Chateau Inn & Suites

Place smelled like urine, arrived at 630pm and my room was not ready and was told to wait. There was cigarettes and trash all around. The place was horrible will never recommend some one to stay not even for a night

I liked nothing about the property. Here is an incomplete enumeration of what was wrong with it: 1. Cockroaches everywhere, 2. Full large black garbage bags under 1 stairwell, 3. Mounds of empty plastic bottles under the same stairwell, 4. Grocery-market carts all over the parking lot. 5. Drive ways were partially unpaved, 6. Manager lied to my face on at least 2 occasions, 7. Large patched holes in rooms, 8. Large laundry hamper filled with soiled sheets in the outside hall, 9. Full room waste baskets outside of rooms, 10. Tin pile plates outside various rooms…

The pool is duty

When I arrived my room was dirty visibly had trash on the floor hair on the floor loose change a sandwich wire tie and some crumbled wrappers in the corner, the floor was not swept or mopped an visually you could see dirty wet foot prints in the shower.. when I went to the front desk to complain the front desk said that’s the nice room… I asked for a clean room an he said he could have a maid come clean it… I paid for a clean room not for them to clean it when I brought it to their attention… when I asked for a new room I was given a room in vested with roaches… literally opened the door and roaches were scattering everywhere… absolutely disgusting.. the nicest part of this place was the name chateau… This place is HORRIBLE literally had drugged out zombies walking around the parking lot am going from one room to another and a guy was walking around with a hypodermic needle on his ear and offering drugs …

I made the reservation online.I get there wait half an hour before someone comes to help me. parking lot super sketchy the door to my room was stuck bed sheet had stains never going back

Property had vehicles that had windows broken. Unsafe for a female by herself!

Propert needs TLC parking lot is filled with homeless people car

Room and bathroom had roaches, theres no microwave and no phone in room, no ice in hotel, pool was dirty.

I got there late and Checked in thru a Night Window. Behind the Hotel where guests are to park, one of the closer empty spots appeared to have someones belongings dumped in the spot... Clothing, a trophy and other misc. items. Inside the Room. There was no Toilet Paper, and no means to hang or mount the Toilet paper even if there was TP. The inside of the Door Handle was held together/to the door with Blue Painters Tape. Real Secure. The A/C worked but not sure it was cold?? and the Vent was busted revealing a very dirty A/C Unit inside. After my Shower the next morning noticed a huge water spot/stain on the Ceiling inside the Shower (No Doubt from the Unit Upstairs)...Towels were stained... And then I noticed a Bug of some sort crawling across the Pillowcase of the bed I slept in. Checking out....Could not find anyone. I just left my Key at the Night window, which had a Phone Book covering the inside of the Hole. I survived my stay, and although I've stayed in some pretty nasty Hotels over the years. This one was the worst. I was pretty angry when I left.

Very unkept, dirty

the room had blood on walls and door sheets were dirty with blood stains and bugs found in am on floor. Just one of the worst places I have stayed

Very dirty, loud and had roaches, tv didn’t work, bed felt like it was going to break . No small towels and bathroom was leaking, floor was very dirty too

This place was not cleanly. Toilet, sinks, and floors were stained. You can tell room was not cleaned. The beds had sand. No towels were provided. Cockroaches everywhere! 0/10 for me

Room Could have been much CLEANER! OWNER NEEDS TO REQUEST BUG EXTERMINATION SERIOUSLY

The WORST place we have ever stayed. It was dirty. Holes in the walls and broken flooring. Only one lamp worked all other lights were broken. Doors wouldn’t lock. No toilet paper we checked in late due to weather conditions and the front desk had us go to the housekeeping ladies room to get toilet paper she slept there and had to leave her family we felt so bad. The front desk people sleep in a tent in the front office and will leave you outside waiting to be checking in or out for over an hour. Area was sketchy when we asked to move because of all the issues with the rooms they said no the linens were so dirty white sheets were grey we did not even sleep in there thank god it was only one night while the weather cleared. They refused to refund us. Do not stay there. It was the worst.

I literally just walked in n out, as the room was literally dirty undone bed roaches all over and the bathroom my god …I cannot believe this place

These place is terrible apartment dirty with insects and bad odors, it looks like people lives there . I step in a dog or human poop on the hallway. I don’t recommend these place. We decided to not stay there we had to get another hotel at last minute.

They had no towls. Door lock was broken. The hotel was very trashy from outside. Bed sheets had cigarettes burned. Hotel manager said they didn't have any clean towels because they were not washed!

It was not clean, tv didn’t work, beds were bad, like a plank, no lights above the bed. So if you like to torture yourself, book it. only good thing was the shower and the price, very cheap.

1st they gave us a room that had somebody living in it. YES room was occupied when we opended the door. Very embarrassing!!! 2nd they gave us another room,which the key card didnt work. I asked for $$ back they refused. Finally gave us a unoccupied room that my key card could open. Rooms are old and dirty didnt stay the night

The manager was very rude to. She would not let me check in to my room. I had to get customer service support to contact her to let me check in to my room. After customer service contacted her, she let me check in to my room, but she was extremely rude to me. She did not apologize, and did not make any attempt to explain why she did not let me check in to my room. The room she gave me was terrible smelling, unclean, and the heater did not work. I had to bring my own portable heater. During the day, they were doing construction in the rooms below me. Also, there was a guy playing his electric guitar. He was plugged into his amplifier, the music was very loud and unsettling.

First of all they did not have my last name correctly and didn’t want to give me room even with the booking number. After more than 30 mins of going back and forth they finally said if I pay $100 cash I’ll get it. I did but didn’t get a receipt saying wait till I check out. Room was not none smoking and it needs repair.

The price of the room was exactly in my pay range and the front staff was friendly and professional.

Kind staff

Hotel was very dirty and staff was very unresponsive. Very Noisy at night. Multiple arguments and altercations prevented us from sleeping. Left after 2 days because we simply couldn't take it anymore. Do not stay here.

Was harassed outside by a man they wouldn’t give me a refund when I tried to cancel I didn’t feel safe the front desk yelled at me because I went through the wrong door which it was open with no signs indicating to not go through there .

The people that were hanging around on the steps, it didn't look safe. I was very uncomfortable. We check in and check out very unhappy

There’s a lot of homeless they have people weird I couldn’t sleep because People was outside talking running drinking. It was terrible.

People smoking and getting high in stairs and running around the hotel screaming at 10:30 p.m.
