I felt like we kind of paid a decent amount for our room even though we were stuck in the back on the 2nd floor, I didn't see anybody else around so I don't know why we were put back there in the sad area. There were only paper cups for coffee, no plastic or glasses for drinks yet there was an ice bucket. No lotions, The shower had poor flow & just drizzled out. The sink kept clogging up and I noticed my robe and bedspread were dirty, not from me! I wasn't too thrilled with the place. Disappointed.

We arrived at the hotel Noice at night late night; second night lock would not work. Even after getting new keys. A handyman had to come to replace batteries took 30 min. Late at night got to bed at 1 am Customer service non existent. Ps watch out they inly make the room on odd nights.

Fog horn sound throughout stay coming from HVAC system or waterlines. Strong smell of mold or mildew in bathroom. Closet lights would not turn off. Room cleanup every other day not ok. Breakfast was weak. Just all around not great.

This is the cleaniess hotel that we booked. The environment around the hotel is also cool. No homeless, so you don’t have to worry about your car being crush. The bedroom is fabulously comfortable and they have a big bathroom

I enjoy the property overall. Great location. Nice amenities. Though the smell in some of the rooms is quite musty, and some areas of the room smelled like vomit. Definitely something that should be addressed.

Overall was a good place to stay . But our internet and tv didn’t work for 1 of the 2 Nights . The shower also didn’t fully enclose it only had half a sliding door so water gets all over the floor when you shower

I throughly enjoyed my stay. We stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was very nice. Only feedback is the bathtub was dated and the water pressure was very low. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Our room was nice. But it was noisy, first floor next to the parking lot and entrance/exit door. We also had early morning upstairs noise. Kids running and playing. The building acoustics from our location not good. I'll stay here again but in a different room on the second or third level.

This was an excellent hotel. We arrived late, but the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and polite. Parking lot was full, but there was still plenty of parking. The facility looks brand new, and the room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, and the staff serving food and helping were very nice and attentive. Our room actually faced the freeway, but I didn't even know until the morning when I opened the curtains, so very quiet rooms. This also made for very easy arrival and departure. Plenty of amenities nearby as well. I will definitely stay here again. It is in a perfect location for attending an event in LA and getting out of the city for next day travels. Great stay!

I typically do not take the time to submit a review, unless they truly deserve it....As is here! EVERY level of service was amazing! Great and friendly employee's that truly desire your stay to be great. Their free breakfast is significantly a higher level of quality food than 99% of most hotels. This is coming from a guy that spent 35 years of traveling, 50 weeks a year, and has stayed in a zillion hotels. CONGRATTS to the management at this location

Stayed here while visiting the area. Only needed to stay for a night and let me tell you, it was a great stay. From the greeting at the front desk, the ease of checking in, and the comfort of the room. We came in a bit late so we were tired and didn't want to drive out looking for food. It was such a welcome surprise to read that there was a cafe downstairs. we had a yummy order of grilled cheese with tomato bisque soup and a hamburger (my husband loved the fries). The bed was so comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were not friendly even from check in or front desk. Then my husband asked for towels for the pool since pool towel supply has been empty and nobody bothered to come. Overall we feel like their staff needs customer service orientation. Hotel itself is ok and clean.

The staff were very pleasant, place was pretty clean, and the heated pool was nice for the kids since it's cooler out. They even gave us a free upgrade. Didn't care for pets being allowed there. The barking dog next door barked all night long. The tv in the room next door was really loud. We called the front desk but they called the wrong room. So we got very little sleep the 2 nights we stayed there. They gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience, which was nice, but my husband's wasn't cooked right. Not sure if I'd stay there again for the rate I paid.

Most beautiful hotel we have ever been! We loved it! We stayed here a few days before a cruise to Mexico, and had the opportunity to visit LA, Santa Barbara and Malibu. Very convenient location and amazing service. We would love to go back and just stay at the hotel.

Great place to stop on drive from SF to LA. Property is brand new, comfortable rooms, nice shared spaces and pool. Beautiful backdrop of the hills makes you feel far from the city.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel as tge signage was on the back side of the building and the front was labeled Courtyard. Overall, nice room, ok breakfast,somefreeway noise.

This was a very nice hotel, in a very nice area. I only stayed one night but loved the amenities the hotel provided. The breakfast was wonderful and I enjoyed the variety of choices. My only criticism is the road noise. It was only noticeable in the morning, and certainly not loud enough to interfere with sleeping. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in the area.

Lovely staff. Bistro nice choices for meals- Happy hour geared toward large groups with mixed signature pitchers of drinks. Freeway traffic very noisy- Sounds like a window is open- when it is tightly sealed . Walls are thin, too!
