The only bad thing is only one Elevator works for the all Hotel

We had problems with finding parking for the bus.

Very dated.Inside felt like I was off skid row where people disappear. Lack of TVApps, no shampoo/conditioner. Advertised breakfast was a lie. One evelator worked Very slowly, the other did not work. Deferred maintenance. Don't walk away from the hotel, run away and never come back.

Parking was good and the people at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Room was comfy and a good overall experience

Secure parking. Friendly and helpful desk person. Proximity of shopping center. Comfortable beds.

I have stayed here a few times when my boyfriend and I get to spend time together. The breakfast is nothing more than a snack bar, the hotel staff is great especially the young guy at the front. I wish i remembered his name. The elevators are sketchy and I got stuck in them once. I will always use the stairs now.

The elevator sounds like it’s going to stop working, the floor in the bathroom was dirty and the bed was the worst mattress I have ever slept on!

Easy parking, room was clean

Found someone else's hair under the sheets and the refrigerator is old and needs to be upgraded. No housekeeping provided for stays under a week, but you can request towels, etc. That said, the staff was very nice and the nightly rates are very reasonable and they're one of the few places that doesn't charge for overnight parking.

At check-in, staff was very friendly. Not so much at check-out. Maintenance person at desk and said they were busy, so he wanted the key. I explained that i needed to let them know, again, about issues with room. He stated that basically the way it is. They'll fix things as they see fit. I told him the shower rod was hanging by loose screws. He said they fix things after. I explained that it was like that when we arrived so it was obviously not fixed at the last check-out. He was was simply rude and shrugged his shoulders, like "oh well". Elevator was a bit sketchy. Out-of-date certifications and only 1 elevator worked. A couple constantly blocking the back entrance smoking weed. Air vents covered in dirt and lint. Smell in room was musty. Zero water pressure. We have stayed at other extended stays and always had great experience. But this property needs serious updating. And a nicer maintenance man.

Horrible place, full of roaches

Room was dirty, it had left over clothing and debri under the bed. Very bad smell, dirty carpets. The bed had bugs- roaches.

Can I give a negative review on cleanliness? It was so bad we left. There was no mattress pad on the bed!!! That is a hard no right there. It was mattress then sheet. That's it. Nor were there covers over the pillows (three extremely lumpy half-sized pillows). There were stains that went from the top of the mattress through to the box spring below. There were holes in the underside of the mattress. The floor was dirty, from the lobby, in the elevator, to the room. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in over a week. The room had a funky smell. The refrigerator was leaking and there was a puddle on the floor, right as we walked in the door. The wall around the outside of the shower was soft from previous leaks. There were marks and holes in the walls from the furniture. The curtain was off the track. I've stayed at Extended Stays before and they were never like this. We were much happier at the clean hotel across the street.

The hotel was very dirty from the parking lot to the rooms stains in the carpet room smells like must spilled water on the floor wioed it up with a towell it was black after doing that had to ask for pots and pans etc housekeeps didnt speak english place smelled like pot we left a day early and went to a different hotel

This place is run down and gross. It smelled like someone had been microwaving fish on my floor. Every surface was dinged and dingy. The floor of my room was sticky. The bed crunched when I sat on it and the sheets were so suspicious that I laid towels down on the bed and slept on those. The bathtub/shower was so gross that I felt my body would be cleaner NOT using it, even after days of travel. I will never ever stay here again.

The room smelled when i walked im the bed was hard. In the morning there was a live roach in the sink when i was brushing my teeth and then i found 2 dead ones near the kitchen and closet and when i checked out and informed them and.showed pictures all they did was apologize and send me.on my way...i do believe they should have given me some.kind of credit back. No one wants to find roaches thats just gross..i have photos but for some reason it wont let me upload them

This hotel was very dirty and rundown. It smelled very bad! The water in shower doesn’t get hot. And even the elevator sounded like it was going to break. The staff was very kind but I will not be staying here again.

Our room had a cockroach infestation. Got up in the middle of the night to use bathroom and ended up killing roaches all night instead of resting. Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel is dirty needs cleaning in their premises.

The room we were first given had dirty, torn carpet, a tub faucet that wouldn’t turn off and smelled so strong of cigarette my throat burned. We asked to switch rooms and while the new room had no cigarette smell, the tub was dirty along the floor and it had been painted with some sort of coating that was peeling. There was also evidence of a water leak under the sink, a burnt out bulb and no cover on the bathroom light. There was a pice of trash sticking out from under the phone which makes me doubt the thoroughness of the cleaning. That being said, the man working at the desk who checked us in and helped us switch rooms was very professional, friendly and polite.

The whole floors hallway was foggy and smelled like someone was overcooking chicken in the hallway the room was old the bed was old there were bugs in the air conditioner unit and there was a volleyball tournament in the room above us

The place is fine. The air unit was loud making it tough to sleep, and when I arrived in my room, there was giant puddle on the bathroom floor. I mopped it up with some towels, but I am kind of surprised that the staff missed it.

The room had an order to it close to something mildew or in that family from the carpet to the drapes. I brought Lysol to make me feel a home in the room. But the smell was there for 10+hours before it left. The shower had a connection leak that I had to drap a face towel over to stop it from flooding the floor per use. I made the most of the stay that I could. But the last 20 hours was the deal breaker. Other guest were having issues with their room and were arguing and fighting in their rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor as I was winding down! I couldn't rest nor did hotel security remove the guests! That is why I can't even give the hotel a good rating👎👎👎

One stays in a hotel to sleep. The mattresses here make that an uncomfortable experience. Old, hard, painful especially for side sleepers. Silly rooms have a kitchenette, but no coffee maker or any sort. Place has a worn, dirty and neglected feel. Staff was nice. Location solid, if you like strip malls. Also across the street from West Coast Customs of TV fame, so that was cool.

The room wasn't very clean, and fixtures were broken.

Everything about the room was horrible. The reclining chair that was in there looked like it had been chewed up by a dog at some point the carpet was filthy had at least 12 pieces of gum stuck in it. The windows were filthy to the point where you almost couldn’t see out of them. The air conditioning only work intermittently. The mattress was super hard, and the pillows were totally flat with no support whatsoever. The ironing board was broken.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Aside from that everything was fine.

I have stayed at quite a few Extended Stay establishments over the years and have always had a pretty positive experience.... but not this time. To begin, the room was not prepared and an outside window was left open. It took myself and the clerk to force the window closed. Thin walls, room next door the couple staying there woke us up at 1:30am yelling and talking loud. Called the front desk to complalin x2. Finally at 3am after calling the desk again, they quieted down. Horrible night. Wife had surgery scheduled the next morning and we had to awake at 5am to go to the hospital. Probably wont come back again to Extended Stay facilities. wm. steele

Stay away from room 216, the top floor must be a Utility room or laundry room. All night long footsteps traffic. I was about to leave the hotel at 4 am could not sleep with all the footsteps pounding the ceiling all night. At first I thought it was rowdy guest and I thought they would go to sleep but no I'm not kidding foot steps all night , closing doors, laundry and dryer on 24/7. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed.

The room had a dirty dap smell to it. The sheets smelled like pee. The bed isnt comfortable.

I really enjoyed how accommodating the staff were on my arrival and my overall experience was phenomenal.

I booked two rooms through hotels.com. When I showed up to the property, they told me they could only see one reserved room. The had me book the second room through them. I ended up being charged for three rooms. They said I was a no show on that second room they couldn't find from the hotels.com reservation. I asked hotels.com to work on getting the third room charge refunded and was told Extended Stay America refused after multiple attempts. One of the rooms was filthy. Pubic hairs in the sheets and bathroom. Lobby and elevators were a mess with food on the floors and delayed maintenance. Extremely disappointed and will not stay at this location again.

Check in was smooth. Went to to request kitchenware items. Was told would be some time. Had an issue with door, front desk staff came up and resolved. Requested kitchenware items update and was told "That's not my job". Called down after over an hr and was told "I'm alone and you would need to come down". Went down to discover is was the same front desk staff who told my husband it wasn't her job. She was a little snappy and had a lil attitude. Other than children running around on the floor above us, the stay was ok.

Could be cleaner but for the price the location is great. Walking distance from food and shopping. Highlight of the trip was being greeted by Jennifer at the front desk. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and answered answered all the questions I threw at her. Even recommended great dining options. She had an amazing energy when I checked in and even when I checked out. She has great enthusiasm for her work and the pride she puts into her job is commendable. I don’t leave reviews often but she was worth taking this time to make my comments. I would exclusively stay at all Extended stay hotels if she was the standard of how employees are trained. Amazing experience thanks to Jennifer!

Booked a night stay with this property and when we get there to check in, they said that they have overbooked the hotel and they don’t have a room for us. I have to jump through hoops just to get a refund. Horrible experience!

Michael at the front desk was beyond amazing! So was the the girl at night, didn’t catch her name, all the front desk people I encountered were wonderful and made my stay the BEST! The bed was very comfortable. They gave me a top floor as requested. Plenty of room to work with a desk and eating area. Great location next to Target and Staples for business needs. Great restaurants nearby. I will be BACK!!

I’ve had several extensions here, as I’m in the middle of a move. The Front Desk Staff has always been lovely & helpful. I was recently assisted by Kam on a reservation mixup & he was very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We prepaid the full amount for one night’s stay at this hotel, Extended Stay in Burbank, CA. When we arrived, the front desk person said they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. This was late in the evening and we had no where to go. What made us even more upset was the front desk person’s attitude. She treated it like it was no big deal and said “well there’s another hotel right across the street”, as if to make us feel bad for complaining that she had given away our room that we prepaid for. Yes, there is another hotel nearby, but we chose this one and paid for a room in full at THIS one. She made no efforts to help us in this situation, just gave us a “tough luck” attitude. We called Expedia and they booked us at another hotel 7 miles away. We will NEVER consider this hotel again.

Decent place to stay near the airport

It’s a good place to stay base on location and surrounding areas

Location was super close to freeways, shopping & dinning. Pretty convenient for our Universal trip. Pretty comfortable. It did say "breakfast included".. was disappointed to discover it was a breakfast bar (oatmeal, coffee & muffins) not an actual hot/cold breakfast. Our keys also stopped working. We had to get them reactivated a few times during our stay.

This property was easy to get to and close to everything we’d need- a Costco 6 mins away for gas, Ralph’s, sprouts and CVS down the street and not too far from amusement parks. My only wish was that there was maybe more grass for my dog to be able to explore but we were able to go to a park nearby.

The location is perfect located in the same shopping center as a Walmart target and many other things room was super stuffy but the ac works really good so no really a problem as long as the ac doesn’t bother you

Budget hotel in a great location.

Great location to many stores and universal Studios

If you want a clean affordable place in a good area this is your hotel. Not the fanciest place by far but nice enough and plenty of places to eat or shop near the hotel. The breakfast is coffee and oatmeal, not much of a breakfast if you’re looking for a hotel like that. But room had a kitche.

Loved the fact it’s in the same parking lot as a shopping center. And a quick cab ride to everything

All. Can say is it was the cheapest hotel in the area on that particular day and I can see why. Surprising given the location. It reeked of food in the hallways. Was afraid to walk barefoot anywhere in my room and prayed that the sheets were cleaned. I guess if you’re desperate or your company is paying for it but I’d never stay there again. The so called breakfast is the worst coffee you have ever had and it’s muffins in a basket. Probably a week old and stale. Absolute dump.

This property was not as expected given the star rating and the photos on Expedia. Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel was in poor shape, rooms did not smell fresh and were not well kept. Complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and a hand full of nutrigrain bars.

It was rather confusing at the start. I called at 12 Noonto request an early check in and they said if we came by after 1 PM we would be able to check in. So we drove across town and arrived at 2:10 PM only to be told check in was 'after' 3 PM. I said I understood but had called in and spoken with the front desk. She apologized for the miscommunication, but no rooms were available. Ugh. The room was clean but the pillows (3 only) were awful and the sheets rough like sandpaper. There was only a thin blanket so I am glad I brought my own blanket from the car. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom - only to read on a sticker on the last day it was avilable at the front desk ON REQUEST. This was not offered at check in nor mentioned on the website. Nor was the fact that housekeeping was extra and on request. I was surprised to see the room was untouched when we got back from a long day out. Thank goodness we hung up all the towels. Overall the room was fine. The bed as not great and the pillows and bedding 'fine' but not great. The TV had no ability to connect to any apps or allow for streaming- big miss. Plus there was a napkin in the hallway of the stair way for over 36 hours. I ended up picking it up and throwing it out. It annoyed me too much. Plus there was missing pain on the bathtub/ shower which made it look run down. But, it was centrally located, close to the freeway and shopping and lots of easy parking. So you get what you pay for and it was ok! Thanks!

This is bare-bones lodging but upcharged 2x due to distance from attractions. You get a bed and a thin bar of soap for your amenities, and that's it. Room is small. The hallway carpeting could use odor-removing cleaning. The "free breakfast" is black coffee (no milk or creamer) and a bunch of processed/packaged stuff - nutrigrain bars, muffins, and oatmeal packets.

If it wasn’t for the location, I would give this hotel a 1 star. The exterior is nice but the inside is worn down. The carpet is very stained and it gave a certain smell. The towels are dirty. The hotel had complimentary breakfast (which is one of the reasons why we booked the hotel) but they only had coffee, nutrigrain bars and oatmeal. Sometimes they ran out of breakfast within the first hour. I would not book this hotel again.

We stayed here for the “free on-the-go breakfast” but they only offered coffee.

The description stated that they provided Free breakfast but coffee and a granola bar is not breakfast very disappointed won’t be staying here anytime soon.

The hotel and rooms are a bit dated with dark colors, but everything was very clean. There were no dishes in the kitchen. When I called the desk, no one answered. I went down and was told that all the dishes were dirty. I finally got them to find me a cup so I could make coffee in the morning. Their grab and go breakfast provided nothing I could eat: all carbs. This is not the kind of breakfast I was used to from other "breakfast included" hotels.
