We reserved here to take advantage of their long term parking and airport shuttle. However, at 5:00 in the morning the shuttle we needed to use was full and we had to take a Lyft to the airport. I called ahead to set up pickup from the airport upon our return and we had to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes and multiple calls to the hotel, all while seeing other hotel shuttles pass us multiple times. Do not use this hotel for a preflight stay, parking and airport transportation. They are not reliable.

They had a nice lonby and nice courtyard in the backyard. Food expensive! Gas station, subway, and burrito place across the street. Nothing else really close. 24 hour shuttle to airport and where we went for a wedding reception was nice. No pool.

Friendly staff, modern beautiful rooms and lobby, free bottled water upon check in, free coffee, fruit and muffins early in morning before free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes 24 hr day. Nice market pantry with microwaveable quick meals and fresh salads for purchase along with beer/wine/sodas/water to take to your room. Lobby bistro opens at 6am. Perfect location close to CVG airport. Would stay again!

Got charged extra for ride and fly at hotel. Expedia app did not tell me that, so I wasn’t expecting it. I even had a second night reserved for when we came back from trip but it still didn’t matter in park and fly. Hotel should not advertise free parking or shuttle and then charge extra to park in their parking lot????

The bed had no mattress cover, just a worn down pad with stains and hair on it (gross) so I slept on top of the sheet out of fear of what might have been on the mattress. This nice of a hotel should invest in mattress zipper covers at least. The microwave was dirty and the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room was nice but the bathroom needed updating and cleaning. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Room did not have a functioning lock. Did not notice this until the next day when leaving for lunch. The room we had to be moved to had a sliding shower door that wouks get stuck while in the shower. Had to have wife help me unjam the slider door to be able to get out of shower. Staff was friendly though.
