Stayed here many times and the only issues ive had is the thermostat not going down to where i set it, AND this last time there was an entire kids baseball team that took over the entire pool and fire pit areas. Kinda disappointing since we stay at this hotel for those reasons specifically but couldnt use the amenities. I think for large parties they should have a time limit in the area. Kinda ridiculous but i dont blame the staff.

Property was clean and fresh. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful with questions about the area. The food at the bistro was very good, and again, the employee there was friendly. The outdoor pool area was nice with multiple seating areas. If we travel to that area again, I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a convenient location and the parking option makes it a main stay when we travel to LA. Rooms were comfortable. Complimentary waters would be nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool and the 24 hour gym are very good.

The hotel is very nice and looks new. The only issues were the following; In our room there was a floss pick on the floor from the previous guest. Also, the breakfast was confusing. It’s in an unmarked area with no signs. We walked in and no one asked us our room number. They advertise that it is an additional cost. If I did had to pay, I would be upset. It’s not a good selection of breakfast foods. I hate to complain about a free breakfast. I guess don’t take this as a complaint, but use it as a tool to improve.

I love this hotel! Me and my boyfriend come here often when we’re in this area it’s our favorite place to stay! My only complaint about this particular time was there was a funky metallic/garlic smell on the sheets in our room and I know it did not come from either of us! I think it might have been a certain chemical used to remove cigarette smoke smell. But other than that everything was awesome, staff is always also so polite and friendly at this location so we’ll definitely be back!

This is pretty much our go to hotel when we are in LA and so we get to experience it in different seasons. I only have a couple of issues with the latest stay. The room cleaning can be a bit hit and miss. Our last room turn down, they totally forgot to empty our full bins and honestly done a very minimal clean. Often times in our corridor I saw the corners of the walls sometimes had debris that have been missed in the vacuuming so they need to pay closer attention to that. Our phone also did not work. I do want to credit the reception staff for the professionalism and shout out to the young lady who allowed me to use the laundry room and provided me with detergent and dryer towels after our check out. Overall we do love this hotel and will continue to use it in the future.

This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. For a Marriott, it felt more like a motel. Children were screaming in the pool at 10:30 PM, with the noise echoing to all rooms facing the pool. Kids ran up and down the halls at midnight for two consecutive nights. As a parent myself, it felt more like a daycare than a hotel. I couldn’t sleep and ended up checking out at 4:30 AM to find another hotel after the second night. Having traveled to 92 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, this was a new low.

Staff as wonderful. Bed was very uncomfortable. Don’t stay on bottom floor. The noise transfer from upper room was awful. Walk in showers leak huge puddles with every shower.

Nice modern hotel that was clean & good location. Appreciated that our request for an early check-in was accommodated. Our only big issue was that there seemed to be an issue with the AC working properly overnight which made for a poor night's sleep during our one day stay.

Have stayed here many times. Beautiful area. Pros: Clean, Well maintained, Great staff, Close to freeway & PCH. My only gripe is the A/C does not adjust to the temperature you set it to. This has happened during multiple stays, having to sleep in warm temperatured rooms. Also not loving the half shower door--water gets everywhere.

This property is very clean and is a great location. Maybe if you’re gonna be there on the weekend ask for quiet room that does not face the pool area otherwise it will be very loud until 10 PM, at least that was our experience. The noise for the pool even drowned out our TV.

Nice foyer and lounge area. I was placed in a room on the first floor which was noisy due to its proximity to the lounge and bar area. The room is also proximal to the courtyard and is not very private and is noisy due to courtyard noise. Bathroom and shower are aging.

Beautiful clean location. Room doesn’t have a microwave which would have helped with our stay but it’s ok. If you plan to nap during the day don’t get a pool view room as it got really loud at times. Stayed here for a 4 day baseball event at Pepperdine University. Easy to get in and out. Close to lots of restaurants and shop options.

I would never stay at this property again. I was not told at check-in about the lack of room service daily, nor was I told that since my stay was only two nights, I would not get room service. I was also not told of the $10 per night parking charge, which seems a little excessive given your location. Veronica at the bar/restaurant seemed more interested in talking with her co-workers and certain guests than taking care of the entire bar. The first night I waited approximately 15 minutes for my order to be taken. The second night, getting a second drink took approximately 10 minutes. I own a travel agency, but will not ever book a client into your property.

Loved this hotel, but was over charged for breakfast when we had already paid for breakfast via hotels.com. Despite speaking to the front desk and being assured that this was an error they still haven’t refunded the hundreds of dollars debited from my credit card. Emailed them when I got home and still haven’t received the courtesy of a reply.

Ask for inside rooms the ones next to the freeway are unbearable, I didn’t get much sleep that night, every single time a truck would drive by you could hear it. I was charged multiple times and are still waiting on a resolution. I had to switch rooms for my extended stay. Not the greatest impression.
