Quality Inn & Suites Crescent City Redwood Coast

Shower did not drain. Filled up with 5” of water and didn’t drain out until morning. We had had a long drive and were looking forward to a relaxing shower, but that did not happen. Called front desk to let them know and they said they would only make a note for maintenance in the morning - having worked at a hotel before I would have offered a person a different room while this was sorted. Floors were sticky, sand and dirt still in the shower.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was descent size but part of the bathroom (mirror and sink) is open to the room, the sink area was nice and big for me to put down my stuffs. The bed and linen were very clean and white. One downside is that the door to the room is open to the outside hallway space and the room was little dim. It does not have an elevator for 2nd floor. But the breakfast was very good and delicious.

Overall the hotel was nice. There was a spider on the door, and bug in the bathroom, but was on the bottom floor, bugs come in through cracks, wasn’t that big of deal. Got rid of them myself. Bed was comfy. Friendly staff. Parking easy.

The Best! We have been on a five day trip throughout USA and had stayed at many different hotel chains, and this hotel is the best breakfast so far! For a person that cannot have wheat products and processed foods. This breakfast has many possibilities for everybody. Fresh fresh fruits, real eggs, oatmeal, made to order pancakes. Milk! And yogurt. I will make this my chain of hotels!

Customer service was great. Had the best sleep ever, the bed was so comfortable. One thing I was a bit concerned was the ice machine is in a separate room and it’s closed at 12am so I wasn’t able to get ice. Other than that, everything was great. Would reserve again in the future.
