The staff here are wonderful, Check-in agent named Sunil is always so very nice to me, tries to give me my favorite room, Check-out agent named Celia is a sweet person and her husband always helps me with my luggage because he knows i'm disabled. As a traveling musician, this is the only place that I stay in the bay area.

Bed was not at all good. I was able to feel the Mattress springs and had severe backache in the morning. Bathroom door wasn’t getting locked properly. Water from the sink was going very slow. Not recommending to anyone.

If I tell you, I went to this hotel soon as we walked in we seen a roach then we walked all the way to the kitchen. Roger is coming from the refrigerator. The bread was dirty that couldn’t have blood stained all over it. It was the worst hotel ever the price was good. The way we checked in was good but the hotel was so freaking nasty. It was nasty. The rug had blood on it though the curtain tablet on the roof the refrigerator have Rose come underneath it. It was terrible so we ended up not staying so I’m just scrutinize because we came all the way from LA to stay in this hotel and it was terrible.

Breakfast: There was no orange juice, only Tang. Room: the room was clean with stains in the sinks. The heater had a loose frame on the outside.
