Our only complaint was the inside pool was too cold to get into. We picked this hotel because it had a indoor pool to let kids release energy from car ride. That would make us rethink it again

Nice pool, although the water was colder than we would have liked. Nice breakfast area and the food was good. Had a hard time getting pool towels. No one at front desk. Had to call 0 to get the girl to come to front desk to get the towels. Need a bell to ring when need to get their attention. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. There was dirt at the elevator ground floor for 2 days. Would have been easy enough to sweep up. But we had a nice stay. Thanks

While not as comfortable as the CHOICE hotel beds, the bed was nice. The lack of bedside tables was troublesome; we used the only table for the CPAP and a footstool for another nightstand. The one elevator was so slow that a cute sign was posted saying that it was not slow, but relaxed. I'm not sure why the other faster elevator didn't come up as often as the slow one. We took the stairs when without luggage. The staff was exceptional. The young man on duty when we checked in went to secure a luggage cart for us. The young lady was also very helpful and industrious all weekend. The young woman when we checked out did not seem up to the standards the others set. The elevated prices are much too high. We are not likely to visit the area again if it is a time when room rates are tripled.

We booked this hotel for a bachelorette trip because the website said that it had a jacuzzi and pool. The jacuzzi was covered by a deck and the pool heater was off and the pool was freezing! We were incredibly disappointed and frustrated that the website was inaccurate.

We stayed at the Nov 16 to 18th 2023. We were on the second floor room not far from elevator. I’m giving this review late because I wanted to make sure my $50 deposit was back in my account. The inside a nicely decorated. Staff was professional and courteous. The room is spacious. Unfortunately around 4:30 am I found a bed bug crawling near my child! I was not happy. They are doing renovations and I hope that includes professional bedbug killer. I went and bought spray so that I could continue to stay in the room. I didn’t see any the rest of our stay. Would stay again but if I see another bug I will not.

Used this locations many times over the past five years.Mother was in a nearby nursing home until passing. Management has gone downhill over this time. Front desk gave us a handicap room. We are not handicap. Told us they were gonna give us another room then refused to do it. Then they did not give us a receipt when we checked out this morning. I questioned the size of the bed, as it did not appear to be a king sized bed. I even brought the manager to the room, and his attitude was was terrible. He talked down to me, telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about, it was an industrial sized king, and I was the only one who had ever said anything. He even stated “I’m not going to stand here and argue with you. I can give you guys a refund!” I stand on what I said that the bed was NOT a king sized bed.. unless the standards for bed sizes change for home versus the hotel. Other than his terrible attitude, the stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and all the other staff was friendly.

Stayed a couple nights at this property, prior to the business portion of my trip. Location was convenient to the airport, and a short drive into Cincinnati. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Hotel was quiet. Bathtub could use replacing. Looked like it had been painted and didn’t hold up well. But, I didn’t sit in the tub, just showered, so not a big deal. Would stay here again.

Property is under renovation but this was not disclosed on the website or at any time. Construction material in the parking lot covered all handicap parking spaces. There were boxes and litter in the hallways. Front desk staff shrugged off our complaint and inquiry about a room on a different floor but did call back later to offer explanation that there were no other rooms available. Work noise ongoing until after 8 P.M. and cleanup noise in the halls until 9:45. Breakfast was very limited. Only 1 flavor of yogurt, cold undercooked sausage, only 1 flavor muffins and bagels, only plain white bread for toast.
