Great location, shopping and cafe precinct. Beautiful pool, spa, sauna abs sundeck.

The pool area was amazing

Paid parking through an outside company. Instructions on how to enter not clear. Intercom didn’t work, lucky Rambla responded quickly with options and came to our rescue. Online parking instructions not current and didn’t work. Not impressed with parking company

The check-in system is an absolute mess around. There is not enough parking to cover the guests. I won’t stay here again.

A great location with plenty of amenities nearby but not easy to find the actual entry to the apartment. Gaining access wasn't a great start to the stay - the app + code (no reception) did not work at all for the entire stay to enter the building. Had to call the booking Rambla help desk to get a punch in code to be able to get into the building. Fortunate that we were there during business hours to be able to call someone. The apartment was nice, although a little small. The dark kitchen while moody and edgy, makes the apartment look even smaller. Convenient to have a full kitchen. Good shower pressure. Bed was a little firm. The pool was the drawcard though - fantastic view, couches beside the pool ,although the ones on the lower level were torn and in need of repair. The infinity style of the pool is lovely but at the end near the sauna, it smelt mouldy. And the spa was out of service for our 3 day stay.

Great location, fabulous rooftop pool. Nice area with great amenities, lovely walk nearby along Norman Creek. Rambla seems to occupy 2 floors in a 18 storey apartment complex. It was a little tricky to locate the main entry and if you don’t like tech you might not enjoy the solely online checkin/checkout process and digital room key room system. The communal areas felt tired and the apartment itself felt the same. Cleaning was poor… the dishwasher had putrid water in the bottom and staff did not resolve this issue or communicate well about it during my stay. Generally the apartment did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned or well maintained. Rooftop spa has rim of scum around tiles. Overall impression… pictures better than reality.

We had a great stay at this aparthotel, it was very well located - only a few bus stops from South Bank and easy to get into the CBD. The apartment itself was clean, modern & very comfortable. The best part was the rooftop pool, hot tub, steam room & sauna, with an amazing view of the Brisbane skyline. Highly recommend!

Good location and easy to commute to nearby tourist attractions, however there is no front reception desk and all the communication is via email or phone. We had to remind by calling the contact centre to send us the door keys. There was a lot of dust in the room when we arrived. Room size is not same as the photos rather super big bathroom takes a lot of the space , we stayed in king deluxe room. There was no change of sheet or towels or toilet rolls for our 5 nights stay.

Dust everywhere, broken tv, dirty aircon, blood on linen. Yuck

No reception at hotel so all over emails and apps. Needed to enter a code to enter lobby and to get lift to floor. keypad in lift was so low hard to do. We had family from overseas and they didn’t have phones so hard to get into rooms with the door entry app. Rooms were dusty .

Everything is digital (key access) and communication is via email or phone. Loved the location, food options and supermarket within the vicinity. Room was good only thing was beside tables were dusty and no mattress protector just the sheet. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay!

The room was smelly. The wifi weak and unable to cast to TV The shower was for a disabled person with wheelchair type access. When showering water went everywhere covering the bathroom floor. The room we received was not dipicted in the photo when I booked. Extremely disappointed and I am a regular traveller both flying and accommodation. Rate this room and experience a 1 out of 10. I would like to discuss a formal complaint and compensation options for this poor experience.

Very clean and presentable little apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy to get around. Everything one needs. Plenty of parking.

Room was lovely and location was great, however bench in kitchenette area was not clean and there was no floor towel on arrival. There was an open milk container in the fridge. Amenities were good however, with washing machine, dishwasher and cleaning supplies provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Was very poorly taken care of and dirty. Oily Finger marks all over the bench’s and cupboard, tv remote was sticky, shower was decently clean but had a huge build up of soap scum over the floor so it was slippery, the curtain were dusty and under the bed was massively built up with dust and rubbish bits. The room layout was great the tv was great size at rhe end of the bed was easy to access YouTube etc the bed itself had no pillow top and was very uncomfortable as was the bedding very old blanket nothing to keep you warm and was dirty in the bottom corner, the balcony was the best part. It is a very convenient location for food and shopping etc. we checked out a day early simply because of the dust build up and bed but if it was cleaned more thoroughly it would of been a beautiful room.

Nice room and placement; only complaint was heat of shower and water; barely warm at all after running water for five minutes which they stated was the normal temperature. My partner wouldn’t use the shower at all as too cold for him.

Location location location This place can’t be beat for location. Cinema, great coffee, restaurants, bus stops. Say no more. The only thing that let it down was the bed. Not great. Also room wi-fi went down during our stay, and the tv could only play free to air after that - but we don’t go on holiday to watch telly so not a big deal.

We only stayed for one night, so we bo booked a less expensive room. The room itself was comfortable, however, the noise level from the road, kept us awake. Given the level of outside and roadway noise, it does not appear the glass facing the roadway has been sufficiently noise proofed.

Impossible to get a good night sleep. Inadequate traffic noise reduction a major issue for us. Why did the developers not use triple glazing. Visually a nice hotel.

The curtain is too thin to block the sunlight in the morning.

It’s very noisy, the rooms doesn’t have block out curtains so it gets the light early and has quite a bit of traffic noise. Be prepared for digital/phone access only. There are no service from face to face humans. The lift and internal access can be problematic with internet dropouts.

Rooms are small but realistically dont need much. Condition is good and newish Kitchen great to have Deying function on washing maching hit and miss. Stayed over 5 different weeks, and only 2 of 5 times did the washing abd dryer actually dry the clothes But still good amenities to have

We arrived via public transport and had a little trouble locating the building. 148 Logan Road/Stanley House is part of a multi-tower development with no obvious numbers. Stanley House is close to the Ha'ne Sushi Restaurant. The room was compact and the King Sized bed was a tad too big for the room. Other than that, it was clean and well appointed with an excellent bathroom and shower. The washing machine was a plus. We did have issues with entry. Rambla use a Flexipass app where the phone gives access to building, lift and room. This failed one time and had to be reset (which took a few minutes). There was also the option of a "physical key" - actually a electronic key fob - which we arranged to pick up. However, the key fob only worked intermittently. We understand we are not the first to have problems here. With no reception, assistance is by phone call/message.The number shows as a +1300 number (which is a US number), but it is actually just an Australian 1300 number. The responses were generally prompt. The local staff were cleaners who were friendly and helpful.

The rooftop pool area was wonderful and the rooms were nicely kept and had good amenities. Very poor customer service and communication. There is no reception or front desk- all online system. Our washing machine broke on day 1 of our stay ( and we had purposefully booked an hotel with a washing machine as we needed it) and despite communicating via hotels.com and informing cleaning staff daily no one came to fix or even look at the washer. BBQ area was lovely however we could not use this because you needed an extra key providing to unlock the BBQ, again we communicated with the hotel through Hotels.com however no one replied with how to access the BBQ, it was only another resident informed us of needing a key. This meant for the whole week we could not access those facilities.

Mixed Experience – Great Room, Poor Access Technology I recently stayed and while the room and location were good, the technology used to access the building, lift, and room was extremely unreliable. When I arrived, nothing was working and I had to be buzzed in remotely. At one point I had to resort to using the fire escape just to get to my level. The access system caused multiple issues during my stay, and I was locked out after a morning run, which made me late for a course I was attending. This kind of issue makes it hard to relax – you go out for food or errands and risk not being able to get back in unless someone else lets you in. Judging by other reviews, this isn’t a one-off problem, and it seriously impacts the overall experience. The accommodation itself is great, but the unreliable access ruins the stay. Avoid going here – it’s just not worth the hassle.

Never could get the app to work on my iphone to open the door. Lucky I had a android phone and managed to get it working. Never got the parking working and the under ground parking is crazy expensive. Park across the road, its free. Honestly better off booking and staying in a regular hotel. A little annoyed that this was advertised ad a hotel as it realky isnt. Its more just a bunch of apartments.

Property was great well priced excellent facilities very clean supermarket downstairs..but did find the key system not very user friendly

Cost saving to 'ease' check in was overly complex needing 4 people to get a number to call so that I could get in the building. Another time to get in the lift and then stayed on the line to get in my room. If you are not tech savvy and have a phone capable of NFC, don't stay here. If all works well, then it's good. Different people had different check in information.

We recently stayed at this Rambla SouthBrisbane SQ and, while the apartment itself was clean and as expected, the overall experience was unfortunately disappointing. We were advised at 13:42 that our room was ready, only to be told minutes later that it was still being cleaned. After waiting outside for a while we had to call at 15:20 to check on the progress, but were told they couldn’t confirm when it would be available. At 16:00, we tried accessing the room and thankfully accessed the key in the lockbox. I then received a message at 16:12 with an apology and an offer of a late checkout, which was appreciated but came after considerable inconvenience. Later that evening, housekeeping kindly offered my mother two movie tickets as a gesture of goodwill. However, at 3am, the fire alarm was triggered, and the entire building had to evacuate. There was no coordination during this event, and no communication to inform guests and residents when it was safe to return. This was extremely distressing and disruptive, particularly for my mother, who is nearly 80 years old. It significantly impacted her visit to Brisbane. While I acknowledge the efforts to apologize and make amends, the combination of delayed check-in and a poorly managed emergency situation made for a stressful and disappointing stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure better experiences for future guests. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. We had a few issues with our electronic fob getting into our room a couple of times but it was all sorted quickly. Customer service could not be faulted. Highly recommend

Great property in a great location situated in Wollongabba just a quick walk to the Gabba stadium and local surrounds. Being right next to a grocery shop and a range of eateries and cafes is the perfect addition with public transport right on the doorstep for easy access into the city centre. Staff are extremely accomodating to every need and more than willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The roof top pool, spa, sauna and steam room are an incredibly relaxing outlook towards Mt Cootha and the CBD.

I would like Hotels to be more up front when they are an all digital business. The property was great and they tried really hard with pre arrival communications. The only let down was finding the place as signage wasnt brillliant, and booking parking was too hard so i had to give up and pay full price. Next time would be a breeze but for newbies, just dont be in a hurry.

Awesome location, Super close to the city and really easy to get around. Parking was straightforward, and there were heaps of places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for the Lions Rugby tour match in Brisbane. Stayed a week and played golf Accommodation was superb and would recommend it to anyone. Ended up hiring a car and paid the extra for secure parking. A great lace with eating places all around.

Great communication, even when we had a couple of check in issues, they were quick to assist. Small rooms but well set up. First wash in washing machine was not great, obviously hasn't been used recently and clothes came out smelling really musty but second wash fixed that. Pool area is lovely although pool didn't appear to have been skimmed for leaves and debris the whole 7 days we were there. Woolworths, theatre and restaurants in site are a bonus

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this vibrant new precinct. You hardly need to use your car as everything you need is right there on the property. Great food options, shopping, a cinema and on these hot days the rooftop pool is just divine. The room itself was on the small side but was great to also have a balcony to get some fresh air. Everything is new and modern and once we figured out the access system, it couldn't be easier. First rate communication with management too. 100% recommend.

After getting over the need to download an app, apply for the parking and use the phone app for entry (tricky for an old fart…), I found the room to be fine. Loved the rooftop pool and sauna. Woollies on site and enough eateries, so one there it is all pretty convenient.

Once I found the entrance everything was a breeze. The key app worked well the apartment was clean and well equipped. Bring your Netflix password as the TV only uses apps. Close to plenty of food & retail, transport options too.

This place has all you need for a very pleasant stay in Brisbane. The room had a very comprehensive kitchen, with a grocery store located under the building. The pool was amazing. Plenty of space to laze around. Great bbq's available for cooking outside. Plenty parking available. The best thing, the restaurants located within 2 mins, real community. We loved it.

Good location on top of the shopping and dinning area. Close to Gabba with lot of watering holes nearby. Great for business or family gateaway
