I stayed here for a wedding and had 3 hotels to pick from, I picked this location because I liked the equipment they offered in the gym. Furious to find out that the gym was under construction during my stay and could not access the gym or equipment and the hotel did not have any other gym accommodations offered nor cared enough to reduce the cost of my stay. Will not return to this hotel and left unsatisfied.

Looks are very deceiving, booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was broken,air conditioner was not working properly. It would only work if it was on coldest setting then the room was too cold. Window would only open 4 inches so I had to call to see if they had a fan the lady that answered spoke little English and said she would look for a fan and call me back. I waited for a call which I never got instead I got a loud knock on the door at1:20am with a brokendown fan that was a noisy fire hazard. So I got NO SLEEP! I'm disabled and I needed the jacuzzi that's why I booked this hotel plus the air conditioner not working properly was also an issue with my disabilities. This hotel was not ADA compliant or at least this room wasn't. Very disappointing, especially disappointing having the Hilton name attached to it.I expected better from a Hilton hotel. I was absolutely worthless in my business class the next morning because I got NO SLEEP!

We stayed in Room 320 on the side facing the pool and there is a little road noise from the nearby freeway. You might notice it at night if you’re not used to such. The real detractor for that room was the squealing AC. Probably a belt. Meant to mention it to the staff. Likely easily remedied. But for that, I’d have no complaints about my stay. I’d stay there again, just not in Room 320 without checking to see the AC noise has been fixed. Oh, the gym is still under renovation, but I didn’t plan to use it anyway.

Amazing breakfast! Super Clean! Great Gym, pool and wonderful staff. My room was spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Coffee bar with microwave and refrigerator made it feel like we were staying in a little apartment. I felt really safe here and all of this led to a wonderful nights sleep!

The property was very nice and, although they advertise, they are dog friendly, they were lacking in a few areas. First of all a $50 charge for one dog is too high. There were signs all over the outside of the property to clean up after your dog, but no poop bags were provided and no receptacles were available other than right by the hotel entrance door and it was overflowing. One other small thing that was a bit gross, there were blood stains on two of the pillowcases. I would have liked to give a five star review for this property, except for those two situations.

clean, except for elevator floor. wish they had more allergy options for breakfast, ie dairy free egg options. first day, breakfast staff made some eggs for me, second day staff said no-can-do. front desk staff were friendly, housekeeping staff as well. Took awhile to figure out tv, but was fine once i did. overall 4 stars for value in the area

The room was very, very nice! The loud noise from doors slamming shut woke us up several times while sleeping! The buffet was great except for the tiny muffins were awful and several people around us agreed. The staff was awesome!!! The cleanliness of the hotel was superior! Didn't like that there was not way to watch a new movie or just movies in general! We would have paid to see a decent movie, so that was a disappointment for us. We had to watch some very, very old movies. So we enjoyed our stay and will come back again in the future.

Updated and clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly employees. One thing that stood out to me that the hotel could change would be the doors slam, and I mean slam hard and loud! I think there's an adjuster on the hinge of the door, could be modified to not slam.

I was disappointed neither expedia or the hotel responded to my email notifying them of a medical emergency that was forcing a last minute cancellation of plans . i asked that they please let me know before charging since i cannot afford a fee do to my necessary cancer treatments for an unused room since i have stayed here iver 6 times in the past two years and being disabled am on a limited budget . neither the ptoperty or expedia replied in regard to my request and just took the 170 for a room when it was unforeseen . at least a call back woukd have allowed me to consider ignoring doctors device since they didn’t care and were charging me for a room full price after being notified of the medical emergency . is the customer service that bad that they cannot pick up a phone once you’ve booked a room or respond when your chatbot get a email indicating i’m not cvjd in and k t be able. please refund my 170 if possible , i have been using this hotel for the past 3-4 yrs and expedia since 2001 this is disappointing but it’s all robots o suppose.

Free breakfast and free parking were the deciding factors for our stay but they exceeded expectations. They were even able to accommodate us when we wanted to stay for another night. Jace at the front desk was really welcoming and friendly (others were too just can't remember their names)

Arrived just to stay for one night for a business trip. Gentleman at the front desk was very informative of what was around the area if I wanted to do anything before work the next day once I got to my room about 30 minutes later, I got a text asking me if there was anything I needed after check-in. That was the first time a hotel has ever asked me after I checked in if I needed anything thoroughly impressed Hotel was clean comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Check in was supposed to be at 3, we arrived at 4:30 and no rooms were available. The hotel was pretty empty. The staff said our room would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, they said we would have to wait another 20 minutes. They finally gave us another room, but apparently a smaller room than we paid for. Other than this room issue, the place was clean and convenient.

This hotel is very clean & comfortable. It was centrally located for the event we were in town for. The manager, David was very accommodating with a situation we had. I had booked 2 rooms, one for my sister & I snd one for my elderly father. We were in town for a family event. My father’s flight from Bend, Oregon had been cancelled the day before, due to weather, so he wouldn’t be able to make it. David allowed us to cancel his room even though we were beyond the cancellation point. Thank you, David, for being so accommodating & yes, I will stay here next time I am in town.

David at the front desk was super helpful when we needed to extend our stay during an already busy weekend. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s also in a great location for access to food and a main road for coastal access. We are into hiking, trail running, and road cycling and we had easy access to all we wanted. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the best Hampton Inn we have stayed in. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Very modern, quiet and clean, with a friendly staff. Love all the trees around the property, which gave it more of an east coast feel. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is awesome! I am so glad we picked Agoura Hills for Pepperdine Waves Weekend! Parents, if you are going to visit your student this is the place. Close to campus, but also near regular neighborhood shopping and dining. Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean.

Great hotel to stay in. Clean rooms, decent shower pressure, wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub. We specifically chose this location because it was just north of Malibu (where we enjoyed the beaches) and west of Hollywood (where we enjoyed sightseeing). Safety is also of utmost concern to me and my family and Agoura Hills is a safe town to be in. Yes, there is a bit fo a drive to Malibu (30min) and to HOllywood (1hr), but you don't have to pay an arm and a leg when it comes to pricing in Malibu or Santa Monica.

This hotel is one of the nicest Hamptons I’ve stayed. Only complaint was breakfast; weakest selection I’ve seen in a Hampton. We had potato cakes (room temp), sausage patties (room temp) with no scrambled/premade eggs, however, we had gravy and biscuits. I understand the staff said eggs would be on a different day. Very weird. Then the yogurt was a very small serving that wasn’t cold/chilled. Maybe they should contact the Hampton in Hays, KS and get some ideas!

One of the nicer hotels in its price range I've stayed in. Very clean, smelled "fresh". Has spacious rooms, great coffee, decent breakfast. They also provide to go breakfast bags if you are in a hurry.

The property offered breakfast however it was incomplete as their was no meat offered such as bacon or sausage. Without either of those items, is it really a breakfast?? I am not a vegetarian. So i was very disappointment about that.
