The bed is comfortable and clean. The room is very spacious and a plus is there is a refrigerator. Also, lots of restaurants and a grocery store walking distance. I think the only down side is there is no elevator. This is my 3rd stay here, I will be booking again on our next visit since its right next door to ucla calabasas, which is very convenient for my daughter's doctors appointment.

No bells and whistles here, just the basics. Breakfast is only coffee or tea, but that's really all I need. Parking is the main issue here. If you don't arrive early, you're likely going to be out of luck finding a spot and will have to park along Agoura road and walk back. Parking spaces are ALL way too small as well. Be prepared to have your vehicle dinged or scratched if you're going to stay here.

Well designed and equipped room. My room had refrigerator, hair dryer and iron board and hangers and probably the best mattress but no microwave. The property has coin operated laundry room and a large swimming pool. Overall, very convenient. There is a supermarket within walking distance but not much else.

Very convenient location. No-frills, but covers all the basics. The thing which bothers me the most is the parking situation. The parking spaces are WAY too small, even for a compact vehicle. If the hotel is booked full, good luck finding a decent space where you're not going to get dinged or scratched.

The hotel was decent for the price but we looked specifically for places with breakfast and this place said they had breakfast and their idea of breakfast is only coffee and tea. The pool was nice though one of the only places I’ve stayed with an 7-8 foot deep pool and it was heated. The room had a dirty tinfoil behind the fridge but otherwise was clean. It’s older but for the price it was decent beds are kinda hard.

Pleasantly surprised. Our flight got in at midnight needed a place to sleep for a few hours before our campus tour early the next morning. We didnt want to spend a fortune on a hotel for 5 hours so we gave this place a shot. It was definitely no frills but it was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Nice pool and the property was cute. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The room is ok. What you'd expect at this price point. The bathroom is another story. Outdated and falling apart. I'd overlook that but not the fact that it was dirty. Brown stains and random hairs all around the shower prove it was not cleaned.

Shower was not fully cleaned, I told front desk that the showers was dirty like a red mildew looking thing on grout and was told it’s just soap scum, regardless it wasn’t clean properly.

Shower not clean. There was hair in the shower from previous guest. Room had a very musty smell at check in, and we found rat poop in the room. We left that late r that evening and I messaged the hotel through the Hotels.com app, but still haven’t received a response. I would like to get a credit for the 3 nights on my hotels.com account. Very unacceptable room quality and cleanliness.

Carpet was very dirty. White socks turned black with less than 40-50 steps. Wore shoes the rest of the time. A/C unit breaks down and makes noise frequently and when the maintenance man comes to fix it he says "it's a common problem with these units". Well then the hotel should replace or permanently repair the units instead of having the guests be woken up repeatedly by them. Won't be staying here again.

Great hotel overall. Our room was very spacious and updated. You have restaurants and grocery stores walking or driving distance. Everything was great, just on the back side of the hotel is a little noisy because the freeway passes by. Other than that, highly recommend it.

This place is nice and clean. The room was huge and so was the bathroom - all in great condition. The bed was a bit too hard for me and it was noisy due to a noisy AC and close proximity to the freeway, but with windows closed you can't hear the outside noise much - only the AC was loud. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My first time here, and I was pretty impressed. I had a big spacious room with two queen beds. The room was nicely cleaned. There is no decor, an it's pretty basic. The room does have a mini fridge. A microwave would be a nice addition. Being in a room on the back side that faces the interstate was a bit noisy. The bed isn't all that comfortable. For the price, cleanliness, and the fact I felt safe, I would stay again. There are also stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Great scenic location off the 101 Freeway. Well kept property with very clean large room, appears fairly recently remodeled. Above all the Staff is super genuine, friendly and very helpful. My stay was way above expectations. Will stay here for sure in the future.

I called to have an early check in, they told me yes it ok we can get it done, Booked for that specific reason. The day of check in they made me wait 2 hours 40 minutes. If they can’t change the check in time it would be nice to say so.

the air condition unit is making loud nosie. i called the front office. they didn't offer to repair or take a look atit first but instead they ask me if I want to leave and with no charge to me. i know it was a busy day and all room were occupied . That was still a very unpleasant answer I got.

Unfortunately nothing went right for me at this hotel. Upon checking in I was practically interrogated because I have a service dog. They made me sign all kinds of paperwork and make me feel highly uncomfortable. I have a handicap sign. I have a bad hand. I have PTSD and that’s why I have this Animal who’s fully trained. The room was very drab and uncomfortable and at night It was so lit up that you couldn’t sleep. It was bright and uncomfortable. I had to cut my stay short because one night at this place was more than enough. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Convenient for getting food. Close to Malibu without paying Malibu prices. Easy to get an uber, though they are a little more expensive. Good hiking trails close by! Didn’t feel luxurious but got the job done.

Went here to recover from surgery. Overall a very good experience. Room was spacious and clean. We felt safe in the area (huge plus because we had a rental car and that always stresses me out) & there are a lot of restaurants right next to the hotel as well as an Albertsons. We brought a hot plate so we could make a few meals and save money. I’m a travel consultant so I’ve stayed in some of the nicest hotels and I’ve also experienced some of the worst. This is a budget hotel. Do not get your hopes up looking for luxury bc that is not what you’re booking. Again… the price ? Pay attention to it lol! Would book again if in the area!! Great price as well

This hotel was very reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the exit off the freeway but could not hear the traffic. They do not offer any breakfast. Just have coffee and tea.

A basic motel . To sleep and shower . The pool is nice . There is nothing extra here . No coffee in room only in lobby . No elevator . There is a refrigerator in the room Easy drive to the beach . An erewhon down the street . If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower this is the place it’s clean with comfortable beds an okay water pressure .
