Nice room. Good amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Didn’t get a chance to partake of the evening hors doervues, but they were available. Very close to downtown, which allows for checking out the great neighborhoods on foot. Would definitely stay again& highly recommend.

Based on the reviews we booked this property for one night and it did not disappoint. Check in was easy, Jim followed us down to the room and showed us how the fireplace and coffee maker operated. Very clean room, nice towels and very comfortable bed. The room was quite spacious. Great location and onsite parking. Definitely recommend!

The property staff is great. Check in was easy because everything was explained including local recommendations. The Inn hosts a daily wine reception and the breakfast tray options to your room is amazing. A great place for a weekend trip or a staycation!

This is a very comfy and complete b&b in the heart of Carmel. Breakfast is excellent with multiple options and beverages and snacks are also provided in the room. Only complaint is the bath/shower. It’s a step in “air bath” with an overhead rain shower head. The step in requires a 2 foot step up and over! A bit of a risk for those of us who are older and not quite so nimble. Water pressure and temp are a bit on the wimpy side.

The Carriage House is a wonderful and charming place to stay in Carmel! The room and bed were very comfortable, clean, and inviting. It has private parking and is an easy walk to the main area of town. My husband and I sincerely loved it. If I return to the area, I want to stay there again.

When we first got in we checked with Michelle she was so sweet. Informed us happy hour was over but if we wanted wine she could poor us a glass. She also walked us to our room and explained to us how everything works. Our bed was comfortable our breakfast was delicious and they would bring it to us every morning. I don’t have any complains about our stay the only thing was that I wish I would of booked an extra day but it was a little expensive but everything else was perfect from the time we walked in to the time we left. Would definitely stay here again. By the way everything is walking distance which even made it great for us.

Nothing but positive words to describe our stay, customer service was outstanding. Allen at the front desk made us feel so welcome. The freshly baked goods were such a treat. We appreciated the bonus amenities, not to mention the room was clean and comfortable. We definitely plan to return to this hotel, we often travel to Carmel but this has been our best stay yet!

The individual service, the cozy company with free drinks and the breakfast are among the outstanding strengths of the house. But all this has to be paid for dearly. Even if the rooms are nice to look at, there are deficits. The bed, advertised by Michelle as a cloud, is completely worn out. Even a soft topper cannot hide this. When it's cold outside, the heater isn't enough to bring the room up to 70 degrees F. It would also be nice to be offered help with luggage transport

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite, room 1. It was our second stay here. The suite was large. The hot tub was awesome. Breakfast was delicious. I will say that the room was a tad aged but still, very enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at the Carriage House. The person we checked in with was very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. He took his time to explain the amenities and what’s included with our stay and he personally took us to our room and also explained the different features we had available to us. The room was excellent. The ambiance was very good. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and we plan to be back soon.

Fabulous place to stay while visiting Carmel. Right in the heart of Everything,walkable. 4 of the best restaurants in Carmel within 3 blocks. Close to Carmels exquisite beaches. The best part was "Michelle" she was so welcoming. Our room was perfect, wonderful bed, nicely decorated. Snack basket and drinks provided. Nice touches.Our breakfast was the best, I usually skip breakfasts that are included but here it was excellent.

Nice room. Good amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Didn’t get a chance to partake of the evening hors doervues, but they were available. Very close to downtown, which allows for checking out the great neighborhoods on foot. Would definitely stay again& highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, had gluten-free option for breakfast. Breakfast was amazing. Good location next to lots of restaurants. They really went out of there way make sure we had a great stay.

The property staff is great. Check in was easy because everything was explained including local recommendations. The Inn hosts a daily wine reception and the breakfast tray options to your room is amazing. A great place for a weekend trip or a staycation!

The Carriage House was ideal. The rooms were large, very clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast is ordered the previous night and brought to your room. A very nice touch. The property is convenient to everything. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfy and complete b&b in the heart of Carmel. Breakfast is excellent with multiple options and beverages and snacks are also provided in the room. Only complaint is the bath/shower. It’s a step in “air bath” with an overhead rain shower head. The step in requires a 2 foot step up and over! A bit of a risk for those of us who are older and not quite so nimble. Water pressure and temp are a bit on the wimpy side.

I liked that the staff welcomed us to park and explore the city while our rooms were prepared. The happy hour drinks and snacks, and breakfast were exceptional. Lovely hotel and would gladly visit again.
