Travelodge by Wyndham Burbank-Glendale

No escalator or lift, and it was mot mentioned in advertisement. I had to carry heavy suitcase to 3rd floor on stairs. I will never recommend anyone or ever I will stay there.

Parking is terrible; challenging to get in and out. Generally run down. No elevator and we were on the third floor.

Super small room with no walk path between the bed and the desk. Pool was dirty and green. No television. Poor internet. Never again shall I come to this hotel

When we first arrived the parking lot was full and only about 10 spaces in the front where the rooms are, additional space around the side which sucks to have to haul all your stuff around, the check in employee was very friendly though. Then we got into our room which was 2 queen beds and it was very cramped, you could hardly walk between the bed and the dresser, you couldn’t open the closest door all the way, the bathroom had dirty footprints, a dirty towel on the counter, and the bedsheets looked like they had makeup all over them. The carpet was also dirty I immediately put my shoes on after the shower or when getting out of the bed. On our second to last day we got home from Universal Studios late and our room key wouldn’t work, kept flashing red when we tried to open the door so they deactivated our key a day early, I even wrote on the checkin paper what date I planned to checkout on. So here we are tired, have our hands full of stuff, and I had to go to the office to have them reactivate our key which they did and again they were very nice but still annoying. On checkout day we moved the phone to find a big spider curled up and dead. Glad it was dead but how many others were in the room that are still alive…. Cheap hotel, but would never stay there again, too gross and dirty and terrible parking.

It was comfortable, quiet and the pool was great. That made up for the older condition of the hotel.

My room was extremely outdated and carpet was nasty the cabinets were held by shims the shower was not easy to work for the hot water. the ice machine didn't work. Nothing about the room was like in the pictures

There is only 5 parking spots available in the area. The rest of the parking is behind the hotels and that area is super sketchy. The front desk is slow to attend to you. The rooms are what you pay for. There’s nothing fancy about this place. Plus, you can hear your next door neighbors. So pray you Jane a quiet one.

It was dirty, blood on the curtains, bathrooms growing black mold, ice machine was disgusting and growing moss underneath.

The property was extremely dirty, unkept and the desk clerk who greeted me was rude, insulting and very negative. Honestly, I have never encountered such terrible and condescending demeanor. The room was dirty, sticky, with disgusting long hair all over the floor. And shower door was broken.

Bed bugs problem...

The room was very smelly and the bathroom was very dirty

Great check in and staff. Room very old smelled weired and spiders in the shower. Carpets very old and very dirty.

Floor was dirty very disgusting to walk on.

There was a funky smell in the room, not to mention an old Coca-Cola bottle in the. Refrigerator it was pretty disgusting.

This was certainly the most disturbing room I have ever stayed in. It looked like a SEEDY motel from a movie. Roach on floor in bathroom. Something ungodly on headboard. Peeling plaster walls. Could not get the shower to turn off and no water pressure. It was actually funny how lightly it was coming out of shower head. Just a trickle. Just icky

The room was clean. When showering, water leaked under the door. My last night, the water line to the toilet was leaking. I could only get one channel on the TV. I notified the front desk the next morning, that evening, still one channel. I notified the front desk again the next morning, that evening, STILL one channel. I gave up on it after that. They could have followed up with me but didn’t.

A/C wasn't working, room was around 80°. No USB outlets. The wall outlet behind the bed was hanging out, no headbord, very small 32" TV

As you can see from the pics, the room is on the smaller side. So don’t be surprised.

This hotel was sold to be much nicer than it is. Yes, it was a decent room for a 1 night stay, sure. Parking was convenient. But there was no ventilation in the bathroom which made the room incredibly hot when someone showered, the room was tiny and hard to move around, and the metal bed frame made a loud bang noise with every moment, it was just not what was expected.

This property could do with a bit of upgrading. Plumbing is probably so outdated that it took some time to get warm water from both shower and sink. The TV in our unit was not working and paint was chipping off the doors and closet. Not ideal for toddlers to be on 2nd flr because they stomp, run a lot and floor is pretty thin, creaky. Parking is free but pretty small. A big van basically took up 2 spots since nobody was able to park next to it. We did like the proximity to Universal Studios and Porto's Bakery on Magnolia!

Only 1 outlet in the room worked. However that one outlet only worked when the light switch was one, so i could not charge my phone overnight. The outlets to the fridge and microwave and tv also did not work so i could not even use those amenities.

The shower wasn't really working. Hardly any water came out.

Room has been updated with everything new. However, the new tv was not set up properly, controls did not work. So we couldn’t watch tv. They install a new toilet with a fancy bidet, but had no connection to power to operate. The keys didn’t work, had to get a new one. However, the door was jammed and difficult to open. My husband’s strong arms got it opened. In the morning he had to do the same thing to get out. No coffee pot in room and the lobby had a very old outdated coffee maker that only filled your cup half way. They had no muffins, no food. Said only on the weekends!

We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again.

While checking in after a long day of travel and airports with just seconds left of our transaction. The front desk woman answered a phone call. She turned her back to me and proceeded to book a hotel stay for at least 10 minutes. Probably closer to 20. As the person on the phone had lots of questions. She had my credit card or I would have left. My family was frustrated and tired. But finally she turned around handed me back my credit card and room keys. That’s all she needed to do. So very frustrating and unprofessional.

Good place to visit LA. It’s close to so many cool spots. Staff were excellent and made the stay great!

An older property, but for the price, it was fine. Great staff, very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. I had some scheduling changes and they were patient with me and helped work everything out.

Basic amenities, nothing fancy. Comfortable room, nice swimming pool. Location is awesome, within walking distance of good restaurants, Portos on Magnolia, The New Deal, All About Poke, Bagel Boss, Lucifers Pizza, and little places to get coffee that aren't Starbucks Shopping at unique local stores, Dark Delicacies, The Green Man, Mindful Nest, Mystic Museum, a great Goodwill and many more Will definitely stay here again when visiting Burbank

This hotel is near Universal which is why we stayed here. It is in walking distance to Target, 711 and actual dinning restaruants. The down side was that I wish there was no rug, it felt like my socks were sticking to the rug and it was not a good feeling. The bathroom was ok, it was clean but it looked worn or out dated. Other than that this place is great for site seeing.

Average. nothing special. It’s in a decent location got a couple of restaurants and a target walking distance. Decent price compared to other locations in the area.

Despite this 1 star motel being dated and in need of a full makeover, the location is across the street from a Target store, bike trail, and walking distance to Burbank Porto’s bakery and restaurants.

There werw a few questionable characters around at nights, but for the area we felt pretty safe. There is a Target across the street for convenient shopping and uber was only $12 to Universal Studios. There is a mexican food restaurant literally in the parking lot and the food was so good! Overall would recommend for a short stay 😊

Location is very close to universal studios. Hotel needs a huge makeover, wifi don't work, staff was friendly and workout my room problems. Pool was clean . Mexican restaurant next door is top notch. Gotta try their chilaquiles and birria tacos. Overall 3 of 5 . Good for the location and area is actually very quiet.

Internet connection was bad. Room was very congested, only 1 person can walk at a time. The hotel is near to target and eateries. Breakfast consists of banana, blueberry muffins, bar and a coffee machine which gives only tasteless mocha. Staff are friendly.

The hotel room was very small and I was told all the rooms are all the same size. About breakfast, they only serve it on weekends. The electric outlet in the bathroom was partially in the shower.

We enjoyed our stay only if itvwas for 1 night. Only this it was small for our size but overall very comfortable and very friendly staff. We loved the complimentary coffee and muffins.

The lady helping us was nice. Check in took about 5 minutes and you get vouchers for breakfast at the taco shop next door, which was delicious!! The room was a little small but it had an actual closet! It is an older hotel and could use some love, especially in the shower. But the beds were very comfortable and overall we had a nice stay. They have 2 parking lots and they are well lit. The area was pretty quiet and close to where we needed to go.
