The room was clean and spacious, included a microwave, iron, and fridge. Room service was every day , they did such a great job. A gas station and a small grocery store right around the corner wich is very convenient if you need some water or snacks. Also, there is a swimming pool 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and amazing view.

The ad pictures are a bit mis leading. It’s in a good location but you’re only getting the view from very limited spots on the property. But the property manager was very kind and helpful. He even let us stay in the jacuzzi after closing.

I had a great experience there. The room was spacious, included a microwave and a mini fridge, and toiletries reapplied every day. The room was meticulously cleaned. There was more hot water than you’d normally need. They have a laundry room as well on the ground level. There were towels galore! They also had a coffee machine, although I did not use it. Also, as the name applies, the view from the balcony is extraordinary. I would definitely stay there again.

This facility has great location but that is the only good thing about it. Cleanliness was subpar, one of the days we came back to our room finding a forgotten rag next to our belongings. Floor looked like it was never cleaned. I had booked the room for two adults and two children; that was the number of people who checked into that room and yet I was charged for extra visitors. When I asked about it they told me it was for my children! What's ironic is that before our trip I had specifically asked about the reservation and any additional charges and was told no, there won't be anything additional. They engaged in dishonest billing practices and hoped no one would catch that. There are way better hotels and inns in that area when I compare it to the amount, they charged me. I would look at other places and not go for this one. Terrible start to our 10-day spring break trip.

Room a little outdated. Front door was hard to close, had to slam it shut when leaving. Friendly and helpful staff. We were glad that the room included a fridge and microwave. Overall, the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our 1-night stay.

I know they’ve spent a ton of money working to resolve their internet connectivity issues but they have not been able to yet. If someone needed to be on a video conference call you’d have to hope for good cell service because the wifi flaked out regularly. Staff was friendly

amazing stay! Love the owners so much, and gorgeous views at a reasonable price and great location. Staff were INCREDIBLE, and kept my room immaculate. Also very understanding with my trip changes; would definitely come back! Lovely cafe/ sensational art shop across the street (Oak Creek Espresso/Village Art ) and a POSITIVELY CHARMING hummingbird gallery :) also be sure to check out PJs trivia (walking distance) on Thursday's :)

The owner refused to check me out and refund my security deposit. He told me to leave the key insude and just close the door and leave. Now im calling and texting yrying to get an accurate bill and my refund. I've been double charged.

This is a central location close to shops and bakeries! The view from the rooms was amazing red rocks formations! Reasonably priced for the location and Mr Paresh was very helpful in all our queries! Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. We got lost on the trails and had to be rescued so we were about an hour and a half late to check out of the hotel. We spoke with the manager on duty and she told us not to worry about any late checkout fees since we couldn't help that we were lost. Except that they never refunded our $100 security deposit and when I called the hotel, the manager was belligerent and said that they never told us they would waive any late checkout fees. Also the hotel was practically vacant too so it's not like anyone else was waiting to get in to the room. Unfortunately for the hotel, my son also heard the manager telling me that they would not be charging us any late checkout fees. So now, we're disputing the charge with the credit card company. Too bad the management is so short sighted. The hotel itself was actually decent.

We stayed only one night in The Views Inn Sedona. It was outside of the city center by about 20 minutes. We found the next day that it was helpful in terms of traffic to be a little farther out as Sedona gets packed with tourists on the weekends. The room was clean and had a little sitting area. We were bummed because they weren't opening the hot tub since it was raining. Not sure it had the "views" part of the name like we were expecting, but you can see some of the red rocks over the buildings across the street.

Second stay in 20 months. In the heart of the Village of Oak Creek. Easy walk to most restaurants. Easy drive to local trails. Although on SR-179, rooms were quiet. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Older hotel but well maintained rooms.

This property was conveniently located and super clean. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. I didn’t realize when I booked it that this property is actually in the Village of Oak Creek and not in Sedona proper. There was still plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping within walking distance BUT without the craziness of Sedona. (A plus in my book.) Oh, and did I mention the beautiful views of Bell Rock, Court House Butte, etc right from the balcony?! Fantastic!! The only negative is the pool isn’t heated and the water was freeeeeezing! (But to be fair, I have never found an outdoor pool in Arizona that was heated!)

A good clean place to stay in Sedona at a reasonable price. The room was large and clean although dated. If you choose the second floor, be warned that there is no elevator. Looks and feels safe, reasonably quiet despite sitting next to a major highway. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and hiking trails. Recommended if you have realistic expectations.

Oak Creek is a nice area outside Sedona, large grocery store nearby and some restaurants in walking distance. Found an excellent Asian restaurant "Red Chopstick" in mall not too far away by car. Inn manager was very friendly and helpful pointing out attractions. Does not offer breakfast and situated like 2 story motel so mountain view is pretty average out a small window.

A very comfortable, clean, and well-run property. I really enjoyed my stay. I would just caution travelers -- though the Expedia description of this hotel states that they offer breakfast (and even shows a breakfast room in their photos), breakfast is no longer offered at this hotel. Probably that stopped during the virus lockdown, and never started up again. The hotel needs to update their listing, with "breakfast" deleted. Otherwise, a beautifully located hotel with comfortable beds and good bedding, coffee machine, microwave, mini-fridge, etc, and excellent maid service. Located in the Village of Oak Creek, near so much -- lovely cafes, shops, hiking trails, and stunning views. I recommend!

Great place to stay! As soon as we checked in, the front desk gentleman was very kind and suggested many places for us to enjoy, like hikes, and places for dinner! The room was nice, bed was comfortable and shower was great! We stayed in 205 and the room had a great view! The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. No breakfast served.
