Our reservation wasn’t found until after 30 mins, and our toilet was not working and we had 2 beds in our room, when they switched us rooms it was only one bed. It was for one night out stay yet it was terrible.

I used to think this hotel was ok never great but they do accept animals and that should count for something but last time I stayed.two days before I was to check out i went to the grocery store literally three to four blocks away I get a call that my dogs are barking I guess they forgot that dogs do that and when I got back fifteen to twenty minutes later I was told I have to check out yet the neighbor has a kid that is banging on the wall I hope it was the baby. Crying and screaming which I also know kids do so didn't complain to the front desk because I also had kids at one time so I checked out with no refund seems like a racket to me

I am a repeat customer to this property because of the consistency of my experience. This last time I had a billing mishap between the online app I used and the hotel itself. The desk staff and management were super helpful in resolving the issues and I was able to rest easy because my double billing was corrected because of the help provided by the hotel staff. I wish I had names to say, but I can say they were all good to me.
