The place has seen better days. Lobby is nice, the room was a little beat up, fridge wasn’t cold enough for food but ok for drinks. The pool and hot tub were awesome, but the group that was drunk or stoned or both was extremely disturbing and had a cooler of glass beer bottles. They were so drunk they literally couldn’t stand up straight, kept falling over, at one point they were crawling, one tried using the cooler handle as a walker but kept collapsing. It must have taken them 30 minutes to exit the hot tub, open the gate, and walk to the lobby. The hotel staff kept walking by but no one said anything to them or offered assistance. Comical but unacceptable.

I liked that I felt safe. It was uniquely placed in the back center of the Pruneyard Shopping Center which gave me great access to a variety of shopping experiences. There were some minor defects to my particular room, but I am very peculiar and notice all the small details. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant and the gym and pool area are superb!

I love this hotel. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are huge and so well decorated. They have a bar restaurant with great food and drinks and you can get a really good breakfast here too. Highly recommend.

Busy area in the evening which can make parking tough then. Hotel is clean and restaurant is great. Staff supervisor was helpful in moving us since there was a party going on outside of my 1st floor room. 3rd floor room was awesome. Location is great for shopping and restaurants.

This was a business trip so I didn’t spend much time in the hotel but my room and the accommodations in general were very good. My room was cleaned each day which wasn’t expected but nice to have. The gym is small and only one of the two treadmills were working, so that was the only issue.

We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the property as a whole. The hotel bathroom and shower seemed recently renovated. The self parking was okay during the day, but in the evening it was very hard to find a spot. Overall we liked our stay and if we visit again we probably would stay there again.

Room was amazing and spotless. I have stayed with you guys. The last four times I visited my family and I’ve always been very happy. This last time I was awoken very early in the morning and that has never happened to me and happened both days. I was there I unfortunately was in a room that was right by the pool area and I believe the maintenance staff. I know it was not their fault, but it was very loud in the morning when I was trying to sleep. This will not stop me from staying at your hotel again because it is very clean and safe and I enjoy staying there. I just was not very pleased being woken up so early two days in a row from the housekeeping.

The hotel staff was friendly, room was clean. It smelled little strange from cleaning chemicals. The comforter on one of the beds needs to be replaced. It had several lumps of down feathers or whatever the stuffing is was clumped in lumps through the comforter.

The place was very cleanly and a good price for what you get. It came with a small gym and pool which were also pretty nice. Our room was spacious. We were overlooking a dumpster or something like that which is why I think we paid a little less, but we didn't care much for the view. Everything about our room was good for the most part except for the fact that it doesn't come with a microwave. I would give this place 5 stars, but when we booked through Expedia, we paid an extra like $20 for insurance and also the "free" breakfast. When my boyfriend and I actually sat down and ate the breakfast, the employee at the continental breakfast gave us a bill for $50 ($25/person). We didn't say anything about it, because we didn't want to be like one of those people, but I thought that was just weird since it did say we paid for the free breakfast when we booked.

This is a great hotel when visiting family. Room was comfortable, however, we were hit with a VERY strong chemical smell of cleaning products (bleach) when we entered the room; it never dissipated our entire stay. Dangerous for health; it made us nauseous & gave us bad headaches. Even when we woke up, it’s all we could smell. We told front desk clerk upon checkout; she apologized & said cleaning staff sometimes uses bleach to clean. She was very sweet & sympathetic to our concerns. A 2nd front desk clerk chimed in & said, “At least you know it was clean.” Not a good response to someone who felt ill from the smell of cleaning chemicals. There are so many other safer, odor-free cleaning alternatives that don’t jeopardize health. We want to stay there again, but only if there isn’t the intense headache & nausea-inducing odor of bleach for entire stay. It’s our hope that hotel staff sees this review & changes their cleaning protocol, because other than that it’s a great hotel. Hotel is a little noisy, but it’s to be expected for a hotel located in a busy shopping center. Parking is difficult especially at peak hours; there should be parking spaces designated for hotel guests only so we’re not competing with shoppers & diners for a parking space. We visited hotel bar for a cocktail & really enjoyed our interactions with the staff. We also liked that we could dine if we didn’t want to leave hotel. We highly recommend this hotel, but only if there’s no strong chemical smell in room.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear people slamming doors in the hallway at all hours of the night. The room is nice. Bathroom is great. We had to unplug the air-conditioning unit because it would not shut off even when we turned it off. Location is great with tons of amenities surrounding.

It was located overlooking the lobby, next to a conference room (which hosted a very loud worship service), and outside the window was a patio area with late night drinkers. Many rooms are located near the lobby/conference rooms so make sure to ask for a quiet room.

The hotel was nice, I booked 2 rooms with 1 king and 1 pullout couch that were adjoining. On the description it said adjoining allowed. I get there check in and went to the rooms and I had a 2 queen room and a room with just a king. I needed 4 beds and they had no rollaways so I had to get a 3rd room, though discounted I still paid for the 3rd room.

From early check in to easy check out, great experience! Desk staff was very nice & helpful. Loved free parking and the cookie! The walkable shopping area is nice, many choices for food & coffee & a Trader Joe's for extras. Room was quiet, bed was very comfortable & bathroom clean. Loved the mature greenery, making view from window really cool. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was great. The reason I gave it three stars is because I feel you pay this much for the room, breakfast should be included. For sure, not the ridiculous cost they charge. It's no different than any free hotel breakfast. Make your own waffle machine, etc. For $25!!!! You can choose the cold breakfast for $15 which included a bowl of cereal, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. It'd be cheaper to walk over to their little store in the hotel and buy it. It was ridiculous to me. I've been in hotels that didn't have free breakfast. But then it was a restaurant. Not the same Continental breakfast that everybody else include. I would consider staying there again, but I sure will never make the mistake of going there for breakfast.

The hotel is clean, well located and the service was good. My only complaint is that the breakfast, which was a little more than a continental breakfast, was not complimentary, like so many other hotels of the same type. We were planning on having breakfast elsewhere with our kids, so we only had coffee and a couple hard boiled eggs, thinking it was complimentary. They charged us $25/pp. Had we known, we would’ve not eaten any of it. The other thing that was off-putting was that our room was ready at 11:30, but they wanted to charge us a fee of $25 to check-in early, even though noon was the regular check-in time.

The hotel stay was fine. Nothing special but not a bad experience. However, I want to warn all people who stay at this hotel DO NOT bother with the breakfast at this hotel. They charge $18 per person for the most sub-par food. Here's what we were offered for $18 per person: Trix yogurt, 2 cups of fruit for the entire dining hall to share, no bacon (it was empty for the entire 30 min we were there), WET scrambled eggs (yuck!!!), burnt potatoes that couldn't be pierced with a fork without shattering into 1,000 pieces and COLD oatmeal. I've had free continental breakfasts that were better. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves for offering this garbage for this amount of money. Save yourself the disappointment and visit the surrounding mall, there are several coffee shops and dining options within walking distance.

Check in was easy. Hotel restaurant was great, clam chowder and wings were very good. Unlike other hotels, it was a quiet and peaceful stay. Breakfast was $10 for guests, but it was worth it. Will definitely book again.
