Nice enough hotel, marred by cheap owners. This is a suburban hotel, but charges $10 a day for parking. I get it's a trick to seem like the hotel is cheaper than it is, but for such a location it's a bad move. Shamefully, the hotel charges $7.50 for a 16oz bottle of water in their lobby market. That is just pathetic, and reflects poorly on the management. Thankfully, there is a 7/11 two buildings down, so you don't need to be ripped off by the managers. More of a silly note, but I've also never seen such a poor closet design. The way the door is set up, it is literally impossible to close the bathroom door while using the coat hangers..

The room was a very good size. The room does not get pitch black so the morning sun does come through a bit. The carpets seem old. The AC has a weird scent when used but it is very quiet on low mode and keeps the room cold. The shower handle is hard to turn off the water. The gym is very small with trend mills and basic hand weights. The breakfast is as basic as can be. Nothing impressive for breakfast. Hotel is by the freeway. Staff is very nice and helpful. The properly feels and looks clean. They do offer coffee and tea 24 hours a day but may require reaching out to the staff to refill them as needed. 1 elevator to get to a higher floor. Pool is small and only 3ft deep with a small jacuzzi which are open till 10pm. Towels are provided upon request.

We liked the updated rooms and cleanliness of the hotel, but weren't happy with the parking situation, especially since there was an entrance door near our room that we couldn't use because it was blocked off, so we had to walk all the way through the hotel to the front or door at the opposite end of the building just to get to or from our room to our car.

There is a lot of freeway noise and also we were charged $15.00 a day for parking. This was not disclosed when we checked in. Breakfast selection was minimal, and hot food options were limited in quantity and not all who wanted some were left out.

Most comfortable beds, clean room Only issue repeated from my previous stay here was the shower needs drainage maintenance. When your showering the water sits up to ankles & doesnt drain until 3 minutes after the water off so you’re bathing in your dirty water

We were there 6 nights and not once did we have at least a warm shower. It was cold the whole stay. The bed needed a new mattress, there were large diverts that made you roll into them. There was a bad smell coming from the sink, before you even turned it on. The service team was wonderful. However, I will not be staying at this location again.

I'm going to leave my review on Yelp as well because I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with this hotel stay. The first room we were assigned to smelled strongly of human pee and the shower ceiling was completely peeling off. One of our rooms had a chunk of human hair under the pillow so the sheets were obviously not changed. Then the next room we were assigned to smelled like mildew. There were children allowed to run up and down the hallways all day. I did not feel clean staying here and it was not a relaxing stay in the slightest. I feel like I was lied to in the pictures of the website I purchased our stay. We paid for 3 hotel rooms for a total of 2 nights in two rooms and 3 nights in another. It was a waste of over 1500.00 dollars.

The a/c unit had mold on the vents, the room was very humid/moist. The shower leaked water all over the floor. There were questionable stains on one of the pillows. The room itself looked nice overall. The customer service was excellent. I would probably stay again, but be more vocal about the room next time. This was just a quick overnight with just needing to put our head down to sleep somewhere. But for a Marriott, I expect better cleanliness.

It was convenient and easy to access the freeway. I have stayed there before and was happy with my stay. However, this stay we found a lighter in our room and the sofa bed was dirty. There were also two TV's in the room that were in close proximity to each other and would not turn off or on independently. It was very annoying that we could not use the TV because you could not turn one off to listen to the other one. Very poorly thought of. Will not stay there again.

Room was filthy, desk had dry food cake in on the top of the table, bathroom shower was leaking when arrived and when we left, bathroom sink would not drain properly. Breakfast was terrible, eggs were overcook and crusted on the bottom, felt bad for the one person working the entire morning breakfast buffet she received limited support from staff. This location needs to follow procedures established by Marriot (staff needs training)

The room has a sensor light that we turned off multiple times, but every time my child move on the bed would turn on the light in the bathroom. The bathroom door do not prevent the light getting in the room. It was 2 frustrating nights. Also they had less towels than the amount of people we said would be in the room… they did not have extra pillow, as the bed was unmovable to protect little kids. At Breakfast they try to be a little fancy, but they ran out of food all the time, the only woman working seems overwhelmed, as each batch is not enough for the amount of people waiting for the food… I would not recommend. The front desk people were friendly though.

We recently stayed at this property for a weekend where we attended a wedding. The staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Ours included a fridge and microwave which was super convenient. The bathroom had tons of space with a separate area to do makeup which was away from the sink. We would definitely come back again.

Shower was lousy and the upstairs guest was really loud. Free breakfast was ok but the room coffee sucked. The bed was comfortable but I was underwhelmed with my overall impression for over $200 a night.

I like this hotel. IT was a bit most costly than the last time I stayed here, but perhaps the time of year? I still am not happy with the shower arrangement, with the single sliding door and the shower head right above where you enter. It means a wet bath mat, and you better have the temperature just right before you step right into the spray! There are no towel bars nearby also, I used the toilet set cover to place mine. It seems the toilet is placed a bit close to the shower wall (not door!) and that may be why they only have the one sliding section. Other than that I like this place and the free breakfast was very nice also. Just wish they would look at the shower design from a user standpoint!

This place is right off the 101 freeway but was remarkably quiet, and I had a room facing that way! I liked the place and room overall, modern and spacious. The shower in the bathroom was really the one thing that perplexed me: It was a very large, glassed in affair with a sliding door, but you enter the shower right under the spray nozzle! This is not that much of an issue but the door also opens out, so you have to step aside when entering the shower, perhaps off the bath mat on the floor! The shower nozzle was way up high and had a very wide spray angle, even more so with hard water buildup I am assuming. The temperature adjustment was unique in that it went around in over 360 degrees of rotation, which resulted in very fine temperature control(!) but was just a bit different. So overall a good stay, just not sure who designed the showers!

If management ever reads these comments; they will do the paying public a service! Sliding Barn doors on bathrooms make this property a one time visit and we’ll never be back. The room darkening shades are not. The hotel WiFi and TV system are abysmally slow. Morning breakfast was very good as is the coffee.

We can’t review the property, because we didn’t stay there. The hotel was over booked, so they relocated us to another hotel. They did so without calling us ahead of time to let us know, causing us to drive 15 miles out of our way. How can there be so little respect for clients, that you can’t call to let me know this information ahead of time.

Fairfield has been a family favorite for a while now. The staff is amazing every time we visit. On this current visit, we came to visit with our wedding planner, and Danny at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. He helped us book our next visit for our wedding and congratulated us. He provided an amazing experience and made checking in a breeze. Thank you so much for your great hospitality Danny, and congratulations on your engagement as well! We can’t wait to come back!

The property was fine but the customer service killed anything positive i have to say. My reservation was changed fun a King room to a two queen run without any notice to me. At check in they could not offer any explanation, apology or attempt to rectify the situation. All i heard repeatedly was...i don't know. I guess i didn't matter enough!!
