Stayed 1 night

In room 137 the shower valve is broken as the water gets hotter because the valve drops slowly. The TV froze and then automatically shut off for a period of time in the middle of the night. The front room door catcher is bigger than the strike so every time a room door was shut on that floor the front door would rattle crazy. In room 135 (handicap room) the shower leaks beyond the rubber stop and pools by the bathroom door. No curtains in the room just a window shade. Both room 135 and 137 smelt of rotten eggs when we first opened the door and entered.

Stayed 2 nights

Overall, our stay was good. There were a few inconveniences that need to be addressed. I never write reviews and don’t want to complain however, this needs to be said. #1- the water for the shower in our room was Luke warm at best. The water never got to a comfortably warm shower temp and the water from the sink didn’t get hot either. #2- the shower configuration was unsafe for seniors. There is one ill-placed grab bar. My senior citizen mother was too nervous to shower the second day after her shower experience the first day. #3-the room smelled HORRIBLE. When we returned from dinner the first night, it smelled like someone had used our bathroom to poop while we were gone. This smell was there everytime we came back to the room. Either the ventilation or the pipes need to be investigated. It’s flat out disgusting. I had to use half a bottle of body spray to cover the smell. #4- we had to request that our room be cleaned after we had been out of the room until 4pm. It was done by the time we returned after dinner but it was annoying to have to ask. The common areas were all very clean and pleasant and the staff was very friendly.

Stayed 1 night

We stayed for just one night. It was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was sold out. It was an absolute disaster. There were teenagers everywhere. It must have been sports teams . It was noisy and messy and I didn't get much sleep at all since we were on the 1st floor right next to the lobby. The breakfast area was so dirty and there was barely enough food. Overall a very unsatisfying experience, especially for $300/night!
