The 4th floor has a very bad mildewy odor. Check in and out was fast and friendly! the beds very comfortable. Pool needs cleaned but can still use. Breakfast was amazing with eggs sausage biscuits and gravy muffins waffle station and the juice was very good

When I first walked in the hotel it had a strange odor. The hallway carpet was nasty. Room not the cleanest. It look like there was dry urine on the bathroom wall by toilet paper. The walls all needed to be wiped down. The curtains were half hanging!! I canceled my return trip stay. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

We stayed on a busy night, but the room was very dirty. Sticky tile floor, hair on the shower and toilet, urine behind the toilet, just gross. The bed was made and sheets seemed clean, just not enjoyable to stay where you don’t want to touch any surfaces.

I like the spacious room we had. However, since Covid I think housekeeping SHOULD BE DONE DAILY instead of every 3rd day. In our room there was hair(NOT OURS😳) on the toilet and inside the tub, also on the floor. The AC unit had VERY VISIBLE DUST ON THE OUTSIDE 😳😳😳. If we visit the area next year, we might consider going somewhere else because for the money we shouldn’t have our room be like this

Photos were very deceptive. Property is much more “run-down” than what the photos suggest. Room was quite dirty with hair on the beds, and all over the bathroom. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, however the room had a strong cigarette odor.

Smell of marijuana & cigarettes entire stay on our floor-the 2nd floor & it crept into our room. Very dark, dingy hallways. Slider door was unlocked to our balcony. Stains all over bathroom wall. Carpet dirty. Entire hotel dirty, esp elevators which had the same ice cream debris in it during our 2 night stay. Dead bird on entry walkway entire time we were there. Washer & dryer looked like it needed to be washed & dried. Only clean as a whistle area was the breakfast area. When we went to complain about the cig & pot smell the front desk said they would investigate & find the culprits & kick them out & fine them $250 which obviously didn’t happen as we smelt it our entire stay. Not a single hand towel during our stay & had to use washcloths to dry our hands.

The king beds are on the street side of the building. The street is very busy in front of the hotel and very loud when trying to sleep. Car stereos, trucks and motorcycles kept me awake for all but two hours of my sleep time despite my white noise machine, ear plugs and the room’s air conditioner. I’m a very light sleeper. I did ask to be moved to the back side of the hotel. They would have accommodated me had the hotel not been full. I had to cut my stay a day short (came for a fishing weekend) because I couldn’t have another wrecked night’s sleep. Next time I’ll request a room on the back, non-street side of the building.

The bed and pillows were absolutely terrible. The pillows were too small and very lumpy. The mattress needs replaced. My husband and I both did not sleep well and were very stiff in the morning. The hotel is clean and the staff were great, however I will not stay here again due to the issues we had.

The bed was great. No hot water at all in the shower. Let it run for 30 minutes and tried to adjust it to different settings without any luck. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I texted them because they said to if we needed anything. No answer. When I told them the next morning the lady said well when they remodeled they put the handles in backward. No they didn’t, I tried to adjust for 30 minutes. Never offered anything. Poor customer service. The breakfast was just ok, gravy was cold. The lady never smiled or talked at all. Will not go back to that one.

The guy checking me in was wonderful and friendly. The rest of the staff the after the checkin guy were snobby and rude. Never smiled or acknowledged when I said hello. Breakfast was horrible. Bacon was fake. Eggs were supposed to be cheese omelettes. They were flat and folded scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese stuck between the folded egg. It was like a rubbery texture. Only white bread and stale mini muffins were the only bread options. Totally inedible and disgusting. We bought breakfast at the wonderful Waffle House just steps away from the hotel. The room was fair. The bed and pillows were comfortable with no bedbugs. Plenty of towels provided but there were no towel bars or hooks or anywhere to hang wet towels and washcloths. Had to be piled on the sink counter or floor while people took showers. The carpet had ugly deep stains. The outlets on the bedside table were old and loose. Fire hazard! Couldn’t use those to charge phone. Although priced well, I don’t recommend staying here until the staff at least pretend to appreciate you’re there and make breakfast more healthy and edible.

I booked a one night stay and accidentally selected the wrong date. Realized within 10 minutes of booking. Hotels.com would not budge on editing the reservation. Kept blaming the hotel. I ended up just having to make a whole new reservation for a second night. The hotel was very accommodating when we got there and merged the two together so we wouldnt have to check out and switch rooms. The hotel also said they never at all heard from hotels.com and had they, they would have been fine with changing the date and that they hear nothing but bad things and have bad experiences themselves dealing with hotels.com. Would absolutely stay in the hotel again but will never book through hotels.com again.

This is an older property that caters to construction and other workers. The hallways & carpeted areas are dirty. The parking lot is busy & chaotic, esp. in the front & not so great in the rear. The room & bed were mostly clean, but showing a lot of wear. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke despite the hotel being listed as 100% smoke free... I would not choose to stay here again.

It’s not the fault of the hotel at all, but people need to know if they’re going to stay here that the area is very noisy. I expected some airplane noise, it’s close to the airport, but both nights loud cars and motorcycles seemed to be accelerating out of the parking lot and into Donaldson Rd, sounding very loud for many moments. Both nights we heard loud sirens tow-three times during the night.

Was a great stay. Property has been updated. Room clean, everything worked. Can’t beat the breakfast. Do a lot of traveling and the breakfast was on par with the best for a chain. Could have used a safety bar in the shower/tub. Otherwise great.

The breakfast had lots of variety but the appliances did not work well. The room looked in good condition, but there were beads (garbage) on the floor from previous customers and the bathroom had broken tiles and tub, but it still worked for our purposes. The only issue we experienced was that the room was very warm/humid upon arrival and the A/C unit did not cool below 70 degrees, although the controls would reflect the lower temp.

Everything was very nice during our stay with the only issue being at the breakfast. While our stay was for two nights, we were only able to partake in the free breakfast once.It was an awesome spread with plenty to choice from but all of the hot choices were cold. It was as if someone forgot to light the sternos under the warmers. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
