Our room was dated, but clean and comfortable. The front door had some damage that prevented it from closing properly, so we had to make sure it shut all the way. The biggest complaint is that there is limited parking and when we had to park in the back of the building, we saw some homeless people “partying” in the trash enclosure. This made us very uncomfortable about parking in the back. The lighting in the back parking isn’t the best either, so taht didn’t help.

Larkspur Landing at Campbell is a comfortable, clean property that was convenient for us. I am extremely pleased with all of the accommodations as well as the breakfast, which included hot items on some days. I usually clean my rooms myself before settling in and I would say the room we had was the cleanest room I had ever stayed at. The bathroom was very large and comfortable, as was the bed and the work table. The gym and business center were convenient as well. I liked that there was ample parking.

No coffee or breakfast even though it’s in the description. Not informed of the change at check in. No compensation offered for reduced service. Very tired room. Kitchenette had no paper towels or dish towels. Door was difficult to open and close. Only one elevator working. Very nice staff.

My stay was very bad . First I paid way too much money for 1 night stay to stay in such a filth . The place was disgusting it was such a horrible stay . Felt like a 1 star hotel . From the picture I posted I felt like every time I step on elevator anything could happen . Elevator alone made me want to check out as soon as I step on it .

this property is dated and needs help. Found bed bugs in the bed. Unable to take a bath due to no plug for the bathtub (called multiple times to get it fixed). The elevator broke during our stay, so was relegated to take 4 flights of stairs with our baggage.

Read the yelp reviews before booking. Trust the bad ones! Roaches in the bathroom. Very dirty. Smelled old. The couch was repulsive. Roaches. There is never just one. Will never return and will be sure to tell others to stay away.

Bedbugs! I woke up with 7 bites on my left leg, yes I was refunded but that doesn’t mean it didn’t mess with my experience, now I need to worry about assuring no eggs are laid in my clothes and luggage.

The room smelled really ….. bad and there were ants in the bathroom. Spider web across the kitchen. There was a chair in the room that was really ….. scary. Service was great but hotel was just not maintained. Also it said free breakfast but there was no breakfast or coffee when I checked the first morning.

We found cockroaches in our room twice. Had to ask for trash removal and fresh towels several times. Dishwasher smelled awful. Key cards had to be reset every other day. TV had multiple issues. Room above us leaked into our bathroom.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside but it was super run down on the inside which was disappointing. In our room every piece of furniture had chips on it, the chair was filthy (put a towel down to sit in the chair because I was afraid I was going to get dirty), and the tall lamp was broken and leaning. It was literally worse than the motel 6 we had stayed at earlier in our trip. Elevators were both in terrible condition as well.

There was no attendant when we arrived at 4:30pm, waited 15 minutes, not very friendly. Room was in bad shape, broken drapes, broken door, AC did not work and the fridge was super loud (last legs) condiments and coffee not set up in the room. The nicest person was one of the staff I did not get his name and the lady in charge of breakfast Saturday-though they cleaned up early.

Nobody at the réception at 6 pm ! No bell, nobody answering to my call et loud voice neither at my phone call. After 15’ of wait an other customer behind us started to find the receptionist with no more succès. Finally she had to yale very loudly and a guy came from just behind the réception. He became to be very rude with that woman refused her apologizes, speaking of the policy of the hôtel… Afterall we finally cheked in and the room as good as it was the week before !

The front desk took 1 hour before check me in to the room. I paid Expedia, the front desk saying there is no reservations. Expedia representative email the hotel with my reservation confirmation and paid in full, they still wouldn't check me in the room. Late at night, I was tired, Expedia wouldn't refund my credit card and hotel wasn't checking me in. Totally confusion and I was the only one suffering due to their error.

I want to start by saying the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. Our issue was at check in. The management of this place does not allow you to check in using a debt card. It has to be a credit card. I booked through expidia.com and it does not say this anywhere on there. I don't have credit cards and if my husband hadn't brought his, I don't think we would have been able to check in. Again, this was not the receptionists fault. She was nothing but sweet the entire time while explaining. This is a managment policy that either needs to be made clear on all booking websites or changed.

I arrived at 11:00 pm at night. Front desk assured me there we're security cameras around back where I had to park since the front parking was packed full. She was correct. I felt safe and never uneasy. Great neighborhood . My room was very nice. Everything was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. Front desk young lady was very nice & helpful. After a long day I felt welcomed and comfortable.

The Hotel was not as shown in its pictures in this location, it is older HOWEVER, it was a comfortable and clean stay. I felt very safe, and all of the staff were very friendly and efficient and helpful. It was convenient to my work and friends!

All was really good with the room had no problems. Except the fact that we were never told that the kitchen was under renovation and there would be no available food for the morning and with the family stay, that was really difficult. And it cost us more money. I think we should have been informed that there was no kitchen available for the morning. I'm very. Upset about that. This is something that's important whether we were business or whether we were family we Have stayed many times with you and always were very satisfied except this time.

This property is not that old but is in disrepair. The battery on the back entry went out and you could not go in through that door. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. Breakfast varied day to day. One day would be only carbs and they next day there would be eggs and bacon.

We stayed for two days, looking forward to the included breakfast to start our days. on Monday AM, there was only cold breakfast foods aside from the steamed rice with various seasonings. Much Better on Tuesday Morning when warm/hot breakfast fare was provided, including scrambled eggs, sausages, and french toast.

The room did not look like the photos and definitely needed some updating. The lightbulbs were all different colors in the room was very dark. The kitchen is currently being remodeled so there’s no breakfast if you just need a place to stay it will do for the night.

Bathroom door was falling apart, lighting was terrible, blankets/bedding was terrible, pillows were incredibly flat, hotel wasn’t the cleanest, stale bagels and toast for breakfast/no hot breakfast, coffee was stale - when calling and asking questions about the property was told “hot breakfast eggs, French toast, sausage, bacon each morning and a pool and hot tub” when I questioned why it wasn’t showing online they said it’s a franchise picture but we have a pool and breakfast is amazing.

Breakfast was okay. It could improve. The staff who takes care of the morning breakfast was not friendly & has attitude problem. She was grouchy. Looks like to me that She doesn’t enjoy her work. Choices of food for breakfast are very limited. Room was old & needs a lot of improvements.

Outside of hotel lends you to believe that it is fully upgraded. This is not the case. Furniture in rooms is clearly late 90’s lol. Kitchen counters looked to be upgraded fairly recently but refrigerator was painted black and paint was chipping off and door was dented. Had a hard time getting into the room as the door had been kicked in before and the lock on door jam was still damaged and a very large fence hinge had been added to the door. There was no continental breakfast as stated on website and they ran out of regular coffee…only had decaf
