The staff were very helpful. The rooms of the hotel itself are in need of updating but it is a great location. With easy access to many desirable options for dining etc.

The staff is amazing their ability to maintain great personalities and diligence to keep kind demeanor was true job perfection is amazing

Do t waste your money the room is so outdated and the aaC does not work I will get to get my money back

Check in staff member was SUPER nice and quick to get us information and explain room refresh procedures aren't provided daily unless asked for the prior evening. We are fine with this. My expecation is that the room will be super clean upon entering. HOWEVER, the bathroom had an awful smell the entire time and NO exhaust fan to remove it. There was mildew and what looked like mold along the door casing in the space. The air was so stagnant and the shower didn't look clean - the tub area had grime/soap scum all over it. The sink had built up grime on the faucet areas. I bring my own cleaning wipes with me and scrubbed the surfaces myself. The towel shower mat was dirty and stained. One of the two bath towels was torn - like a rag towel was placed instead. There is a $12 self parking per day - the lot is not patrolled or secured in any way. I understand the cost of everything is going up, but this is Camarillo, not LA and there was plenty of parking around the hotel. The gym space was large, and many of the smaller dumb bells were missing. There was a 5lb and a 10lb (single db) and then it jumped to 30lb dbs! It's party of having a gym space to use - it should be complete. Glad there were clorox wipes to clean off, a few sweat towels, and the water dispenser in there. Friday evening there was a party at the outdoor pool. It went late and they brought it inside and were loud and trying to open joint doors between rooms. We checked out the next morning.

They could use a couple more ice machine stations. Only one i found. Other than that, place was awesome!
