Overall, this is an excellent hotel to stay in with 24/7 front desk attendant. The whole hotel is really clean, has a gym, has a laundry center, and a fire pit to relax to during late nights. In the room, there is cable for entertainment and free Wi-Fi. Kitchen has plates, utensils, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and includes toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so you'll need to bring your own. The only downside is that the doors tend to slam based on the closing mechanism to ensure it is full closed, so you'll hear doors constantly slamming. If you're a late night sleeper, the blinds do not fully block out the sun, so you'll have the sun start to show through the curtains. Overall, it is a great hotel.

Candlewood Suites is a newer hotel with a modern feel. There was a patio garden in the back with grills and a fire pit. My room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was a good size and had dove amenities. There was a nice area outside the bathroom where you could hand clothes or put them in drawers. A laundry basket is provided if you need to use the on site laundry.

The check in was quick and the staff was kind and professional. The room was clean and spacious which our room had a separate bedroom with two queen beds. The other room had the kit and a pull out sofa bed. The bathroom was big and well stocked. The only downside is no pool at this hotel. Other than no pool it a a nice safe convenient place to stay for a night or more.

We were displaced by the flooding in our area and chose to stay with Candlewood. From day one everything was great! The staff was amazing and always there for us. They made us feel at home every step of the way. Great rooms and amenities as well. You need your room key to access laundry and other places, making security and the guests' safety number one.

Very clean. Fire pit and grills were a bonus. Staff was seeet and before the end of my first nights stay, they were calling us by name. That just made you feel welcomed more than we already were. I'd recommend a thousand times over

Property was new so everything was in great shape, it was clean and was the perfect room for one night. Check in was easy and all staff we encountered were friendly. Note that the doors are “locked” after 10pm and you can only enter with your keycard. Which is honestly a nice security feature. As we were leaving a staff member wound up in the elevator with us, she said “room - right? How was your stay?” Then thanked us for staying and told us to please come back if we are in the area again. She was very nice and we will definitely book here again if we ever need a room in the area!

The biggest issue we had was checking in. We arrived to check in at 3:10. We were told our room was not ready and to come in 1.5 hrs. So we went to Trudeau and came back 3 hrs later. So we arrive back at 6:00 to find out our room still isn’t ready. He suggested we go to dinner and that he had no idea when it would be ready. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience. And we noticed an army of ants eating on something in the floor of our room. So apparently they didn’t do a very good job cleaning it either. Being it was our 28th anniversary I have to say this was a huge disappointment of our getaway.

This hotel is so clean, comfortable and well-run, I would recommend it to anyone who's traveling for business and needs to stay for a while. The little kitchen is perfect. The single only complaint I had was that there were a bunch of blinking electronic sensors: smoke detector, bathroom, microwave, TV, that made it hard to fall asleep. Other than that, 10/10.

Unfortunately upon our arrival we were told that our reservation had been cancelled by the hotel due to a plumbing issue and that there were no rooms available at this property. We arrived around 7:00 pm and at no time during the day were we notified by the hotel that our reservation had been cancelled and the front desk staff when we arrived pretty much just washed their hands of the whole situation. Thankfully since we had booked our room through Expedia, customer service at Expedia was very helpful in finding us a room at a property close by. We would have loved to stay at this property but sadly we were not given the opportunity to do so.

Came to check in at 3pm and was told rooms were not ready. Front desk took my phone number and said they would call me when it was ready. An hour later, i had not heard from them so I called. I was told it still was mot ready. I waited until 530pm and I still hadn't heard anything so I called again. I was told my room was ready, I asked if I could have a late checkout since i basically had to waste time around the area since i came from 3 hours away and I was told "Absolutely not, we are fully booked tomorrow too" I was not offered anything for them not being prepared for me when their website states check in starts at 3pm. The room is nice, but as someone who traveled a long distance, it was frustrating to have to just wander around or wait in my car for 2 and a half hours in the pouring rain.

I was coming off a flight that was delayed and extremely exhausted. I went to check in at 3 but room was not ready. Tried again at 4 and still not ready. I sat waiting for a room until 6pm THREE HOURS after check in. No one seemed to think this was a big deal. I always stay here when I am in town because it is always clean. I was disappointed in the service this time.

And they had the best complimentary coffee--a machine that fresh grinds regular or decaf and brews it immediately. Delicious and a lovely surprise. I have a special diet and love to cook and found the kitchen perfect too. Comfortable bed & nice bathroom too. We'd definitely return.

Very clean. Room was nice. I asked for a 1st floor room or close space because I was on crutches. I was put on the 4th floor as far away From the elevator as they have. I was told because my room was already paid for this was my only option. They were not at all fully booked. Also - no breakfast which was not as big of a deal as the physical hardship of trying to get to a room after a long travel day
