I stayed here to attend a wedding in town. The location was great, right in old town. The room itself was tiny but clean. The bed was listed as a queen but looked and felt like a full. Housekeeping never tidied our room despite them having ample time to do so. Oh well. The guest laundry was a nice plus.

The room room was pleasantly decorated, very clean, recently remodeled, and sufficient in size. I had no issues with water temperature, room size, or the property. The staff were great and very helpful. The room got cold at night, but the room heater worked well so it heated up quickly when I turned it on. I would stay here again. The onsite cafe looks great, but I didn't have time to check it out. There is a soda machine on the second floor, but it only accepts coins so this can be problematic as many people don't really walk around with change. I did like that the location is safe and has a lot of nearby attractions that you could walk to. Keep in mind there is only 12 parking spaces, so you will likely need to park street side.

The rooms have all been updated and are clean and tidy, although the bathrooms are very small with no counter space. There are no elevators so hauling your luggage up stairs is a chore! There are only a dozen or so parking spots with free public parking surrounding the hotel.

Very nice, quiet, suburban-style surroundings. All rooms face courtyard, which is also their only onsite parking, which cannot accommodate all guests when full. Remainder of guests can park free on streets around property, but as they are surrounded by restaurants, that too can be a challenge. Rooms smallish, but nicely appointed and bed comfortable. Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. We were pleased.

It was a very pleasant over night stay. I couldn't park inside, I was driving a oversized work van but there was parking right outside the hotel. It was a safe place. There was no breakfast but there is a cafe right next to the hotel and I think they open at 8am. The hotel lobby does close at 10 pm but there are emergency numbers to call, just in case. I wasnt to extend my stay but the hotel was booked up for the weekend so I'll try again after.

It’s a great little place to stay. You’re walking distance to great restaurants right in the heart of old town Camarillo. There’s an outlet mall just down the street. Unfortunately, they don’t have an elevator to get to the second floor rooms.

The property is quaint and in a great location for walking around downtown Camarillo. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. We did have some concerns with our rooms and brought it to the attention of management. They gave us coupons for 2 free breakfasts for the adjoining restaurant The Old Town Cafe, which was very good. Room #1 - The bathroom in our room had mold on the shower caulking at the base, black hairs on the floor, a broken towel hook on the wall and a slow draining bathroom sink. The bed was very squeaky and saggy in the middle. Room #2 - Complaints from our son and his wife that the bed was squeaky. Room #3 - Complaints from our son and his wife the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. They also had some issues with the property with their emotional support dog and had to pay extra for her to stay with them.

Our room smelled strongly of urine. We had to suffer through the first day but the second day they did a deep cleaning. This helped, but there was still a light smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they just couldn't get the smell totally out. They did offer us another room on the last night of our stay.

Property is very clean and all the rooms are off an inner courtyard with some parking. Our room was very clean with good paint, lighting, floors and furniture. Nothing was warm and dated which can occur in similar budget motels. Several local restaurants are within walking distance offering a nice variety of food. Area seems safe.

Overall not bad but downsides were the bed and sheets not being that great. Bed was a bit hard and the sheets were thin and rough. There was also a funky sewage odor coming from the bathroom. I think from the shower drain. It was unpleasant to walk into but since places were booked we decided to stick it out and open windows to let the smell out.

Hotel overall is nice. Their internet was awful and I had a lot of work to do. They told me it was due to the fires which was total BS as I went to 2 other businesses near the hotel and had really good internet.

It was during a heat wave, so we needed to use the A/C, but everytime it cycled on, it was so loud that it woke us up. So we had a terrible night trying to sleep. Since the same old school wall unit is also the heater, it may be the same noise factor for heat. The mattress was also not especially comfortable, which didn't help.

Check in was easy, parking suitable for SUV with plenty of public parking around (depending time of check in). Room was comfortable, pillows as flat as can be (glad I brought my own). Had to call for assistance with the AC unit as the wording had faded and I couldn’t find the on/off button. Biggest downfall for this property is the bathrooms. They are so small it’s almost non-functional. The showers are so tiny that as an adult human, you take up the space and don’t have room to raise arms to wash hair. The selected shower heads make it so water sprays on your face the entire time as they don’t adjust. No sink space to set toothbrush and other items. As a solo traveler, it was comfortable, quiet and easy. But the bathrooms are a deal breaker.

I spent the weekend here with my boyfriend and the shower is so small and so is the bathroom. I’m a short person and on the petite side and idk how a taller person could fit on the toilet or in the shower. The room was mostly clean. My biggest complaint is the bed… my back is wrecked. My boyfriend tosses and turned all night and he never does that. The mattress is the main reason I do not recommend this place.. spend a little more to not be in pain.

This was a very small and older establishment, with an interesting square two story building surrounding an internal car parking lot. I parked on the street! The room was small, with just a single queen bed and a window type air conditioner poking out. This worked very well indeed, but was very noisy when it came on, waking me several times during the night. There was also a repetitive loud rapping type noise that happened several time while I was in the room, again waking me up at 1 AM! The bathroom was cramped, with no counter space and a small 3'X3' shower, but all worked fine. They had Wi-Fi although the connection was slow, hampering an MS Teams meeting that I got on. No breakfast or lobby functions really. There is a small restaurant next door, but that didn't open until 8 AM, and specialised in breakfast?! Overall a good experience but I need a stay with breakfast included and better business accommodations.

The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. But our stay was terrible, as the AC was too loud and even kept making noises for hours after we turned it off (until 3am…) The sound insulation was also poor, and we were woken up at 6am by the noises from the outside.

Previous reviews convinced me stay because they said the rooms were really clean, and I can now attest to that. I got in a little late but the front desk was accommodating from the start. Very friendly staff. Easy to access. I was able to park my vehicle in their courtyard without issue. This Inn is also conveniently located next to a bunch of food & beverage spots. Highly recommend getting breakfast at the attached cafe.

Great staff, very clean, small room but with all the necessary amenities. Bed was comfy and fresh. The area was very quiet but twice at night, once at 2am and the other time it must have been around 5am a funny noise, something like a washing machine that is off balance (best I can describe it) would come on for about 10 minutes and the stop. I noticed when I checked out my room was next to storage room so maybe there is something in there that comes on automatic every few hours. Woke me up, but I was able to fall back asleep. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I would stay again.

The area was very quiet but twice at night, once at 2am and the other time it must have been around 5am a funny noise, something like a washing machine that is off balance (best I can describe it) would come on for about 10 minutes and the stop. I noticed when I checked out my room was next to storage room so maybe there is something in there that comes on automatic every few hours. Woke me up, but I was able to fall back asleep. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I would stay again.

Staff was awesome. Enjoyed our stay. Only problem was we got back late at night and our key cards did not work for our room. Luckily staff was still on site but could have been really bad had they left (it was already past 10pm).

I stayed here to attend a wedding in town. The location was great, right in old town. The room itself was tiny but clean. The bed was listed as a queen but looked and felt like a full. Housekeeping never tidied our room despite them having ample time to do so. Oh well. The guest laundry was a nice plus.

The room room was pleasantly decorated, very clean, recently remodeled, and sufficient in size. I had no issues with water temperature, room size, or the property. The staff were great and very helpful. The room got cold at night, but the room heater worked well so it heated up quickly when I turned it on. I would stay here again. The onsite cafe looks great, but I didn't have time to check it out. There is a soda machine on the second floor, but it only accepts coins so this can be problematic as many people don't really walk around with change. I did like that the location is safe and has a lot of nearby attractions that you could walk to. Keep in mind there is only 12 parking spaces, so you will likely need to park street side.

It’s a great little place to stay. You’re walking distance to great restaurants right in the heart of old town Camarillo. There’s an outlet mall just down the street. Unfortunately, they don’t have an elevator to get to the second floor rooms.

I chose to stay at the Bella Capri Inn, the night before the Malibu half marathon due to its proximity to the race start. This was a very small and older establishment, with an interesting square two story building surrounding an internal car parking lot. I parked on the street! The room was small, with just a single queen bed and a window type air conditioner poking out. This worked very well indeed, but was very noisy when it came on, waking me several times during the night. There was also a repetitive loud rapping type noise that happened several time while I was in the room, again waking me up at 1 AM! The bathroom was cramped, with no counter space and a small 3'X3' shower, but all worked fine. They had Wi-Fi although the connection was slow, hampering an MS Teams meeting that I got on. No breakfast or lobby functions really. There is a small restaurant next door, but that didn't open until 8 AM, and specialised in breakfast?! Overall a good experience but I need a stay with breakfast included and better business accommodations.

Very friendly staff. Easy to access. I was able to park my vehicle in their courtyard without issue. This Inn is also conveniently located next to a bunch of food & beverage spots. Highly recommend getting breakfast at the attached cafe.
