Decent older hotel that has been gently updated. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Tv was large and clear picture. Enough eating establishments within minutes but not walkable. Coffee maker, small fridge and microwave all working. Ice machines were not working.

We were just traveling through. This property was updated. It was clean and quiet. Just what we needed for a good night’s sleep. Easy access to the highway. Easy parking just outside our room. The check in staff were very accommodating and nice. Not sure of the surrounding area as we just stayed in our room. Would stay here again

This is a very basic motel. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, shower was not clean. The onsite staff have a lot of visitors to their room. We went to eat and came back to find a group of their friends leaned up against our room door. This did not make feel comfortable that our space was being respected.

Front desk was great. That is where the good review ends. The fact that there was some sort of pasta sauce all over the ice bucket and wall behind it plus smeared on the bathroom door made me doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. I was grossed out the whole night. They were sold out so changi g rooms was not an option.

There is no Marriott in Crescent city so I chose this hotel due to recommendation from Expedia as "excellent". Comfortable bed and pillows. All side tables and table are worn out with scratches. TV and coffee maker works. Phone in the room has no service and Internet not working. Easy check in and the front desk lady was very nice.

Everything was okay besides the night clerk and no instructions of what to do if your checking in after 10pm. We got there at 10:15pm after already paying online. It took about 45 mins for the clerk to come out and then was very rude to us. Wont be staying here again.

no one is there to check you in after hours they said ring the bell and I rang it 20x no one came out until I knocked on the side door. There was crumbs and hair under the blankets the shower mat was very old the shower was shooting water from the faucet chairs in room were very old and dirty. Very dusty. People in other rooms appeared to live there and were very loud.

We called and talked to lady at the office and told her that we would be coming in late after 10pm and she said to call her on the phone # and also push the call button on side of office. We called and got no one to answer. We arrived at minutes before midnight and still no answer. We tried multiple times but no answer. Very disappointed that no one was monitoring the front desk.

Definitely a motel experience. Each room opened to the parking area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were terrible. It felt like it should’ve cost less than it did based on the quality of the room. No breakfast, but they had coffee and tea by the office. The ice machine worked fine. The location was convenient.

The Westward Inn is located right on HWY 101. Location is easy to get in and out of, but since it's on the main road just be careful with kiddos in tow. Breakfast options are ready packaged pastries, staff is friendly, the room was very clean feeling, and parking wasn't an issue. Even though the ice machine was not working at the time, there is a mini fridge in the room. Although, ice cream sandwiches couldn't not stay frozen, but having a fridge is still a plus.

Excellent stay at the Westward Inn. Parking is right in front of the room. Very convenient because it only has 1 floor. Front desk was super friendly and nice. They have a small breakfast consisting of instant oatmeal, corn flakes, milk, coffee and a few other stuff. Not much, but it’s ok if you wanna grab a small bite. It’s kept very clean and so convenient as it’s right off of 101. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the Redwoods or on the way from or to OR/CA.

It was a nice room. Check in clerk was friendly and professional. The room was clean. A typical Super 8 like room. Nice to have microwave and fridge. They have a grab and go breakfast that starts at 7am. We left before that.
