Always stay at Hotel Burbank when in LA. Waking distance to mall, movie theatre, top restaurants- love hotel vibe with football, cafe and outdoor pool, self serve laundry room is super convenient, Staff is helpful and nice, free airport shuttle is great, and I enjoy spacious suite with 1 bedroom comfortably fits a family of 3-4.

This hotel was fine. Not fancy but the room was comfortable. The pool was not inviting but the gym was great. We had two nice nights there for a college visit at Northridge.

Hotel room was clean but elevators were out of service. Air conditioner was not working and maintenance came once to fix it and it still didn’t cool so we had to change rooms. Shuttle driver was more concerned about taking a 12:00 crew so he refused to provide airport transportation. He had more than enough time to drop us at the airport and return for the 12:00 crew.

Nice size room. Shame about view onto the carpark. Cafe had limited times and takeaway boxes not real plates. Bar food after 10 was microwaved Mac and cheese etc. Room was not serviced. Pool area was very poor, was a huge disappointment. Not heated no hot tub and was tiny area. . .

The hotel was great. Very clean and convenient location. The only issues was that their website says airport shuttle available but they have restrictions that they need to list as to the time it is available. They block 6-6:40 for airline employees. Also their website says food available until midnight but they stop at 10 PM. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Hotel Burbank is a clean and affordable option in the area, a block from the downtown area. It’s extremely clean, staff are friendly and the hotel is peaceful and quiet. I will basically only stay here when visiting Burbank. It’s just too easy and clean. I have stayed in rental properties in the area but HB is just much easier and for around the same price as a rental.

Room was not clean. Carpet was dirty needed to be vacuumed. Also, we were not informed that we had to request for the room to be cleaned during our stay. Had to call and ask for fresh towels and for garbage to be taken out. We were told it was too late for housekeeping to clean our room. For the amount that was speant for the two days we stayed, it was disappointing to know that we did not receive this service. We will be visiting Burbank soon again, however we will most likely look to stay elsewhere.

I would not stay here again. This hotel is fine in the common areas, but the rooms are very tired. There was hair in my bed different random hairs all over the bathroom the grout in the shower look like it had never been cleaned. Weird splatters on the bathroom wallpaper That could’ve easily been cleaned. Have they just been wiped down completely rusted shower fixtures

I walked in and out immediately, had to cancel my stay because of dirty bathroom, flies in the room and on toilet paper. However, they refused to refund me. Now I have to go through the insurance company, thank god I did get the protection.

The room was very dirty. Everything was dusty, so much so it looked caked on, like its never been clean The door had no seal so the light came in from all sides at night. The people staying next to us were smoking pot and our room stank terribly, which is not okay with our 1 year old. Never coming back.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to California to visit my kids and this was the worse trip at this hotel starting with them checking me and some other random person that I did not even know in the same room. I walked in the room to walk in on another persons belongings in the room. I went to the front desk let them know someone else had things in the room. The did check me into another room but at that point I did not feel safe that night thinking some random person would be walking into my room I did not sleep that night at all.

The check in staff was not very friendly, very monotone and going through the motions basically. They sent me a text welcoming me and stating I could text back with questions. I asked for the hours of their gym and the wifi password, this was around 4pm They didn't respond until 7am the next day and they gave me the wrong gym hours because I went to ask in person since I didn't get a response and they gave me a different open time. On the other hand, their cafe and bar is nice. Bartender Brendan was really nice and made some great cocktails.

The highlight of our trip was the staff! The staff was so friendly and understanding. My wife has GI issues and one night she had an accident and it’s never easy telling horns she had an accident but the night manager was very sympathetic to the situation and was reassuring me that it wasn’t a problem, “you can’t control what you can’t control.” So huge shout out to Quentin for showing us some compassion and being so sympathetic to the situation. Also, huge shout out to Carla at the Cafe…Great personality and friendly and so pleasant to chat with. We lighted the covered garage and liked the cleanliness of the room. I really like that our bed was firm and not lumpy. Overall we would stay here again!

Hotel was nice! Clean. Staff were very friendly! I would have given 5 stars except the bed was a little too hard for me and they didn't have vending machines. So if you need water or snack you have to drive to a 711 or gas station.

We had the best time here! The property is pretty and clean and the staff were helpful. The king room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. A/C was great and not too noisy. The pool was a little cold but it was nice. It’s a small pool for such a large property and it would be nice if there were a few more seating options just because when it was busy there were no seats available. (I think there were 4 lounge chairs and about 6 regular chairs plus a couple of tables) The garden/koi pond area was pretty and well kept. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were good restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant was great! So nice to have a solid dining option in the hotel itself. Overall, it’s a really lovely hotel. We would definitely stay again!

A solid 3-star experience. For among the best hotel prices in LA, I can't complain too much -- there were a number of small conditions that need attention, such as; some outlets not working, the hairdryer not working, and the faucets being unusually difficult to turn. But I enjoyed my stay, slept well, enjoyed the cafe, and feel the time was well spent. If you're looking for a budget hotel experience in LA, I'd recommend it.

Excellent accommodations. When I called from home regarding airport transportation , the young lady shared it ran every hour. However, when the van did not arrive after half passed and top of the hour passed, I called and they asked if I had called previously. I shared I did not because of what the young lady shared - …it comes every hour. Please ask front desk employees to be clear that guests must call for the shuttle.

I always have a pleasant experience staying at the hotel burbank, formerly holiday inn. I had an issue with my rooms AC and they promptly provided an upgrade room to me without even mentioning it to me. The room was clean, quiet, ac worked great, and I still had a nice view. I always feel a little sad to leave but I’ll be back again one day! ✨
