Only one elevator was working and that elevator was shaking violently. The front desk staff all just shrugged their shoulders when notified. The parking was dimly lit and felt unsafe. The shower head in our room was terrible with no water pressure.

Good, central location. Has a little bar/restaurant. Can get packed and take time. Food was okay but service was good. We had a party in Campbell, so this location was perfect. The Pruneyard center is very close too.

Stay was ok. Not great. We were told we would have daily housekeeping. Came back our first night after spending the entire day cooking at my son’s place to find unmade beds, full garbage cans and no towels. Very disappointing.

I\'ve stayed here several times and each time has been pleasant. The only downfall is trying to remember everything I ran out of such as coffee, creamer, sugar because they are still not offering house cleaning services due to "covid". When or if they will ever get back to offering it beats me. Disappointed about that.

Clean, spacious, well-appointed room. Handicapped bath was one of the best I have ever experienced. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Will definitely return for that amenity alone. Staff were friendly and professional.

I didn’t like that I was asked if I’d like my room cleaned the next day, I replied yes. I told them I would be gone from 9:30 am till the evening. When I returned at 8 pm, no one had cleaned the room. I was tired & aggravated.

The place itself is real nice, need better food choices, access to the pool passing the gym/workout room has no back entrance to pool, keycard doesn't work, you need to go pass the front desk, out the double doors to the left public view access. I think it would be better to have the back door lock fixed for the guests could use their keycard to enter the pool, its totally inconvenience for guests having them go all the way around, especially after a hard workout, we need to get into the jacuzzi to unwind. Another issue, there should be microwaves in each room, there's only 1 microwave which is in the market place, passing again the front desk totally not convenient at all. At check out, there's only 3 luggage carriers that guest can use upon checkout, I think there should be at least 10 since there's lots of rooms being used. I was ready to checkout and had to wait 1/2 hr, not convenient if i have a taxi, uber, etc.etc plane to catch, not cool. It will make me miss my flight? Parking is great, next bldg over, but the cost per night should be waived since we are Marriott members and/or a guest at the Marriott Courtyard. Other than that the place is superb, relaxing, quiet perfect location as well. Just minor details that stood out for me and others in my party as well.

Average at best, especially compared with other Courtyard properties. 15 a night to park. No luggage carts, oven was broken so no on site food options, and no microwave in room. Coffee makers are ancient, K-cup machines should be standard. Awkward bathroom setup too. Would not recommend given that it is the same price as other chains that do not charge for parking and have nicer amenities.

Pros: - easy parking - nice access to highways and there’s a market around the corner Cons: -bed is way too soft and sinks in(probably from heavy use) the other side is much firmer -no beverages in fridge(fridge doesn’t keep cold that well) -parking is $15 a night

The hotel was nice. We just stayed one night and you could hear the cars going by pretty loudly. That was the only thing we didn’t like. Also didn’t realize we were going to have to pay $15.00 to park our car.

Loved this hotel - right near the Pruneyard which is great for shopping and dining. Rooms are clean and even though they feel a little older still I’m good shape. The bed was soft and comfortable, was not like sleeping on concrete which most hotel beds feel like, and they had normal sized pillows. My only issue with this hotel was the room doors all slam badly throughout the halls and you can hear this constantly. Some doors shutting by other guests felt as if it was my door itself, it was so loud. I think they need to have the doors looked at and adjusted. Very nice property though, would definitely stay here again.

The customer service at this location is top notch. I booked this place thinking it would just be a mundane stay, but the staff changed that. We had several special needs traveling with a baby and toddler and everything was met, including storing breast milk for us, a crib, and prompt maid service. This location is also walking distance to a great park, the farmers market and many restaurants.

Staff was very pleasant but extremely understaffed. Slow service and hospitality services were not provided. Our rooms shower was not working during our stay. There was also additional chargers for parking lot across the street. Was not offered assistance with bags to room while traveling with a infant and young son.

Everything was great! Nothing bad to say. Just left the breakfast voucher in the room when I came down to lobby. Asked if I could get breakfast and didn't have the voucher on me. I was told I need it for breakfast. I have been to many other hotels and every once and a while I forgot the breakfast voucher. They just looked at me key card and room number and obliged. So I give a low score for that attendant. Everyone else was great.

The front office clerk on check in did not greet me or make eye contact. I approached the front to check in, he yawned and started the routine process. Never told me about the hotel amenities or where the elevators were located. In the morning, the Starbucks staff was moderately friendly but not knowledgeable when it came to the drinks.

We had a two week stay. Problems at the front desk. Staff generally was hit and miss. It took 30 minutes to check out as they (without authority) checked us out at 5:30 AM the morning we left & then we were locked out of our room by the system! The front desk new-hire on 1/3/24 was wonderful. Housekeeping below par (dirty windows, didn't empty trash, etc). General lacking in hotel management supervision.

I was disappointed. Some of the staff were Very pleasant but clearly overworked. Check in was NOT good. I did not feel welcome, front desk staff, while training a new hire were impersonal and rude. I was placed next to loud teenagers I had to call the front desk over. Parking was not free and across the street. Location was super useful and the grounds were pretty, but not an accommodating hotel whatsoever.

We requested for pillows and when the worker came to our room, he did not knock, he used his card key to open the door. Good thing we had the dead bolt locked otherwise he’ll probably just walked in. That was very unprofessional and we felt that our privacy was violated.

Hotel is lovely and clean, parking is $15 extra but my disappointment is that I thought I had booked the hotel at the Pruneyard but this is a 10 minute walk from the Pruneyard. That hotel is The Doubletree fyi.

Hotel is outdated. Mini fridge cabinet door stay pen am the time bc it was too large for the space which could be a safety issue. Shower was very dated. Food was terrible. I prefer the basic a flatbread pizza and fries and it was terrible. The two individuals that prepared it were not very customer service oriented nor did they know what they were doing. The both referred to a book to prepare drinks for another guest.
