We had an issue with the room we initially checked into. They very nicely were able to switch our room and even upgraded it. The room we stayed in was clean very spacious and had the best A/C unit as well as a private jetted bath. The price was reasonable. I did ask for room service on one of the days I was there and no one ever showed up. We did have several issues with the key cards not working. The water in the shower drained slowly. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast waffle mix was very watered down and I tried 3 different times to make a waffle. They were not edible. Over all I would consider staying there again.

The room was not clean. There was cherry stems left over on the night stand. The free breakfast was 15-20 minutes later than the start time, the faucet in the shower in bathroom was about to fall off, the only. Thing that was good was the whirlpool tub.

Don't trust online reservations. When you arrive at the hotel, they tell you that what you booked isn't what you actually wanted, and you have to pay more for the room. What happened to us was outrageous. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, and they told us no, we had booked a room without a jacuzzi, and that if we wanted one with a jacuzzi, it would be $61 more. In the end, I ended up paying the $61, and when we entered room number 218, the blankets were dirty. I called to have them washed. The door lock was insecure and loose, the mirrors were broken, the lamps had burnt-out bulbs (only one worked), there was mold in the jacuzzi, and the bathroom door was rotten and ugly. We went down to have breakfast, and the coffee tasted bad, as if the water hadn't been filtered. I really don't recommend it at all.

The place is a dump! The room was not clean in the first 3 days, the carpet looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a year, and they only give you two towels.
