The Expedia website listed the costs shown, as being complete. When i checked in I was hit with the hidden fee of 10.00 for parking. Thank God there was no resort fee. This is unacceptable and should be eliminated. Also,the hotel provided no water in the room for the guests. There was a 2.50 per bottle charge for a 16 oz. bottle. Ridiculous.

This property is pretty tired and badly in need of a refurbishment. The elevators were broken, and when 1 of them worked it was incredibly slow. The room decor and condition was quite old now, with a pretty serious moisture problem in the bathrooms. By the third day of our trip my allergies were bothering me quite a bit, I suspect it might be from the stale air in the room. The breakfast was a joke, very poor quality food, eggs were extremely dry, fruit was stale. Not worth it.

Reception gave us a key for the wrong room (310 vs. 210), which led us to open a room that was occupied by someone. So that was awkward. That and only one elevator was working, which I was told by another guest that it had been that way for sometime. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely be back.

Stayed here one night. Parking is $10 but there is limited parking nearby on the streets. The room was in great condition, but none of the charging ports worked. Breakfast was great, cheese omelettes, pancakes, and other items. Check in and out was smooth. Would stay here again

They had no maintenance guy on a friday evening and they were sold out are tv didnt work and they couldnt help us and tub was clogged up from our first shower we had to take showers with our feet in water

Let's start with the basics: When you check in at a hotel, you expect to receive key to the room you're staying in. Much to our surprise, we didn't get a key to our room upon checking into this hotel . No explanation why there is no key. Nothing. They just told us, that a guy will take you to your room. So some random person would walk you to any room and unlock whatever door you told him to unlock. Room 12345? Sure, good night. What? The next day, when we requested a room key, we were told they needed to reprogram all their locks and can't produce any room keys. We felt so unsafe with this situation, we had to take all our valuables with us because anybody could enter our room at anytime time just telling the guy to let them into room 12345 or whatever. When we enquired about this and expressed our concerns about safety, the person at the front desk was just rude. The only explanation they gave us was that it's very complicated to reprogram every single door lock. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I do not recommend staying there.

Convenient located close to SFO Airport Comfy bed, bathroom had some mold problems, also not sure if the bath had been cleaned properly. Parking free of charge. Typical breakfast.

Room was nice the facility was nice, only thing is there was some mold in the bathtub. When the water first came out it was black which was kinda weird. The door under the sink would just fall off outta nowhere as well. But was able to put it back on. Bed was super comfortable

TV access to very few TV options. Very little to those of us who only sleep 3-4 hours per night. Cannot sign in to our own TV options like Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. Probably why I won’t come back. Couch very uncomfortable in suite room and refrigerator holds very little. I bring my own bottles of water for 7days. Large bottles (1.5 liter)don’t fit. It is all i drink. Your staff is excellent!

I really liked the size of the room, the walk-in shower, and the bed. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice. The shower lacked appropriate water pressure and the AC seemed to "go to sleep" when we did. We like sleeping in a cool room and the AC seemed to have a mind of its own. Breakfast was good with the sumptuous cinnamon rolls! The staff was more than accommodating.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and unfortunately my experience was not great. The biggest issue was the noise — there was a constant lull of sound coming from the street, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The property itself felt a bit outdated, and the complimentary breakfast was disappointing both in quality and selection. On the positive side, the room itself was fairly clean, which I appreciated. However, given the noise level, dated feel, and subpar breakfast, I don’t think I would choose this location again.

When he finally came, wasn’t friendly and acted like we inconvenienced him. Room was overall clean, but had a strange old musty smell. Breakfast items weren’t replenished timely. By 8:30am, biscuits ran out and we would’ve needed to scrape out what was left of the eggs and gravy, and bagels/bread were stale. Waited 10-15 min and still no one came to replenish the food. Since we were on a tight schedule, we just couldn’t wait around any longer. One of the reason why we chose this hotel was for convenience of the included breakfast so that was disappointing.

Booked a room for a single night. Upon checking in, added an additional night to our stay. Front desk told me that was fine and that I didn’t even have to change rooms. Next day, different story. No rooms that would accommodate my son and I. I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year and this will be my last. My money spends elsewhere.

The property is fine, but it was extremely understaffed. There was only staff to manage the breakfast area so there was no way she could keep up with the food, supplies, and cleanliness, even though she worked very hard. During our three day stay, no one came to clean the room. We did NOT place the “do not disturb” sign on the door. At night, when we came back to the hotel, we had to go to the receptionist to ask for clean towels and bathroom tissue.

I wish I had found this hotel years ago! Very nice accommodations, very affordable. The staff went above and beyond, from Jenny who took my first call , and noted my every need. Then Catherine who checked me in, and helped with my bags. Even Haley who checked me out, and made sure that everything was as it should be! I will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL! The staff was top notch, a lovely welcome to the hotel. Check in was like 3 seconds and super easy. Everything was VERY clean, quiet and I appreciated the amenities. I hate those soap bars that dry out your skin. This hotel had Dove brand liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Huge win. Also a makeup wipe. Area was safe and the continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Food was tasty and really fresh!

We chise this property for it's proximity to highway access and distance to/from airport. It was incredibly clean and quiet. The only downfall was the breakfast offerings. They left A LOT to be desired, but there are several restaurants in the area that make up for what lacks in the hotel offering. ***BONUS*** If youre a late sleeper, the housekeeping staff is around and can refresh your room later in the day.

This was our 2nd time staying here after taking our daughter to college.USF. I love that it's not too far from the city of SF, but yet away to where don't feel the traffic and congestion of people and cars of the city, quiet residential area. I love the area and homes around. I would stay again.

Perfect location for any travel between San Fran and Half Moon Bay. Hotel and room were clean and area felt safe. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay between San Francisco and Half Moon Bay. 15 mins to SFO.

I vacationed for a 49er game with my family the hotel was much more than I expected very clean nice and the breakfast was very good. The attendant Diana was very nice and helpful always asking if we needed anything and making sure food was there.

WONDERFUL! The staff was top notch, a lovely welcome to the hotel. Check in was like 3 seconds and super easy. Everything was VERY clean, quiet and I appreciated the amenities.
