Hotel is renovated so room fine. Busy area, run down, breakfast area tiny and old. Price fit the hotel. Very small pool and tiny hot tub in the parking lot overlooking the Jack in the Box drive through. If you can pay a bit more, probably worth it. 10 minute drive to Universal Studios.

Elevator out of service for upcoming upgrade…suitcases became very heavy by the time I got to the 3rd floor. Hot tub also out of order. Grab and go breakfast what I expected. Room clean and roomy. Staff nice. Room freezing but that was because my husband turned it down to 60 degrees…so I guess that means that the AC worked well! LOL!

Property exterior was dirty. Entrances confusing. Almost no dining options anywhere reasonably walkable. Room was clean and decently fitted. Nice mattress for a budget offering. Property does not have aotle shuttle despite advertising as such. Seems the property arranged Lyft, which would be fine if they showed up. Our driver went to hotel instead of airport . We arranged our own rides. Will choose a different property next time.

The rooms are very nice clean and upgraded. The hot tub was not lit up at night and smelled horrible of chlorine to the point I had to put a towel over my eyes and it still made them water in pain. We only lasted about 5 minutes before we had to leave. Looked at it in daylight and it was very green. The elevator was out of service which we were not aware of and my mother had knee surgery, she walks with a cane and was forced to do the stairs leaving her in a lot of pain. We woke up to thousands of ants in our room coming from the ac/heat unit all over the desk floor and in my kids bed and bags. I would mark this as a one star but because the rooms were nice and they started cleaning the hot tub as we were checking out I’m sure it was just bad timing. Can’t do much about the ants but that’s something to keep in mind if staying here. I’m very upset about the elevator though.

Advertised as having free airport shuttle. No such thing. We had to call the hotel, who said they would book us a Lyft cab, which they would pay for. We were told to wait for instructions for the pick-up on my phone. No instructions arrived so tried to call hotel again. No reply, so we walked (a long way) to a taxi rank and paid $12 for a cab. Arrived at hotel and were told they would not reimburse us because we had paid for the cab, not them! Then we were told that the elevator was not working, so I asked how many floors we would have to carry our heavy bags up and were told "only to the 2nd floor" We were then given a room on the 3rd floor. Not at all happy.

The price for the room in comparison to other hotel rates was better than most. The staff was helpful and friendly. The staff assisted me with carrying my luggage up 3 flights of stairs since the elevator was not functioning. The room was clean. The hotel provided a morning grab-and-go breakfast. I appreciated this offering. The jacuzzi was “out-of-service” and the area around the pool and jacuzzi was not attractive at all. The view from my balcony was of the freeway and a “Jack-in-the-Box.” There was a neighborhood around the hotel. A free shuttle was offered to the Burbank Airport! The location to the airport is prime! It’s about 3-4 minutes from the Burbank airport. I appreciated this close proximity to the airport! The shuttle driver was pleasant. The stairwells need a super-scrubbing! There’s no art 🖼️ on the walls or beauty to look at but there’s a television that worked and a place to lay your head on a quick turn around when you just need to sleep and get on the move! Value is attached to the “wallet!”

Terrible experience here. I\'m familiar with budget hotels and know how to manage my expectations, this however was a disaster. The room smelled of smoke and there were dozens of dead and living ants infesting the bathtub. I asked for the room to be cleaned and they never arrived. Everything was dirty from the rooms to the stairs, to the lobby and "breakfast" area. 0/10 experience.

The quality is definitely not here at this Quality Inn. The cleanliness of the room's floor was unacceptable and left your feet/socks dirty. We also had to report bed bugs. The outside area is apparent that this isn't the best place to stay. We gave it the benefit of the doubt but would not come back nor recommend to anyone else!

The room was dirty. The wood floors was disgusting and even after asking for housekeeping to clean it (they only come upon request or after the 3rd night), it looks like they just swept it. Our room key stopped working after 2 days and we had to keep going down to the front desk everyday to have them reactivate it which was a hassle with 3 small kids carrying a lot of bags to the room just to have to walk everyone/everything back downstairs to reactivate the key card. You can hear people on the floor above you running and jumping all hours of the day and night. When you ask for more towels or garbage liners they say only housekeeping can bring it to you in the morning and you have to wait. Definitely would never stay there again.

If you're looking for a clean room and a nice bed on the cheap then this is your hotel! Don't expect quiet, (walls are thin and you ARE next to an airport). But staff was friendly and location is central for grabbing a Lyft! Order some GrubHub or Postmates, turn the TV and a/c on and you're good to go!

The good: the staff we briefly interacted with were both very polite. The room was immaculate. The terrible: We could see light through the gap between the door and the frame and the door and the floor. Not a sliver, enough to allow light into the first part of the room and disrupt sleep. The bed was a king with 4 throw-pillow sized pillows! Ridiculous! The bed cover was weird: a sheet, a light blanket, and a sheet on top. It was loud all night as people talked and whatever else up and down the balcony. This was probably exacerbated by the large gaps in the door frame. They actually had a packaged pair of earplugs on the nightstand! The message light blinked on the phone all night. When we called the front desk to ask she just said, “Yeah, you just have to wait a little bit and it will stop.” But it never stopped. We just had a red light blinking on the nightstand all night. I finally got a piece of paper to cover it. While the shower was nice and had great pressure and a good shower head, I lost shower pressure and the temperature changed when the room next door showered. I expected better from a Choice brand but we definitely won’t stay again. For the price it was very, very disappointed.

The pictures look a lot better than what the rooms actually are. The lot is tiny and faces a dirty local home. The room was super hot when we arrived the AC worked but not well. The doors let in all the noise and light. I was almost certain we’d get bugs coming in at night. The bathroom needs a remodel.

This is in a great location next to lots of different transportation types. However, it got loud at times. During the day, the car shop next door was reving an engine for over an hour, and at night you could here the train and the planes. Ear plugs can solve those problems. The biggest issue for us was having a room right next to the stairway door. The door just slams shut whenever anyone goes in or out, and that was really loud. Overall, a good place to stay for a night while traveling.

Proximity to the Freeway, is a little noisy, but with the white noise app very tolerable. Staff very friendly, and I arrived 1 hr, before check in and they found me a similar room. Both the day staff and night staff were very accomodating and resopnsive. Great value given the airport shuttle, fast internet for meeting and free breakfast. NIce mall and and dining within walking distance (5-20 min).

The front desk personal - in fact all the staff were wonderful. The food choices were very good for breakfast and if they were low on anything they were quick to re-fill. Just a wonderful stop for couples and families.

The front desk receptionist is a liar! Her name was navila she claimed it was even tho the the receipt said we were checked in by a different name she was so nice in the beginning & while checking out she got very disrespectful screaming infront of the manager & lying to us infront of our face. We booked our stay through Expedia & we had to end our stay earlier & wanted to pay for the time we stayed & get a refund on the remaining days & she claimed Expedia was the one who had to issue the refund & I had to contact them & after I reached to Expedia they said they had to call the hotel to request a refund & she denied it & when I went down to ask her why? She lied said that she didn’t deny anything that expedia didn’t want to refund me & when I told the Expedia lady that’s what she told me she said no that she’s the one that denied it & I asked her to call again because she said she would give us a refund so when the representative from Expedia calls infront of us she answers & speaks very rudely to her saying yess give them the refund now stop calling & hangs up on her. So when I asked her if the manager was there she said no & gave me a card to his “ number “ as I’m calling the manager infront of her, her phone rings & she picks it up & it’s my call she picks up so I confront her & say why are you lying to me infront of my face that’s very unprofessional & she starts pretending like she had no idea. Next thing you know he comes out (Daniel Garcia) these people are SCAMMERS!!

The staff was very helpful. The TV wasn't working when we got to the room? After a long day on the road and visiting family. They came right away after calling the disk and fixed it right away! Awsome we will be back soon.

We stayed 3 nights … first night was a Wednesday and all night homeless & people walking up and down halls … complained and they moved us to 3rd floor … even worse … rooms reeked of smoke. Asked to be moved again and was told they couldn’t change my room again because they were overbooked. They said they would have the house cleaning deep clean the room which was never done. Keep in mind this is a smoke free hotel! No offer for discount or anything. Wouldn’t recommend, staff was rude and unwilling to help! Oh and breakfast was coffee juice and granola bars.

First off upon arrival, the girl at the front desk with tattoos on her hands. She wasn't very friendly. Didn't give the usual where your room is located?And what time breakfast is. We then entered the room it smelled heavily of bleachand then turned the tv on and realized that everything including settings was in spanish. My family doesn't speak Spanish. I called the front desk to ask if they could assist. She said, there's nobody here that could help me and besides, your only staying for 1 night then hung up. I tried calling back and she picked up and hung up the phone again. I had my wife call and the same happened. We will never book there again.

As we were on our way to this hotel I got a call from them saying they overbooked and they were gonna refund me and I was like, what? I’m on my way there, anyway, as I got there, they figured it out then the fun started, the key didn’t work then I had to walk all the way back to the reception and got a new key so it worked, then we tried to watch tv and it didn’t work either, went to the bathroom and inside of the toilet had stains that looked like it was dirty from previous guests, tub is really old and it was also dirty. Awful beds, terrible pillows, we all had a terrible night, it is a very old building, a very scary area, homeless around the property, very noisy area. Save your money and stay away from this hotel.

We traveled from NZ, our flight was disrupted (due to the global IT crisis). Sent a message via Expedia (12 hours before scheduled check-in) saying what happened and we\'d still pay for the night we weren\'t there but we really needed to keep the booking. Communication was zero stars! No one replied. We PRE-PAID in full for our stay. When I tried to organise with the staff our pick up (weeks in advance) they said they don\'t pick up from LAX only Burbank, this was not mentioned anywhere that they only pick up from one airport. When I asked for other options on how to get there (because locals would know best) - they ghosted me. On arrival, we went to check-in with Quality inn and were told by reception they re-sold our room, gave no other options and no refund. They also said no one communicated with them - when I have proof that we\'ve had communications going back and forth already and that I\'d messaged them in the same way to tell them about the flight delay. We were also welcomed by the most jarring sight in reception with water leaking from the roof and a sad looking "breakfast nook". We were stranded in a different country and left to figure things out by ourselves and had lost almost $1300.00 and had to pay for another hotel. Sleep deprived and stressed we travelled to get an international sim for our phone and managed to call our insurance and we then booked at the Hotel Burbank for the same price point and much better quality! Zero stars Quality Inn Burbank Airport.

Quiet room just 5 minutes from the Burbank Airport. There is a nice Jack In The Box next door. Shuttle not available until 5:30am. We had to Uber to get to the airport by 5:00am.

This property is a great budget friendly option for Universal Studios. Very close to the Burbank airport . The bathroom could use a refresh as it had quite a bit of wear. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with microwave and fridge. There are a few dining options that are walkable and a mini mart across the street. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They called a lift to shuttle us to and from the airport. The only downside to this property is the street and train noise. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

There was no coffee during our 3 day stay, breakfast selection was very limited. The breakfast room was crowded and often not accessible. We ended up eating breakfast out. However our room was clean and comfortable. That was most important to us.

Positive: Very convenient, walkable to Hollywood-Burbank airport. Rooms were clean. Outside corridors. Cons: Dirty stairways and hallways. Breakfast was pretty bad. Packaged pastry, Yoplait, peach fruit cup, granola bar, icky trail mix, prepackaged sausage sandwich. No milk or cream just coffee mate. Juice machine but the orange juice did not work and apple juice was weirdly dilute.

The king bed was average size and the room was very small with just a bed, the pillows are too small and pretty much uncomfortable and apparently you need to send a request for the cleaners to clean your room the pool and spa were too small and there were not many options for breakfast and no lunch or dinner
