Maia at the fromt desk was awesome. I watched and listened to her help the guest in front of of meand then me. She was really knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Perfect example of greeat customer service! She should be the manager if not already. Hotel was also very well kept. I will stay there again since they have a shuttle to the airport for $10.

This is a very safe and convenient hotel. Breakfast was excellent and had some different items each day. Our room was serviced every day, even though I didn’t expect it to be so that was a pleasant surprise. Downsides were that the pool apparently is not maintained and was actually closed with a health department notice so if a pool is important to you, you might want to call and confirm it’s open. The bar/bistro was also closed over the weekend and there is no alternative that is walking distance. Finally, charging for parking felt petty. There are no specific hotel spots. Parking is part of a huge industrial park. Still, I’d recommend it if you need a place to stay in Bayfarm.

Staff was friendly and helpful but desk employees were BOTH very new. They were able to answer my questions but it took them a bit to figure it out. Shouldnt have two new people working together on a really busy Saturday night! The breakfast was good and the serving staff helpful. Big complaint, there was NOTHING in the booking that said that parking in an open lot with no security was going to cost an extra $16.00/car. My parents and I were sharing a room but were in separate cars. I could have picked up my rental the next day had I known. If you are going to charge for an ungated open lot, at least employ security to protect my car. For the additional $32.00 can't say the breakfast made up for it, could have stayed down the street for less.

Front desk check in was very positive experience. Staff super friendly and accomodating. We requested an early check in and was able to provide. Upon going to the room - the carpet was obviously not vacuumed yet. One of the towels in the bathroom was stained (something red). The pool had debris so we decided not to try the hot tub. The offerings at the continental breakfast were plentiful.

I had a great stay, room was very clean, had plenty of towels, usually I need to ask for more at other hotels. Bed was comfortable. I had a nice view or the water from my window. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. This was the second time I have stayed here. Will definitely be back.

I am sorry to contact you with bad comments. We arrive after driving almost 7 hours from our hometown Colton California. We were tired and wanted to relax. We noticed some ants on the coffee table in our room and on the table between the beds. I cleaned the tables with the towels and I thought the problem was solved. The following morning there was more ants than the day prior. Also I saw some dry boogers on the restroom, IT WAS DISGUSTING.I told the lady from the front desk and she did not offer a sorry or apology. Sad Sad. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A REIMBURSTMENT FOR ALL THIS INCIDENTS.

Our only concern was the privacy in for the windows. No blackout drapes that covered the entire windows. The smell of the room was a little offensive. If there is a spray that’s used I would suggest a lemon or no scent at all.

The rooms have been done and they are beautiful! There is plenty of room to move around and it would be a great place to stay if you have a long visit. You will not feel cramped. I only have one complaint and that seems to be everywhere I stay these days....beds are so hard and I end up with numb shoulders all night long

I called the hotel the day I was going to arrive and told them that I would be checking in late as my flight arrived at 10:30 PM. They said that they would note this on my reservation that I already paid for. When we got there they had given my room away. I was traveling with my adult son and we reserved a room with two queen beds. They were going to let us walk away and at the last minute they said, wait I have a room with a King bed available, to which we had to take as we had no alternative so late at night. Not very happy to say the least! They told me that it was because I booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had in 30 years! They checked us in incorrectly which led to some sort of error on their part. A male staff came into our room while we were sleeping at around 2am. When we awoke, he told us we had to get our things and leave the room b/c another guest was supposed to be in that room. It was as if we were being accused of scamming the hotel to get into that room. It was frightening and I may never stay at a Hilton hotel ever again!

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Oakland Airport-Alameda was good but the front desk clerk on the first night of my arrival was not very friendly. He only gave me one complimentary bottle of drinking water when there were two guests staying the night. I come from a hospitality background and first impressions do matter and wasn’t too impressed with this clerk’s lack of guest services skills. The management might want to retrain the staff in the Art of Guest Services. My room was clean and very spacious. Overall, I would recommend this property just watch out for some of the front desk staff. Make sure they greet you and give each person staying in the room their own bottle of drinking water.

I had an early flight and wanted to stay by the airport. This Hampton Inn was perfect. Located in Alameda five minutes from the airport, on the bay and not on Hagenberger Road, I had no idea this hotel was even here. I love Hampton Inn & Suites for the breakfast in the morning and coffee/tea service all day (though I departed before breakfast). I also appreciate the bar and restaurant they have available, so I disntbhave to leave for dinner. The room was well appointed and clean, though it didn't have a USB outlet in the room, which Ive gotten used to. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was great. Not happy about being charged 20.00 a day to self park. Although being close to the airport, you couldn’t hear planes at all inside. Very safe clean area. With a great walkable path along the estuary. It’s in an area of corporate properties. So no restaurant etc close by. We knew this and brought plenty of food etc for are two night stay to see music at the Oakland Arena an ez 12 minute drive. Mini fridge and Microwave, coffee pot in room. Free breakfast was typical, decent with waffle etc options. If I’m staying down here in area again, It will be here.
