildings so everyone wasn’t in the same area. There are two pools which is good since the pools were popular. Maintenance responded immediately when I had an issue with the tv. The hotel is outside of Sedona but in an area with great restaurants and a lot less traffic. The grounds are clean and other guests were respectful!

This is a great stay! Our room had a kitchen so we enjoyed breakfasts in the room before heading out on adventures. Pool in the afternoon and then bbq'd dinners beside the pool. Just the perfect vacation hotel! I highly recommend this for all types of travelers.

What a great stay! Full kitchen (hit the Safeway or WF in Sedona before driving down, limited grocery around). Walkable to the Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte paths. Free laundry and even a detergent pack. We loved our time here. We would definitely stay again. Oh, and super nice people in the lobby.

The suite was great with a full size fidge freezer and a disher washer so you could really use it as a base for exploring from. The pools were great and the outdoor rills a nice touch. The bed was comfy and we felt spoilt here.
